These 4 quaint, authentic(built in 1940's) Key West style cottages are cozy and very clean with 'Old Florida' charm, were completely renovated in 2014. The saltwater pool, and heated jacuzzi, outdoor bar/grills in the fenced back yard (5000 sq. ft.) are shared between the 4 cottages. You will not have ANY screaming kids around this compound...just peace and quiet for ultimate relaxation.The tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Each cottage has a small private fenced back yard. Romantic screened porch. Plenty of parking on the compound. 2 bikes, 2 chairs, beach buggy provided for each cottage. Very quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. ONLY 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE.
YOU CAN BRING A SMALL DOGGY (25 LBS MAX) THE PET FEE IS $150 PER PET AND CERTAIN BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Starting 2023, January is a 2 week minimum rental. February & March are 1 month or longer.
The world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a stroll away gives you an oasis from the ordinary. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unusual shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.

A 6 seater electric beach cart available to rent. It is street legal.
FREE beach parking and FREE John's Pass Village parking.
$700 for a week.

Peaceful oasis near the beach!
Loved this quaint tiny cottage near the beach. So relaxing and well cared for pool and landscaping. The other cottage couples were a delight as well when we met up with them at the pool area. Very close to beach and easy to walk or bike to restaurants or shopping. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the Mermaid cottage!

he stayed there last year, and once again, everything was perfect this year. The location is fabulous, the cottage is the perfect size, and having the pool and grills right out your door is absolutely awesome! As far as the hosts, you need to clone them. We had trouble with the TV the first night, and Drake was over immediately. Anytime i had a question, they were a text away. one of the top hosts i have ever rented from and i rent a lot.

Ideal Host and Location!
We had a wonderful relaxing getaway at the Mermaid Cottage and were more than pleased with the property (great pool, comfortable king size bed, hot shower) and the host! With bikes to ride on the beach as well as a quaint front porch to sit out on and feel the tropical breeze, this rental was one of the best!! Won't hesitate to rebook in the near future and I highly recommend this spot to all travelers in the Maderia Beach, Florida area!!

Relax before the busy holiday
After our place was canceled in Venice Beach I was going to just cancel my trip. Im so glad I found this little hidden gem. It was the perfect place for me and my husband. The cottage has everything you need. Johns pass is perfect to walk to or take the bikes that come with the cottage. Judy is a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend staying in these cottages. They are in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are very nice.

Great getaway for two!
My fiancé and I stayed here for 11 days. We also brought our dog, Maverick. Great set up here perfect for the three of us. Plenty of dog beaches around. The best one is on the south end of Treasure Island, but make sure you go at low tide. Fort de Soto has a dog park and dog beach, but a little further away. Judy was great and has a really nice set up with the cottages! The pool, hot tub, and grill were great amenities to have while staying there. Everything was clean and in good shape! Book this and enjoy!

Great vacation cottage
We absolutely loved this property! The cottage was so well appointed and had everything we needed. It is perfect for two people and a pup. We travelled with our older and ailing dog who just loved this place. (He has an extensive medication schedule that doesn't make it easy to find someone to watch him so it was important we could take him with us.) We found great places to sit (in the breezeway, on the front porch and under one of the large umbrellas by the pool) where we were able to stay cool and relax. The pool and the pool area were extremely nice and offered nice seating. Each cottage is also provided very nice beach equipment (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and two bikes to use. Although we didn't use them there are also multiple grills for people to use as well. Just a lovely place that is just a couple of blocks from the beach and John's Pass. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect for 2 people. The pool and outdoor facilities were fantastic- great grills, pool furniture. Judy has this set up great even if flying in she has all the needed beach supplies and good new bikes! The bed was great! Definitely would stay again!!

Perfect get away ! Clean, private, pet friendly! Quite, sweet neighborhood. Short walk to everything. Private pool setting, great neighbors. 4 cottages, the other renters very nice, all of them were repeat renters, knowledgeable of the area but also respectful of privacy. I can see why people return, hopefully we will also.

Wonderful experience...loved it.
We couldn't have been any happier with our time at the Mermaid cottage. Judy is fabulous and every last detail was thought out. The neighborhood is quiet and we met so many wonderful people at both the cottages and the neighbors. It was the first time we traveled with our dog and we were delighted to find the area so pet friendly. We will definitely return.

That perfect Florida cottage
We loved the Sunshine cottage. Lovely porch, perfect layout inside. Lots of extras. Smart TV, WiFi, BBQ grill, pool , spa and parking were all perfect. Very comfortable bed. Very clean unit. Very relaxing place. Lots of food delivery options. Highly recommended. Very close to Johns Pass.

BEAUTIFUL & CALM & FRIENDLY
These cottages are very nice with a beach feeling to them. Judy and Drake were great to us. The beach is a few blocks away from the cottage. If you have a laptop and looking to work from home, make sure to double check the securities on it, as our laptop was not able to get wifi for files we needed. However, everything else was great, from the neighbors to the friendly neighborhood and John’s pass. Just great! The pool area was amazing. We will definitely go back and recommend. We miss it already.
