About this property

We are offering up from one to three week stays in our exclusive Grand Solmar Junior Suite. Currently, we can only accommodate Saturday or Sunday check in. The Suite quoted sleeps up to 4 and offers one King bed, a Queen size Murphy Bed, One Full Bathroom, Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dining Room, and a stunning ocean view Patio! We will confirm availability prior to confirming your reservation. Grand Solmar is a beautiful new Five Star Resort in Cabo San Lucas and was built in 2011. We have now purchased a long term condo which has enabled us to rent this unit.
We would love to help you save some money while helping us liquidate some extra weeks we negotiated into our purchase. If interested, please message me with requested dates, or book now and I will not confirm until I verify availability with Grand Solmar. We have floating weeks, not fixed. Once reservation is made, I will submit a guest certificate to Grand Solmar with your demographics and the reservation will be in your name. I can typically have the itinerary in your name in 24-48 hours. All inclusive meal plan will be offered at check in for a minimum of 3 consecutive days of stay. More info. on meal plan can be found on the resort website. VRBO holds all monies until check in, therefore you are fully protected. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Top Notch

This is a fantastic property , extremely clean, friendly staff, most of whom spoke English. Short walk to the marina. If you are up for an adventure you can even walk (hike) to lovers beach from here , normally you would have to charter a boat. For sure stay here in March during spring break because it is much quieter than the Mendano Beach area. Additionally, this place is pretty upscale so expect the prices to reflect that. We will come back to this place without question!

Awesome condo in a great location

Wow. If you are thinking of staying here do yourself a favor and just book it. Awesome condo complex, in a great location. Very clean. Everyone onsite went out of their way to do everything possible to ensure a great visit. Peter, the owner, was very responsive to every inquiry I sent his way.

Second time here, absolutely loved it

Working with Peter was great he responded quickly to any questions we had. There were many ... Lol he put us at easy since this was the first time using Home Away. The resort was great they up graded us to the grand master suite. Service and food was good. The resort was not loud and crazy like others can be. The location is close to the marina and a lot of great restaurants all walking distance.

Loved grand solmar!

Room and resort was amazing. Peter, owner, was great to work with. Hope to go back next year. Pools and waitstaff amazing. Would recommend dinners in town vs. resort.

Very nice property. Very clean & well maintained. Employees extremely friendly & curtious. We did their meal plan & overall food was very good. Our studio had everything two people would want & a great view. Will go back😄😄👍👍

Amazing week at the Grand Somar

If you have the chance to stay here, do it! The resort is absolutely wonderful. The views, the accommodations, the service and the food were all stellar! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had not planned to utilize the all inclusive aspect of the resort, but we are so glad we did. We still wandered Cabo and took in the sights, but we mainly stayed on sight and soaked up the Solmar experience. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful trip!

Grand Solmar is gorgeous and the rooms are amazing, great for a long vacation. Peter, the owner, is wonderful! He responded to my many, many emails, usually within minutes! Peter, thank you for an amazing rental, we'll definitely be back next year!

Grand Solmar was an excellent choice...even with the construction, the amenities and service was top notch! Our studio suite was beautiful...king bed, dining area, kitchenette and an ocean front balcony with a view to die for! Our room was kept clean, mopped and turn down service made this extra special. I can`t wait to go back....also La Roca food and service was excellent as well as drinks and dining at the pool.

Grand Solmar Lands End Resort & Spa

Greatly enjoyed our week at Grand Solmar. Easy walk into town. Ate on site a couple of times - the food and service was great. Staff was very good and helpful. This would be an easy 5 star except for the construction going on (storm repairs) and the unavailability of the main pool with swim up bar. Would recommend and we will be back!

Great resort...beware, there is a lot of construction going on. The resort was good about moving our room due to noise, etc. Food at resort was great. This will be a 5 star resort once construction is complete.

A 2 Book Vacation

Grand Solmar Lands End is everything you would want in a vacation. The weather is almost always perfect - the grounds are beautiful - the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location, being walking distance from the Marina, gives you numerous choices for dining and activities. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to families as well as couples seeking a romantic getaway.
