I am a native of St. Cyprien, and I participate al Evolution of the station since its inception. former farmer, I practice rental Holiday for 40 years and St Cyprien beach for 25 years with this villa. also owns other cottages of France on the farm (2 km), and in the village of my main residence has latour bas elne 2km.
Why they chose this property
built this house on one parcel apartenant to my family (former farmer of St. Cyprien Plage), ideally located 200m from the sea and the port. thanks to this villa I adhere to the cottages of France (label its quality) for 25 years
What makes this property unique
vacation checks and pets ok, free baby kit, can apoint bed, private parking, free wi fi as possible, sleeps 6, washing machine, large terrace, barbecue, label cottage France and therefore possible supported by this. open al year, according to season rental can 'offset'. degressif prices according to season, quiet but close to summer events (everything can be done without a car) area 200m from the beach of fine sand and sea, 200m from the fishing port and marina, 200m from the local market, possible rental cloth and household services, near coliure and perpignan, near the train station and motorway elne.
