This Beach Front Condo is on the 1st floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It has the best views of the shoreline while you enjoy drinking coffee on your balcony or having an evening drink watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the sound of the ocean. This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or for a family of 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, utensils, plates and all the necessities you need for cooking your meals. While you're enjoying the beautiful views from the couch, it also turns into a sofa sleeper. There is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. You can stream your favorite channels and use free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. You can enjoy a good night's rest on a King size memory foam mattress after a long day at the beach in the master bedroom. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. In-unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack those bags. We provide you with the necessities to get you started. Linens and towels are provided but Beach towels are not. We ask that you do not take towels to the pool or beach.

There must be an Adult age 25 yrs. or older staying in the condo at all times. No smoking or parties aloud. No Pet's Aloud these rules are fully Enforced.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resorts in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities. This gated property is on 138 acres with controlled entrance and 24-hour security. This resort contains 11 swimming pools including the resorts famous lagoon pool with cascading waterfalls, 10 seasonally heated pools throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, restaurant service, beach service, cabana/VIP chair service, kids splash pad, water sports/activities, Edgie's Market, Starbucks, ice-cream parlor, poolside Tiki Bar, surf and sundries shop, fitness center, Tram service, 9-hole golf course, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts.
Please note that there is a fee to use the gym, golf and tennis courts paid directly to the resort at the Club House by the Convention center across the street on the Villa side.

Panama City Beach has some much to offer off the resort. You can head across the street to Rock-It Lane bowling, skating, Axle Throwing, several great restaurants to eat just in walking distance. Head to Pier Park and enjoy some great food, live music, shopping or go fishing off the Pier. Take a ride on the Sky Wheel and see the amazing views of PCB. The whole family would enjoy Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, or Gulf World. Take a tour on the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins. Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. At night there are lots of putt-putt, go-kart riding and arcade locations. Panama City Beach is made for making memories last a lifetime!

Relieving stress

My husband and I came in for a short stay. We decided to stay at Edgewater! The first time for both of us! It did not disappoint! A beautiful place to unwind and relax. Very convenient and easy access to the beach! The minute we say the beach, and the Gulf of America all our stress melted away! Good Vitamin Sea! We highly recommend this place. We lived all the amenities and the security on the property! We will be back! We also got to meet the owner Amy. So friendly and she gave us some recommendations of places to eat!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. All decor was beautiful and condo was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion that we have is to maybe add some more towels and silverware but other than that it was a lovely place to spend our vacation. Thank you for having us!

We were just looking for a relaxing getaway with some warm weather, and this condo helped to set the stage for that. It was a very enjoyable resort, and it was apparent that safety is key for all staying there. Would definitely return to Edgewater!

We will be back!

We had a great time staying here! The room was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We have stayed at Edgewater many time before but Amy and Barry made this the easiest check-in experience we have ever had, which is nice after being on the road all day. The room was perfect size for me and my family, and we enjoying just staying in some nights. Thank you Amy and Barry we will definitely be back!

Great View and location on Panama City Beach

First floor condo at Edgewater Resort with great view and location. Numerous amenities at complex and nearby resort to keep guests entertained and experience the best Panama City Beach has to offer. Could use some updating, but clean and comfortable. Nice couple or small family unit.

Great Stay in Panama City Beach

This was a beautiful, well maintained condo in a gated community. The condo was right off of the elevator and had a nice sized balcony, with furniture, overlooking the pool and the beach. It was easy to practice “social distancing” (Coronavirus) due to a nicely stocked full kitchen where we could cook. Beautiful bathroom as well as a comfortable, quiet bedroom. I would recommend this property to anyone and we have high hopes for going back!

Perfect 2 week getaway.

This time of year at our Indiana home is not our favorite. Some days are sunny and 80°, then it's 30° overnight andcrains for 8 days. We had been to PCB before, and loved it. We decided that 2 weeks would be great and VRBO made it so easy. Our host Amy W. was friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. Edgewater Resort is beautiful. Short walk (100 yds) to the beach. Walking east or west along the beach we noticed that in front of Edgewater the sand was immaculate. Other areas were not bad, but there was no question that we were at the best spot for us.

Weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I badly needed an escape from the pressures of work and decided to take off a few days to go and enjoy the beach. This place was amazing! The view was spectacular and the condo had all the comforts and amenities of home. The owner, Amy was so considerate. Since it was a last minute booking, she made sure I had all the information needed for a seamless check in and even had a few suggestions for dining. The ONLY negative on this review is that we couldn't stay longer. Really looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Nice unit good location

The condo was very nice and had been recently updated. The location in the building was very convenient as it was just one floor up from the elevator lobby and very close to the stairwell. This was nice so we didn't have to wait for the elevator. There were two but one was out of order. The heated pool and hot tub were very close and the beach access was also convenient.

Great Location

I stayed this past week with my 2 boys (ages 10 and 13). The condo was very clean. No complaints. The location in PCB is great, but also the location of the actual condo in Edgewater was 10/10. The lagoon pool was very crowded so we didn’t spend much time there; but the pool right under the condo was nice. I was able to sit on the balcony and read while my boys swam and I could see them clearly the whole time. We were worried that the pool water was going to be too warm since it was the day we arrived. Felt like bath water. But that was only an issue that one day and the pool was refreshing the rest of the week. We could only get in the ocean twice due to double red flags most days, so having the pools helped a lot. Edgies Market has a Starbucks inside for those that enjoy it. We do :-) There are 2 great shops across the street for souvenirs, pool balls, floaties etc… The ice maker in the freezer works great and replenishes ice quickly. Parking was not an issue at all. Always easy to find a spot. If we come back to PCB, I would rent this exact condo again.

We are Barry and Amy White from Tennessee. We have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. We have been bringing our children here to Florida for over 25 years and in 2010 we decided to purchase our first condo. We remodel it and start sharing it with our guest and later we purchased 2 more so we now have 3 units all in Tower 3. We feel blessed to have these units and share with our family and guest.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Edgewater ever since our children were small. It has so many amenities you feel like you never have to leave the resort. This property is located in the heart of Panama City Beach.

What makes this property unique

The lagoon pool was where my children always wanted to go after leaving the beach. It's the most beautiful lagoon pool and its right beside the restaurant where you can get great food and Tiki bar for great cocktails. You have all the luxury in one place, and we love it here.
