TWO JULY WEEKS JUST OPENED UP

B4 Sunset is a beautiful PET-FREE 3-bedroom unit in the gated SeaCliffs development at the North end of the Cape. Next door to the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, it is custom-made for people looking for a relaxing, quality vacation experience.

This three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse offers unobstructed views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from each of the three decks. We fully rennovated after Hurricane Michael, so B4 features brand new appliances, furniture, mattresses, paint, bathrooms and flooring throughout.

The first floor features a large living room, a large walk-through kitchen, a bar with seating for 3 and a dining room that seats 6. The first floor also has a half-bath and a LARGE deck that overlooks the ocean, with a balcony-height table and 4 chairs for enjoying that morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is a large sofa and two twin-size sleeper-sofa chairs.

The second floor includes two large bedrooms. The Starfish room is on the beach side, and features a queen-size bed, large closet and its own deck overlooking the beach. It connects to a full bathroom that features a standup shower. The second bedroom is The Blue Room, which has another queen-size bed and large closet, and its own full bathroom with standup shower.

The Master Bedroom is on the third floor, with lots of floor space, a king-size bed, an extra-large deck with seating for two, and an oversized walk-in closet. The master bath has two sinks and a full bathtub/shower. We have added a brand new silent AC unit that services the master bedroom and keeps it nice and cool.

The ground floor features a covered two-car carport, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and walk-out access to the boardwalk to the beach. There is a gas grill available for use. We also have a hot and cold water outdoor shower for use. Great getting the sand off before heading inside.

SeaCliffs Community is not one of those over-sized, over-populated developments. It has a large swimming pool that is rarely if ever crowded, and its beaches give you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your privacy. There is also a playground areas for kids.

Our 2nd year at the Cape was every bit as rewarding was our 1st. The property was just as advertised, with everything we needed included (including screens in windows to allow the Gulf breezes in, while keeping insects out). Our host was very responsive and helpful answering the few questions we had.

Nice location in a quiet gated community with great views and access to the beach. We had an issue with the water heater the first night of our stay. David was very responsive and had the it resolved the next day. We loved the location - so close to the state park! The beach in this area is expansive and quiet. We always love our time on the cape!

Beautiful beach & comfy condo

Fantastic location on the beach with surf sounds through the screen door if desired. Clean and comfortable living space in nice community. Currently construction on adjacent building but workers are reasonably courteous with noise, parking and traffic. Be aware: no kitchen staples or laundry supplies on site.

A great place to relax

The rental was great. We had plenty of room for 5 people. The beach was right there and the view from all three balconies was incredible. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to vacation away from the bustle of tourist traps, this is the place to book.

Great place on Cape San Blas

Very nice and clean property. This was a perfect place for my family to stay with our 9 month old. Very open and not cluttered which was great especially with a very mobile baby. A maybe 5 min walk out of the door to the beach that has a ramp to the sand instead of stairs which was great for us to easily take the all-terrain stroller out to the beach for sunset walks. Very clean pool and kids play area as well, which was a plus. Owner communication was easy and great we knew exactly what was expected of us during our stay in regards to check in/check out process. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great beach trip

Our week in B4 Sunset was one of our best beach vacation in years. The unit was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It had excellent views of the gulf from all 3 decks. Unit was clean and kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend this unit to all our family and friends.

Awesome Condo!!

This condo is so nice and you are located 0.5 mile from the state park. We walked to the park a couple times a day. You are also able to park underneath the first floor which is very convenient if it rains. I drive a 4WD RAM 1500 and it fit with ease. The outdoor shower and hose are great featutes so you can rinse all the sand off of you and your gear. The owners respond quickly if you need anything and there is a local maintenance man as well. Highly recommend and will be booking this again.

The property was as described, nicely updated, with a well equipped kitchen. It was a good fit for my family. The only real disappointment was upon arriving when the townhome had not yet been cleaned. The owner sought to rectify that immediately though.

Easy access to beach and pool. Perfect for time on the beach with little kids.

Property was new and updated. Can’t beat the views from the balcony. Having a view of the beach was important to us. With little kids, we wanted to enjoy the sites/sounds of waves after their bedtime and the view from the balcony did not disappoint. Also being so close to the beach was great. Can’t beat a 2 minute walk to the waves. Owners were very responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC when we arrived and they had someone out that morning and the issue was resolved. The owners were quick to respond and stayed in contact until the problem was fix. Will definitely be staying here again.

