Beautifully updated Bonita Beach Condo on second floor, unparalleled luxury with comfort. From the tongue and groove ceiling in the family room to engineered wood and tile floors throughout, this home was designed to offer a respite for those seeking relaxation and fun. The interior renovations are modern, clean and fresh. The furnishings are coastal grays and whites with natural linens, leathers and woods set the coastal resort decor. Attention to detail without compromising comfort was key in choosing the furnishings to make the accommodations relaxing and enjoyable while vacationing on The World's Most Beautiful Beaches.

The well equipped kitchen is complete with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, real wood cabinets, honed granite and a center island for prep work and additional seating. The dining area with large farm table is accommodating and overlooks the beaches. The living area has comfy sofas, chairs and a complete home theater set-up including flat screen TV, surround sound audio and blu-ray DVD player. Master bathroom has tiled walk-in shower with glass surround, granite countertops, real wood cabinets, water closet and walk-in closet. Guest bathrooms have tiled tub/showers, Danze fixtures, real wood cabinets and granite countertops. Every bedroom has luxurious Simmons mattresses (made to order in the Simmons factory), bead-board ceilings, a flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player.

The expansive Trex deck, windows and patio door enhance the beauty of enjoying the coastal views and sunsets. The counter topped railing makes it easy to enjoy outdoor beverages and dining. The second floor unit in a two story building is on the beach with just one set of stairs to reach the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico of Northwest Florida. And, for a change of pace, there is an on-site pool. For those seeking comfort and luxury, this is the place for you.

Perfect Beach Vacay

We have been coming to Bonita Beach for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. You are steps from the beach and minutes away from great food and shopping! This unit had everything we needed to cook and the views from the balcony can’t be beat! David is a joy to work with! Bonita Brach has our hearts and we will definitely be back!!

Spring Break 2024

We stayed at Bonita Beach for spring break with my wife, 2 kids (8 &11), and my wife's parents. This property is in the perfect location with a PERFECT VIEW. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Having the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was very convenient. We would definitely love to come back and stay at Bonita Beach again real soon. Also, don't forget to walk down and grab donuts and ice cream from Thomas's!

Beautiful property

David was great to work with we had all of our information for check in and it was quick and easy. The property is perfect your right on the beach and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. The balcony was great to drink coffee and watch dolphins swim by. If you are looking for a family friendly relaxing spot in the beach this property is perfect. So great!

This property was great. We chose it for the nice wide deck and windows. They did not disappoint. The beach is a lot closer than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We cooked all our meals there. It was the perfect layout for 8 people. We had such a great week.

Love the beach front

This property has a great layout with large open concept living/dining/kitchen facing the water. And it's a short walk down one flight of stairs directly onto the beach. Beach is not crowded as with a high-rise condo. Kitchen was well stocked.

Gulf views

This is our second time renting #18 Bonita Beach. We came back for the amazing gulf views and proximity to the beach. A few steps off the balcony and you are in the sand. Check in was easy and the condo was very clean. We love that all three bedrooms have access to their own bath. The kitchen / living area is huge which makes for a perfect gathering spot. You can’t beat the sunset views on the large balcony. Highly recommend this condo for a great time at the beach.

Best Beach Trip Ever!

Bonita Beach #18 is a beautiful condominium! The access to the beach by simply descending deck stairs is perfect for spending a day at the beach with children. Coffee on the large balcony in the morning was so peaceful. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen, bathrooms & laundry. David communicated with us & went above & beyond to make this the best beach trip. We will definitely return to this great location!

The Perfect Spot!

We stayed for week during spring break. Our group included my husband and I, our 2 kids (age 6 and 10), and my in-laws. The layout of this space is perfect for a couple of couples and kids! We have stayed in private houses, and in high rises in this area...and this location is our favorite! The large open family room with a lot of space to see the ocean is such a treat! We enjoyed the large table to play games and congregate. We had cool weather for much of our trip, so the nice days were spent at the beach. We only accessed the pool once and it was too cold for the adults:) Ultimately, this spot is ideal to see the beach and be on the sand in a few steps! This stretch is peaceful and uncrowded! The space is more than well equipped, we don’t cook that much on vacation, but we certainly could have made anything! There is both a regular coffee pot and Keurig…this is very thoughtful! The beds and couches are comfortable and there are extra blankets and pillows. The décor makes you feel like you are at home at the beach! I posted daily pictures of the coffee mugs and signs with funny sayings. It’s become my mission to find a replica mug that reads, “gulls just wanna have fun!” I know for some people these details don’t matter, but as an interior design student…these things are important to me, and I choose properties based on how they make you feel and the ideas you take away. The owner, David, was responsive during the whole process and we had no issues checking in or accessing the unit. On our second day, we were looking for bath towels and they seemed sparse. We realized they had been left in the wash machine and dryer from the cleaning turn before. They were damp and mildewed by that point. We washed them and it was not a big deal. I understand there is a small window on Saturdays to make the turn. The only complaint I have, that has nothing to do with the property or the owner, was a neighboring unit. They chain smoked on their balcony the entire trip. I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke and it made getting to and from the beach and sitting on the balcony difficult at times. There is a strict no smoking policy in David’s unit, but obviously we had no control of the others. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next trip!

A few steps to paradise

A great place for families!

This was such an amazing place to stay for the week. The beach isn't too crowded, and it isn't a bad walk down to the water from the balcony. The condo is very comfortable (beds, couches, overall layout), and the kitchen is very well supplied. The balcony is incredible - it's large enough that everyone can be out on it, enjoying it, without it feeling crowded. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, or just sit with a book and listen to the waves. Almost immediately after entering the condo we started looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this beach and this condo.

Wonderful condo!

We really love this condo—3 bedrooms and 3 baths! It is right on the beach and the parking space is right by the stairs up to the condo. No waiting on elevators! Easy to unload and to pack up! Kitchen is fully equipped!
