Agave Sunrise (City ID: 049008) is a true Palm Springs vacation retreat! Centrally located on a quiet interior street in Sunrise Park, the property offers nearly 1900 square feet of indoor living space, with an open concept Great Room, Chef’s Kitchen and formal Dining Area. Dual Primary Suites are complimented by two additional Guest Quarters, accommodating a total of 8 overnight guests with ease. Loaded with amenities and extras!

Upon entering the home, a foyer leads into the large Great Room featuring a baby grand piano. Ideal for entertaining, the open concept design incorporates the Great Room and Kitchen - perfect for conversation during meal preparation.

A large L-shaped couch provides abundant seating for guests to enjoy quiet relaxation or their favorite show on the wall mounted 65” flat screen TV with surround sound. Throughout the home, unique touches include original artwork, music memorabilia and vintage mid-century photography Palm Springs and Europe – an eclectic mix that is paired just right!

The Chef’s Kitchen features a full suite of Stainless Steel appliances including gas cooktop, wall mounted oven and microwave and refrigerator. Thoughtfully equipped, Agave Sunrise will inspire many levels of culinary genius for both the novice or experienced chef. Once prepared, meals can be enjoyed in the Formal Dining Area adjacent to the kitchen, at the Breakfast bar, or dine al fresco poolside or under the covered patio.

The Grand Primary Suite features a California King bed, expanded sitting area with 62” Flat Screen TV with surround sound, and en-suite bath. The oversized bath offers dual vanities and walk-in tile and glass shower. This Suite also features direct access to the pool patio through French doors.

A Second Master Suite is located on the opposite side of the home and features a Cal King sized bed, TV and en-suite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower.

Two additional Guest Quarters have grand mountain views, one offering a Cal King and the other a Queen sized bed and home workspace. All bedrooms have Roku TVs.

A third guest bathroom includes a single vanity, shower/tub combo and a stacked washer and dryer.

The the very private outdoor living space is anchored by an oversized pool (heating available for a surcharge) surrounded by 8 chaise lounges and a large lush lawn. Just outside the Primary Suite, sits a full-sized luxury spa jacuzzi equipped with 50 soothing jets that sits up to 8. On the north side of the yard, the green space is perfectly scaled for a game of croquet or bocce ball (sets included).

Under the shade of the covered patio there is a fully equipped Ping Pong table - the ideal compliment to a day in the sun. Poolside, an additional table with four chairs and umbrella provide a place for casual dining or conversation.

Under the covered patio there is a more formal outdoor dining space for up to 8 guests. A 4-burner gas BBQ is also featured. And finally, find yourself having a relaxing mountain-view siesta on the hammock by the pool.

Agave Sunrise is just a short 2 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and the famed Palm Canyon Drive lined with cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, and more. And due to the property's location, you are protected from the north-end winds and get more hours of daily sunshine (up to 2 hours more than our west-side neighbors!)

Agave Sunrise is privately owned and operated and has is a consistent "Guest Favorite" and "SuperHost" on various booking platforms.

Pool heating is available and rates vary based on current gas and electric rates. This is a non-pet home due to special repeat guests that have pet allergies. Thank you for understanding!
