Welcome to our vacation home away from home. This condo is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. Steps from the white sand.

It has a contemporary feel with all the amenities. Stainless Steel appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, top of the line kitchen and more. Immerse yourself in the secluded owners suite, and bathroom spa like retreat.

This unit is on the first floor with easy access to the pool, beach, parking lot and more. It has a semi private deck right on the beach.

Freshly remodeled completely furnished, fully appointed kitchen, all linens, and Roku TV, Flat Screens in all 3 rooms with and a free sunset every night.

This is our 4th year staying at this property. As always, the property was spotless, the owner very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. It has become a little piece of heaven for us for the month of June.

Great Location
Location was great. The owner should probably go back and look at the listing and revise to accurately state what is in the condo with an updated listing. Probably just a case of an original listing never updated. The building was under construction the whole time we were there so jackhammers and painters and cranes etc. the beach was under construction for weeks as well. The area is very nice and primarily condos so in theory should be a nice quiet location.

Relaxing Month Away
The condo was clean and comfortable. And perhaps most importantly, the beach view was absolutely breathtaking. Robert was a thoughtful and communicative host. I would absolutely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity.

loved the location and view.
Loved the view and location , but could use some attention. The living room only has a couch to sit on, no other chairs. When we had company come for the night I had to go buy a couple blankets and some towels so we would have enough. The platform that the bed sits on sticks out from bed about 10 inches and i hit my foot on the corner of it the first day we got there and it still hurt 3 weeks later. I put a pillow on it so I wouldnt hit it again. Did not have very many dishes, I would have to run the dish washer often to have clean dishes. The first day I opened the drawer to get a pan out and there was a pan sitting on top that had been used and never washed, there was food in the bottom of pan. so I washed all the dishes before using them. if cleaning person had checked the dishes she would have seen it. Also had no working can opener. also could use a table out side with hole in it so you could put umbrella up, we were trying to prop umbrella in the container sitting on the deck. Now the pluses. It was very well stocked with toiletries and paper towels, toilet paper,kleenex,soap,all that kind of stuff. The views and sunsets were to die for, just needed some upgrading.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Things were well stocked. We had everything we needed. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful. The patio right on the beach was wonderful. The area has lots lots to do. Be sure to check out the turtle park on the left just over the park bridge to Largo

Great beach. Great location
During our stay we experienced a lovely, well maintained, quiet complex...no party noise and friendly neighbors. Step out the patio door, off the deck and you are on the sandy beach. The kitchen in the condo is well stocked and well lit and the counters & floors are easy to keep clean. Robert was quickly responsive to our questions and one small issue (originating in another condo) he attended to. The condo is near lots of upscale and funky restaurants and bars. It is also close to the Park Blvd bridge giving easy access to destinations like golf, Tampa & St Petersburg. Thanks Robert!

Beautiful Sunsets
This condo is right on the beach and provided a spectacular sunset experience every night. The beach is one of the nicer beaches in Indian Shores. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The owners are very accessible and immediately answered any questions I had. I had a great stay!

A little piece of Heaven
This property was great. The kitchen was absolutely the easiest kitchen I’ve ever cooked in, I loved the stainless steel countertops. Being on the first floor and only steps away from the beach and pool was very much an added bonus to our trip. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Beach time
We have rented in this area many times in the past, this is the first time on the beach. We enjoyed the experience. The accommodations were not as comfortable, a umbrella and table would be a improvement.

Paradise right outside your door!
Very clean Gulf outside sliding glass door pool outside front door. This Condo is centrally located to shops and many great restsurants. We also found neighbors very friendly. A perfect place to relax or have fun. You can make that choice.

This property is in a spectacular location! However it needs some TLC. None of the interior doors latched. The master bedroom headboard was falling apart. Lighting in the kitchen was horrible (always at your back). Lamps and light fixtures not working or needed light bulbs. Table has spots that are melted and is stained. Cleanliness was questionable. Vent fans in bathroom were very dirty. Overall we were happy with this rental mainly because of its location.

This unit has the most amazing location to the pool and the beach...literally steps from the door. The beach was much less crowded than surrounding condos and we were provided with everything we needed to relax in the sun. We enjoyed being away from the extremely busy surrounding vacation spots as the drive to restaurants and shops were very short. We would definitely recommend to others!

Great location.
Great place to stay, clean, good amenities, owner was responsive. The negatives were the microwave that was difficult to use and beeped randomly. The bathroom and bedroom doors didn't latch properly so you could get locked in the bathroom. The bed in the Master bedroom took up a lot of space in the room because of the wood platform that was also a hazard. All easy fixes that would prompt a 5 star rating.

Perfect setting in a scenic condo
The location of this property was perfect; on the beach with a beautiful patio, heated pool, and centrally located to an endless number of venues. The layout of the condo was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. The only downside? The unit was not a clean as others in which we stayed. The counters, tables, and floors all needed attention on the day that we arrived. Overall, a good stay.

Absolutely Breathtaking
We stayed here for over a month since we just moved from up north in Colorado and were looking into finding a place down here. From the moment we walked into the place we didn't want to leave! The condo is beautifully designed with modern taste, (and nice and clean!) and the view is beyond what I can express in words. A few steps and you are on the soft white sand beach, and you can hear the peaceful sound of the waves crashing as you fall asleep at night. Bobby is an amazing host who always checked in to make sure if we needed anything, you can tell he really cares about how your experience is at his place. It was such a nice warm welcome to Florida, beyond what we had anticipated. We are so grateful to have found this spot, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an experience to take their breath away in all moments. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and other places from VRBO, and nothing comes close to the experience I had here! Thank you so much!