Sunset Paradise

This is one of our favorite stays! The newly remodeled townhome is beautifully appointed & decorated! Each floor has a balcony facing a sunset view & the boardwalk to the beach is very close. The owners are great communicators- & provided helpful information including a notebook of house info & general community suggestions. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

Lovely but too much noise

Our experience at Cape San Blas went from highs to lows. Let me explain the 3 star rating. It is an average of a 5 star and a 1 star. I will elaborate. A 5 star rating would have been given for the accommodations, the condo its self. It is very nice, clean, and well equipped. The photos are accurate as well as the description. The beach is lovely, there is easy access from the condo. Its a quiet place, in terms of people. There are no crowds, the restaurants are not full and its easy to drive around the island. All of this would have made a very relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, also for the 10 days (and the foreseeable future) there was a lot of construction. These days were 1 star. Two or three full size gas generators ran from 8 am to 6 pm for 9 of the 10 days. The generators are being used to construct a 6 unit condo building, like the one B4 Sunset is in. The construction site is 15 feet from B4. The noise was inescapable. The back bedroom was unlivable all day every day. The noise could be heard inside the condo, as well as on all decks. The pool is next to the construction site as well. The pool had no bathers, it was too loud. There are foundations poured for two more buildings, it is unclear when this complex will be completed. We can not recommend, and will not go back.

Great Location and Comfortable House

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and had room for more. It was VERY clean and the location was amazing. Such a short walk to the beach (easy to walk up to the house to make lunch or go to the bathroom). Very close to the pool, but not noisy. Saw dolphins from the deck every day. Quick trip to the state park - we drove with young kids, but you could definitely walk. There was construction nearby, but we didn't notice the noise from inside the condo. A great value for the location and cleanliness/space!

San Blas Spring Break

We had the perfect relaxing vacation! The location was great for access to the beach with young kids and it was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and the owner communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. First trip to Cape San Blas, definitely not the last!!

My husband and I decided to get away and take my mother and a friend of hers for the holidays. It was beautiful and everything was wonderful. The Epps were very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had and communicated with us even though it was a holiday!!! We loved the slower pace of the area and just walking on the beach collecting beautiful shells or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

So much space, with amazing views!

We are so grateful we found B4 Sunset got our first visit to The Cape! This home has so much space, and the Primary Bedroom being on its own floor is perfect. We used every one of the 3 balconies, and our kids were thrilled that they had their own! The kitchen is very clean and modern, and the large dining room table was nice. The private outdoor shower has spoiled us, as having to rinse off too far away from our unit has always been a hassle on previous beach vacations. We will definitely spread the word about B4 Sunset to anyone considering a visit to Cape San Blas. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We are native Atlantans who have been coming down to Florida's Forgotten Coast for twenty years. After dreaming of owning our own place, we took the plunge in 2013, remodeled the unit and christened it 'B4 Sunset.' Now we have created a place that is warm, welcoming and feels like a place that we'd want to visit rather than just a 'rental' unit.

Why they chose this property

We love this place because we always wanted to vacation where we weren't piled on top of other families on the beach, and where we didn't have to fight people 'cruising' the main strip. We didn't want high-rise condos down the beach, or parasailers and jet skiers all day long. We didn't want planes flying by the beach advertising two-for-one drink specials. WHAT WE DID WANT was an un-commercial, private and amazing beach home. We wanted to be able to sit and watch the amazing sunsets, and kayak with dolphins that cruise up and down the beach. We wanted to be able to go Scalloping, to snorkel and see marine wildlife up close and personal, and to take walks on the beach where you pass a handful of people, not an army. We found it, and you're about to as well!

What makes this property unique

You know that moment? When you realize that the sunset you're watching is going to be unique? Maybe you have a glass of wine in your hand or maybe your kids are in your lap. Maybe its the romantic end to a great day. No matter what, it's that moment when you grab your camera to capture it because you know there won't be another one like it tomorrow. At B4 Sunset, that describes almost every night. You can't drag yourself away, until the sun drops...and you head to the beach for a bonfire and s'mores and build another set of memories.
