This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach with ocean view in every room. It is fully furnished two bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counter tops, brand new cabinets and nice matching appliances, new paint throughout the condo.

Master bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, separate full bathroom, nice brand new Smart 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, closet, as well as a nice dresser with a mirror and night stands with lamps.
Second bedroom offers 2 comfortable queen size beds, 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, dresser with a mirror, night stands with lamps, alarm clock/radio and a closet.
Great room offers a brand new Smart 32 inch flat screen TV, WI-FI DVD player, newly reupholstered love seat and a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, brand new wood style floor tiles, bar style exotic counter top and a sliding door to the balcony for you to enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins.
There is also a nice heated saltwater swimming pool with a retractable roof. Building offers off-street parking and secure carded/coded access. Cozy private sundeck on the rooftop overlooking the ocean if you would like to catch some rays in privacy. Nice private and updated fitness center overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. Condo is conveniently located right on the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet (right around the corner) which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski and boat rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach.

Very nice!
The bedrooms are very large with a nice bathroom. There is no counterspace in bathroom to set toiletries on. Next time i will bring a small tote to carry to bathroom and leave on dresser. Not a real problem. Beautiful views from all rooms. Kitchen is small. No place to set anything, groceries etc.just enough to prep food etc. We had totes we sorted into and kept on floor. There would be room for a shelf of some sort for this. There is a big closet, would make a great pantry near kitchen. The condo was clean. Everything worked! Great communication with owner. We could not have asked for more! We were totally happy wii

Oceanfront Virginia Beach
The oceanfront condo at Virginia Beach was a wonderful place to stay. It was particularly nice that both bedrooms were oceanfront. The kitchen was very good to work in as we ate in several times. It even had sharp knives! The weather for our “beach vacation” was unfortunately icy cold so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but we had front row seats for a Monster Truck Jam that was very fun to watch from inside the condo. The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of, not really problems, but inconveniences. The floor of the walk-in shower is very slippery. We put a towel down on the shower floor and that eliminated the problem, but the first person to use the shower almost took a tumble. Also, a couple of the cute area rugs looked like they could use a good cleaning. Overall, the unit was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, it was a disappointment that the linens were not included in the cost of the unit, but were available for an extra charge. This is not a complaint about the unit, but I find it very frustrating that the price quoted for our week long stay, did not the required VRBO administrative fee, the condo fee, cleaning deposit and optional linen charge, I wish the original price quote for all the VRBO vacation rentals was more realistic of the actual cost and would have included the linens and other fees. Again, this is a frustration of the VRBO app, not of this specific condo. We would stay in this unit again.

Beach vacation
This is a lovely and well maintained condo. It is right on the beach with a balcony that is perfect for watching ships, surfers, and dolphins. The owners are very accommodating and anxious to make your stay perfect. Virginia Beach is a great place to visit.

Nice Getaway!
We came VA Beach to celebrate my wife’s sixtieth birthday. Our kids and granddaughter. The place clean, well decorated and cozy. We got to laugh, love and celebrate this special occasion at one of her favorite places. Great stay!

Beach and Family
We enjoyed our stay. The location at the end of the boardwalk near the inlet provided a nice spot to relax away from any crowd and/or noise further up the boardwalk. The condo unit was clean and pleasant, and provided an excellent viewpoint for sunrise and a full moon rising over the Atlantic. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well stocked had we wanted to. The condo size was appropriate for a party of 3 adults, or possibly 2 adults and 2 children. The living area was smaller than expected but still very welcoming and relaxing. If there was one item I would consider an “issue” it was the assigned parking spot. After manipulating our Ford Explorer into the spot, it was difficult for me(the driver) to exit the vehicle. I am not a big person. Not sure how a larger person would make that work. Being the slow season I inquired at the front desk if I could uae a different spot. The answer was “no”. Unfortunate and I believe avoidable. But since this was the only issue, we made it work and enjoyed our stay despite this silly inconvenience. Thanks so much to Simone. She answered questions and replied to communications quickly in the weeks leading up to our visit and even while we were there.

Terrific!
The condo was clean and well stocked, The view was amazing and we really enjoyed watching the dolphins as they came by several times each day. The location is perfect as we walked everywhere we went to eat and shop. It was great to park the car and not have to drive again until we left.

Virginia Beach fun!
Beautiful location right on the beach. So fun to see the dolphins swim by!! Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely go back!!

The location of the condo was perfect. On the boardwalk but away from the crowd, away from heavy traffic. The beach is clean, the water beautiful and it was fun watching the plentiful dolphins. Being right by Rudee’s inlet was cool watching the boats come in and out. But my favorite outdoor activity was watching the fighter jets overhead😎

This condo is in a great location with the beach right on the other side of the boardwalk and close to many great restaurants. The updated shower was large and good pressure. Kitchen has all the appliances you need. I would say the only issue was parking our 2nd car we had. It says if you call ahead you could reserve a space in their overflow parking. I did that no problem but when we arrived shortly after check in the person behind the desk said they were all full?!? No way to see that I called ahead. A little misleading. Exact fees were not disused. We ended up parking 6 blocks away in a parking garage for the week and paid around $130 overall. We needed the car twice. Simone was easy to talk with if needed.

Overall the place was great and spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The view and location were perfect! We were within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. The only issues that we had during our stay were that the living room sofas could use a good cleaning and Dolphin Run was doing construction on their building. The construction could be heard in our condo early morning, there were notices to avoid using the balcony due to falling debris and the rooftop area was closed. It would have been appreciated if the construction was communicated to us prior to our arrival. Otherwise the host was very attentive and responsive! We would stay here again!

Great location, literally on beach and boardwalk but not really busy side. Exactly as advertised. Restaurants walking distance we loved Chix the best! Ac not able to cool condo very well and parking spot is TIGHT. We were towed for not displaying parking paper but all in all had an absolute ball - thanks Simone!

Was very nice. Had a surprise by being there for Beach It Festival and that was fabulous. Disappointed that there was no direct access to the beach. Had to walk around the outside of the building to get to the beach. Security was impeccable!! Always someone at the desk and everyone was so kind and helpful.

The condo was very spacious for our family of four. The unit was very clean and everything was as described in the listing. Views of beach and ocean were amazing. Saw dolphins swimming while eating breakfast! We would stay here again when visiting in the future!

Mini-Vacation
Had stayed in the building the year before, but this condo was much nicer. Clean with wonderfully updated bathrooms. Also located on a high floor towards the end of the building allowing an unobstructed view down the beach and boardwalk. Located at the end of Atlantic Avenue, it is much quieter than farther up with several nice restaurants within walking distance.
