Séjour trés agréable

Maison agréable, terrasse avec une belle vue, literie trés confortable et piscine avec sa terrasse trés appréciable ! Plutôt calme pour une maison située sur une colline grassoise. Le propriétaire a été réactif et efficace pour entretenir la piscine malgré la canicule ! Discret et prévenant une bouteille de vin et un pot de de confiture nous attendait. Dommage que la douche de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas.

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette jolie petite maison au calme et idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Grasse avec une vue magnifique. La maison correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, propre et bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont dépaysants avec cigales, oliviers et une jolie piscine.

Alles sehr angenehm, tolle Lage und freundlicher Gastgeber. Nur ein Ventilator mehr wäre gut gewesen wegen der Hitze in den Schlafräumen.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een woning gelegen in de heuvels van Grasse. Zowel de aanmelding, correspondentie daarna en de ontvangst van de eigenaar waren goed. De woning was wat gedateerd ingericht en het gemis aan airco was deze weken zeer merkbaar. Overdag toch veel buiten dus dan geen last van de warmte, wel 's-nachts. Overall prima gehad.

Mooie ligging. Tof huis. gastheer top. Maar jammer dat de advertentie op jullie site verkeerd was. En dat voor de toch hoge prijs. Bij contact met jullie natuurlijk niet jullie fout. Antwoord beloofd na contact met eigenaar. Maar nog steeds niet gekregen. Jammer. Het huis is top maar jullie dienstverlening draait waarschijnlijk maar rond geld??

Unsere Begeisterung hielt sich in Grenzen

Zuerst das Positive: Die Wohnung war sauber; es ist sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden. Man hat einen guten Ausblick. Nicht gefallen hat uns: Der Kühlschrank stank heftig. Es war zwar eine Schüssel mit Holzkohle in den Kühlschrank gestellt, aber die konnte den unangenehmen Geruch nicht neutralisieren. Es gibt keine Moskitogitter, d.h. man kann die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht über Nacht offen lassen (Wir haben als Abhilfe im Baumarkt Mosikitonetze gekauft). Vor einem Schlafzimmerfenster verläuft eine Ameisenstrasse über Fensterbank und am Fensterrahmen vorbei. Der Aussenbereich wirkt vernachlässigt, rostige Eisenstühle, ein verrosteter Grill. Nur in einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Kleiderschrank. Im WC gibt es kein Handwaschbecken. Die Badewanne hat keinen Duschvorhang, der Dusch-Schlauch ist sehr kurz und reicht kaum bis über den Kopf. In der Wohnung fanden wir den Hinweis, dass keine Sonnenschutzmittel vor dem Schwimmen aufgetragen werden dürfen, da sie eine Filtercartouche verstopfen können; es wurde darüber informiert, dass bei Zuwiderhandlungen 102 Euro für eine neue Cartouche fällig werden.

Wir können es kurz machen: Was frühere Gäste auf diese Seite an positiven Bewertungen hinterlassen haben, trifft zu 100 Prozent zu. Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche - Grosseltern, Eltern, Kleinkind, Hund - war einfach alles perfekt in der schmucken Villa auf Peyloubette: Lage, Umgebung, Pool, Zimmeraufteilung, Küche, Komfort, Ausstattung, Service durch die Gastgeber - ideal auch die Bedingungen für die einjährige Enkelin und die dreijährige Mopsdame. So charmante, unbeschwerte und problemlose Ferien haben wir im Süden schon lange nicht mehr genossen. 10 Punkte auf einer Skala von 10!

Hervorragend - excellent

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Egal ob große Kühlschrank-Gefrierkombination, Mixer, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kaffeemaschinen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine oder elektrischer Grill, dass Haus ist super ausgestattet und Herr Stephan ein sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Es verfügt darüber hinaus über Rollläden, über die alle Zimmer komplett abgedunkelt werden können. Auf den beiden Terrassen oben kann man den Meerblick genießen und von der Terrasse unten kühle Stunden am Pool. Das Auto kann in der Garage geparkt werden. Einzig mit Fahrzeugen die einen geringen Bodenabstand und langen Radstand aufweisen dürften Probleme bei der Auffahrt bekommen (Audi A6). Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Einheimischen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hervorragend (Lecrerc, Markt in Valbonne) und die Qualität der Ware top. Im Hinterland erwartet einen das Schönste, was die Natur zu bieten hat. Die Gegend ist sauber, wenig Besiedelt und die Natur nahezu unberührt - chapeau. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wollen uns an dieser Stelle nochmals für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Une maison de vacances très belle et bien entretenue qui répond à tous les souhaits. Qu'il s'agisse d'un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un mixeur, d'un four, de plaques vitrocéramiques, de machines à café, d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle ou d'un barbecue électrique, la maison est super équipée et Monsieur Stéphan est un hôte très attentionné. Elle dispose en outre de volets roulants qui permettent d'obscurcir complètement toutes les pièces. Les deux terrasses en haut permettent de profiter de la vue sur la mer et la terrasse en bas offre des heures de fraîcheur au bord de la piscine. La voiture peut être garée dans le garage. Seuls les véhicules ayant une faible distance au sol et un empattement long risquent d'avoir des problèmes pour accéder au garage (Audi A6). La région est calme, les habitants très prévenants et aimables, les possibilités d'achat sont excellentes (Lecrerc, marché de Valbonne) et la qualité des produits est top. Dans l'arrière-pays, ce que la nature a de plus beau à offrir t'attend. L'environnement est propre, peu peuplé et la nature presque intacte - chapeau. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous tenons à vous remercier encore une fois pour votre formidable hospitalité.

