Ótima estadia

Passamos dias super agradáveis. Mesmo chovendo uns dias, conseguimos entreter as crianças na casa. Área externa maravilhosa para ficar com a família. Sr Sidney muito atencioso e nos ajudou prontamente . super indico e já queremos voltar. As crianças amaram ter piscina e mar bem de pertinho. Parabéns pelo cuidado e zelo com a casa.

Ótimos dias

Casa ampla e limpa. Gostamos muito da área externa, e a piscina, e a área da churrasqueira é excelente com fogão, pia, freezer, mesa e utensílios no local. Fazíamos todas as refeições lá mesmo. A Internet funcionou bem. Sr. Sidney e a Sr. Daniela foram muito solícitos para todas as dúvidas que tivemos. Sobre praia, o mar é bastante agitado, não é indicado para as crianças (mas já conhecíamos), porém tem um rio que é ótimo para as crianças ficarem na beirada, para fazer Stand-up, caiaque, etc. Valeu pena!

Uma delícia de casa .. Obs : só faltou um banheiro dentro da casa com chuveiro quente .. somente tinha um banheiro com chuveiro quente dentro de um dos quartos ,dentro da casa .. mais fora tem 2 chuveiros quentes em dois quartos fora da casa .. então quem for na casa e quiser chuveiro quente tem q usar os de fora ...fica a dica chuveiro quente dentro da casa em um banheiro comunitário para q todos q estão na casa usar ... de resto praia maravilhosa casa ótimaaaaaa 😍😍

Needs lots of work

We traveled from the USA and picked the property based on location, and pictures. Upon arrival Sydney greated us for check in. We noticed the grass was long and the pool was green with Algea and needed to be cleaned. We could not use for 24hrs. Sydney had not Checked/cleaned the house before our arrival. For a group of 6, Sydney gave us Just 3 rolls of toilet paper! He Said this was Brazil and we needed to bring our own stuff (towels, sheets, soap, etc) Inside The house it was very dirty, stains on walls and even cockroaches in two bedrooms and kitchen. We realized its a beachouse but básic cleaning was not apparent. Sydney told us the house had been cleaned. The pool continued to have problems and required additional days of restricted use due to shock treatment with chlorine. We had to fix the pool slide ourselves. We only used for 1/2 day. Lots of ants in the kitchen. Sydney brought us poison. ....Last day the eletricity went out in 2 bathrooms and one bedroom, Sydney sent an electrician but he could not fix, apparently the wiring was old and needed replacing. Bring your on bathroom towels as there were none (this is noted in the property description). Sydney was responsive, he brought towels, bed sheets and ant poison. He also had the pool cleaned 2 more times so we could use it a little. In sumary, the location was good, and that is what we enjoyed. The house was in need of repair, dirty, and had lots of ants in the kitchen. We wont be back and Sydney never offered any type of refund to us ........we paid too much

Casa maravilhosa!

Curtimos muito essa casa! As crianças amaram a piscina, e o novíssimo escorregador! A área externa realmente é o melhor da casa, bem espaçosa, ótima para passar tempo com a família e fazer um churrasco! Tanto a cozinha de dentro e a de fora tem tudo o que você precisa, super bem equipadas! Casa segura, limpinha, bem equipada, rua tranquila e praia maravilhosa. Estava um calor bem gostoso, perfeito para pegar uma praia, aconselho levar ventiladores extras, pois mesmo tendo ventiladores de teto nos quartos, os que levamos nos ajudou a dormir melhor. Obrigada Sidney e Daniela pela atenção, nossa família (6 adultos e 3 crianças) curtiu muito nossa estadia e tivemos umas férias inesquecíveis. Um abraço!

Melhor local para ficar com amigos e família! Casa enorme, aconchegante e a poucos passos da praia! Piscina, churrasqueira e mesa de bilhar pra curtir sem sair da casa! Fora a recepção muito hospitaleira do Sidnei que nos faz sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento! Se quiserem um fim de semana TOP essa sem dúvidas é a melhor opção!

final de semana na praia

Foi um final de semana em família e amigos, as crianças curtiram muito a piscina e a casa redonda. Um bom espaço, próximo a praia. Tem todos os utensílios na casa. Área bem arborizada, com mercadinhos e padaria no condomínio. A Praia bem limpa, com um rio ber rasinho para as crianças. Recomendo.

Super confortavel

Casa super confortavel, localizacao privilegiada muito proxima da praia, segura, garagem ampla, e os proprietarios sao pessoas super receptivos, sempre dispostos a te oferecer o melhor.
