The Cabin was clean, but upon arrival we discovered the hot tub didn’t work, there were no pillows or covers for the two pull out sofa we would be utilizing, and neither the bedroom door nor the 1/2 bath door closed all the way. This cabin has great potential it’s just a shame it’s not keep in better operating order. We were there for my teen daughter’s birthday and to say she was disappointed is an understatement. When the management company called to ask how the stay was they offered to send someone out, but since we were out exploring I didn’t feel comfortable allowing random people in while all of our belongings were there they said they would submit my complaints. I assumed that would be the last I heard of it, but after I arrived home I received an email stating they would assess the complaints, but could not offer me any compensation (which was insulting since I never asked for any) because I didn’t let someone come out. They basically treated me like I was trying to stay for free because I was upset that their cabin was not in proper working order when we arrived for our short 2 night stay. Also I never reached out to them to complain since we were only there for 2 night we were just going to suck it up and deal with it. The only reason I spoke with Eden Crest is because they called me to check how the stay was going, and I let them know. I just feel like people should know what they are actually getting with this cabin.