Petite maison charmante et très confortable. Très bien équipée également. Qu'on a envie de garder jalousement pour soi :0) Hôte aux petits soins mais très discret. Propriété magnifique sur les hauteurs de Grasse. Vue exceptionnelle! Idéal pour vacances ressourçantes en famille au calme mais non loin de Canne, Nice, Valbonne, Gorges du loup pour le canyoning... Adresse à conserver ;0)

Verblijf was geweldig

Ons verblijf was gewoon geweldig. Mooi weer, rust en een prachtig huis met prachtige tuin. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door Philippe en binnen in huis stond een mooie bos verse bloemen. Alles was voorhanden hoefden alleen maar verse boodschappen te halen. Als we vragen hadden dan konden we Philippe eventueel bellen, maar dit is niet nodig geweest. We zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen, hebben ook dagtochtjes gemaakt naar Nice, Monaco, Grasse wat prima te doen was. Bevelen dit verblijf zeker aan. groetjes uit Nederland

très agréable

Endroit très calme , la maison est agréable , on y est bien , le propriétaire nous accueille avec chaleur. Le frigo est branché avec des boissons au frais , un bouquet de roses au salon. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse , nous avons passé une bonne semaine .

Un excellent séjour à réitérer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa, nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le proprietaire a été très accueillant (la confiture maison offerte était délicieuse, le rosé également...). Mr Stéphan a été particulièrement discret. La maison est décorée avec goût, et les équipements mis à disposition sont qualitatifs. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle. La maison est au calme. Nos filles ont adoré la piscine et s'y sont baignées au mois d'avril ! Un seul bémol, notre séjour fut trop court, pour cette raison nous aimerions y revenir l'année prochaine !

excellent séjour

Nous venons de passer d'excellentes vacances dans ce lieu idyllique, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. C'est une maison de charme décorée avec des objets de qualités (tableaux, bibelots) on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi.Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances, nous avons eu avec le beau temps l'occasion de profiter pleinement de la terrasse du barbecue et de la piscine. Le propriétaire que ns avions gentiment surnommé l'homme invisible est aussi sympathique que discret,mais il faut réussir à le coincer quand il vient car on ne l'entend pas.... la piscine et le jardin sont son rayon. Nous avons été accueillis avec un panier (pain, eau fraîche , vin rosé, et excellente confiture maison) ce qui est vraiment super quand on vient de faire des km. C'est sûr si nous revenons dans la région c'est ici que nous re-poserons nos valises.

Wunderschöne Herbstwoche am Stadtrand von Grasse

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Ferienwoche mit 16- jähriger Tochter und Hund in diesem toll gelegenem Haus. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind sehr detailgetreu. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Verbindungstür, sind aber keine Durchgangszimmer. Die Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist sauber und funktioniert sehr gut. Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen, aber es gibt auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Der sonnige Garten ist wirklich gross und sehr gut eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund eine gewisse Freiheit bedeutete! Das Grundstück und auch die Zufahrtsstraße sind zum Teil sehr steil oder mit Stufen versehen. Der Pool ist ungesichert und im Haus gibt es diverse Glasdekogegenstände- nichts für kleinere Kinder. Der Vermieter wohnt oberhalb, sehr versteckt und nicht einsichtig, mit auf dem Grundstück. Das war absolut kein Problem da er nur bei Ankunft und Abreise sichtbar war, telefonisch aber immer hilfreich, erreichbar. Bei Ankunft stand ein Korb mit Wasser, Wein, Brot, selbgemachter(!) Marmelade und ein frischer Blumenstrauß bereit, vielen Dank nochmal! Von uns aus ist dieses Haus eine klare Empfehlung für einen ruhigen Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung.
