STARZ/ENCORE are provided on the 55-inch LG OLED and the 46-inch TVs in the
living area and master bedroom, respectively. On a rainy day, sit back and
enjoy watching movies from the condo's library of over 150 DVDs. And if you
subscribe to any of the streaming services, the LG OLED gives you easy access
to them.

As BeachView No.3 is part of the 46-unit Beachview complex, guests have use of
the swimming pool and tennis court (with separate lines drawn for pickleball enthusiasts). 
If you're traveling with little ones, note that baby gates are
stored in the garage.
