The house is 2 floors and includes 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - sleeps 8 people which is ideal for 1 or 2 families. There is also a BBQ, a private fire pit, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities.
There is also ample parking, private dock and buoys.
