Located in the heart of a Provencal village, in a green setting, charming place, at the foot of the giant of Provence, in the Vaucluse, the legendary Mont Ventoux. The house has an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. The site is very calm, lulled by the song of the cicadas.
The 1000m garden is closed (olive trees), private swimming pool of 3/6 with WATER HEATED at 28 degrees which allows you to swim from May, in June, September and October. The swimming pool is filled with spring water which allows it to chlorinate much less, it is completely secure for children. There are 6 sunbaths where you can take a nap to relax and fully enjoy the sun.
A 30m2 terrace where you can relax and have an aperitif.
A courtyard with an arbor, a teak lounge, a barbecue where it will be pleasant for you to take all your meals with family, friends returning from the market or after having visited the many cellars of our region.
The 110m house has 5 rooms that can accommodate 4/6 people.
She is composed:
- an American kitchen with hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

Zeer proper huisje met paradijselijk tuintje
Perfect huisje in het hart van dorpje nabij de kerk. Zeer mooie groene tuin en compact zwembad met fantastische en voldoende ligzetels met elk hun olijfboom als parasol! Zeer leuk overdekt terras met verzicht en zonsondergang. Vlakbij Malaucène en veel te bezoeken andere dorpjes. De blaffende honden bij buren en de vroege buurman namen we er maar bij...ideaal voor ons gezin met grotere kids.

Wonderful house in a beautiful surrounding
We had a wonderful week at Sylvies house. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot and the area is so nice and relaxt. Lots of opportunities to go cycling! Just a wonderful way to start the holidays. Sylvie is such a sweet host!

Wundervoll renoviertes altes Haus in dörflicher, ruhiger Lage
Das Haus lag direkt neben einer alten Kirche in einer kleinen, ruhigen dörflichen Siedlung mit traumhafter Umgebung. Der beheizte Pool und der Garten sind nicht einsehbar. Die freundliche Vermieterin war bei kleinen Problemen stets hilfreich. Das Steinhaus ist in zwei Etagen modern und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll saniert, alles absolut sauber. Die Küche mit Gasherd ist gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben uns dort und bei vielen Ausflügen zu traumhaften Zielen in der Provence seht wohl gefühlt. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich.

Auf dem Land
Das Haus ist genau so, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es liegt abseits vom Verkehr mitten im Dorf Beaumont am Hang des Mont Ventoux. Man könnte direkt bis zum Gipfel gehen, wenn man wollte. Muss man aber nicht, denn das Haus hat einen schönen, großen Außenbereich mit Olivenbäumen und einem Swimmingpool, den man gerne nutzt. Allerdings kann man auf dem Grundstück nicht sein Auto abstellen, sondern man ist auf die Parkplätze an der Straße angewiesen. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich vier, die schnell belegt sind. In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Malaucène und in 15 Minuten in Vaison-la-Romaine. Die Betten sind bequem, beim Durchgang nach oben zu den Schlafzimmern muß man auf den Kopf achten. Die Vermieterin wohnt um die Ecke und ist bei Bedarf schnell ansprechbar, was allerdings nicht nötig wurde.

Prachtig huis
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het prachtige huis van Silvie. Het huis was zeer schoon en heel ruim. De diverse terrassen maken dat er altijd wel een heerlijke plek is om te zitten. De tuin en het zwembad met hele confortabele ligbedden maken het compleet. De ligging van het huis is ook mooi. Aan de voet van de Mont Ventoux temidden van de wijnranken en pruimenbomen. Wij raden deze woning absoluut aan.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé 2semaines de vacances dans une maison charmante. Le village et les environs le sont tout autant. Propriétaire très sympathique, facile à joindre et de bons conseils. La maison ne manque de rien, propreté et entretien régulier, ca se voit. Beaucoup de belles ballades et des beaux paysages a découvrir dans cet endroit.

On a passé des vacances super à cet endroit. D'abord, Sylvie est une locataire très gentille et répond vite aux questions. Elle nous a donné des bons conseils pour faire la connaissance de la région. Sa location et merveilleuse, très jolie faite, avec beaucoup d'amour. Tous était très propre. Beaumont est un peu reculé, on est pour soi. Pour nous, c'était genial. On peut bien faire du vélo de cet endroit et pour les enfants, même aussi pour les parents, il y a une piscinie bien chauffée. On va revenir!! Merci!

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr einfach. Auflagen für die Stühle haben wir vermisst. Die Betten sind zu klein für zwei Erwachsene (Länge und Breite). Der Pool ist wirklich schön und temperiert.

Endroit rêvé dans cadre enchanteur
Celui qui cherche un endroit tranquille trouvera son bonheur ici. Tout est impeccable, très propre et tout est prévu (et même plus) pour y passer de belles vacances. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux ; elle est très discrète mais disponible pour tous renseignements. En résumé, une adresse à retenir et conseiller.

Très bonnes vacances en Provence
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison de vacances. Il est rénové avec amour et la piscine est bien sûr un autre atout. C'est aussi génial que vous ayez 2 terrasses - avec de l'ombre ou avec du soleil. Bien que ce soit un tout petit endroit, il y a un bon restaurant à quelques pas, ce qui est également très pratique. Un grand merci à la sympathique propriétaire Sylvie !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La maison et son environnement sont tous ce que l'on cherche pour les vacances : la tranquilité, la piscine, les montagnes, le calme... Il ne manque que de tous petits détails pour que tout soit idéal (petit pouce-pouce de savon pour la sortie des toilettes, épuisette pour retirer les insectes de la piscine, ...) : M mais ce ne sont que des détails ! 🙂 Nous recommanderons le gîte sans hésitation !

Fantastisk ferielejlighed i en hyggelig lille by for foden af Mont Ventoux. Dejligt område perfekt for vandring, cykling og dejlig vin Udlejeren er meget venlig og imødekommende og ferielejligheden mangler intet. Kan varmt anbefales...
