Condo has been totally redone!! New furniture, beds, flooring, and bathtub!
COME Stay on the World's Most famous Daytona Beach. The unit in the Daytona Beach Club offers a studio layout with a brand new queen bed and new double size memory foam sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4 adults), one bathroom, full size kitchen and balcony on the 4TH floor overlooking the pool and ocean. The professional decor has been designed to compliment the ocean & beach. Clean, crisp and modern. You feel like you are staying at the most expensive hotel on Daytona Beach BUT FOR 1/2 THE PRICE! The Beach Club has a beautifully clean & large pool, large balcony facing the east with direct oceanfront views. This unit gives you everything you need: linens, shower & pool towels, silverware, plates & dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove top, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. An iPad docking station so you can bring your tunes to this fun & fresh place! Sorry no pets allowed. The location is within walking distance to the Ocean Center, restaurants and shopping.
The view can not get any better! It is very clean and well maintained condo. The Daytona Beach Club has a new brick paved pool deck, and a large outdoor pool. Garage parking, community laundry room and security are the main features of the building. Sorry no pets are allowed. 1 mile north of Main St. and the Daytona Pier where there is a midway for the kids and lots of restaurants and action for everyone. Just blocks from the Ocean Walk Villages, the Bandshell, & 2 doors down from the new Hard Rock Hotel! Condo is also wheelchair friendly! there is an elevator right beside the parking and the condo is located right across the hall from the elevator. The pool is also wheelchair accessible.
There is no trailer parking allowed at the building. Sorry, it’s a building rule, not mine.

Great little Spring Break spot
Such a good deal for right on the beach! Not fancy but all we needed. The beach towels were stained and need replacing, but it’s a nice perk to offer. Also, one of the elevators was out of service while we were there.

The property is located in a great area and within walking distance to the Boardwalk and many shops, restaurants and bars.The view is amazing from the room/balcony. We had a slight hiccup (that's life no need to sweat the small stuff) and George responded quickly and addressed the situation. I highly recommend!!! Thanks George for offering such an affordable place to vacation!!!

This property was everything we needed it to be. It was super easy to get to the beach even with the beach access at the property being closed ( George did contact us with this information as soon as he was informed). I was still only about a 5 minute walk to the water. The views we incredible and we definitely want to come back when the pool is finished. Everything was clean except a few stains on the towels but I had no doubt they weren’t clean. We had an issue with the internet the first night and George was quick to make sure we had access to WiFi until it got sorted out. Overall it was A great experience and I would definitely stay here again!!

The room was very nice and efficient with a kitchenette with plenty of provided utensils, cookware, and dishes. Everything worked well including the A/C. Also, there was plenty of parking. We can't wait to stay here again.

Bearing in mind that this and other places are still repairing pools et al from storm damage, the view of the beach below and the breeze... it was the relaxation I needed. The place was very clean and nicely done. The shower itself isn't modern, but it wasn't dirty at all and typical for a beach rental. But overall, everything was quite nice for a single person to get away for a few days.

The studio apartment worked perfect for our group! The balcony looked directly at the ocean. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities for being there for a long weekend. The host was very responsive and kept us updated about the pool status!

Wonderful View
The room is walking distance to the locations we were visiting like the Ocean Center and we could enjoy the beautiful view of the water and beach from the balcony. We spent some of our free time at the beach which is just steps away so make sure to bring your own sunscreen and beach towels!
