'The view' luxury Florence apartment (90 sqm) is situated on the 3th floor (no lift) of an old Florentine building in the historical centre. The Duomo square and the most important museums, galleries are a short walking distance away.

The 20 sqm large terrace offers a spectacular view of the monuments (Duomo, the bell tower of Giotto, Sinagoga)

The terrace furnished with table and chairs for tasting an open air breakfast on a sunny morning. It is a very bright and quiet apartment Near to the apartment there are man typical restaurants, cafes, pizzerie, craft shops, a this area permits to fully enjoy the every day life of the historical centre of florence.

ACCOMMODATION:

It's composed of an entrance, a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. A staircase leads to the open gallery with one single bed and the second bathroom with shower.

(There are a single bed and another bathroom in the loft which is accessible with a ladder).

Good location

Great spot. Easy walk to city centre but all amentities nearby. Emmanuele was great meeting us and giving us a rundown on local and other top spots. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment - three flights. Apartment was pleasant and reasonably comfortable. Bring your own pillow though (those provided are either lumpy or hard) Would recommend with advice re above.

Excellent location

10 minute walk to main attractions. Supermarket and chemist 5 minute walk away. Loved spending dinners and breakfasts on the roof top looking straight at the Duomo. Hosts explained Everything in detail and we’re exceptionally helpful. Good timely communication . Only drawback was the noise from the street heard cars and motorbikes all night and garbage collectors in early morning. I had earplugs which was good my husband was woken up several times. So if you’re a light sleeper then would think twice but Bri f so central it’s s hard place to beat. Place was clean .

Great apartment

The apartment is well maintained, clean and in a good location. Although an easy walking distance from most attractions, the area was quiet which was pleasant. Massimo responded quickly to any requests and we felt quite at home. Would recommend the apartment for a great stay in Firenze.

Beautiful Apartment With Incredible Views

This apartment was absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully appointed and a great location, within 10-15 minutes walking distance of all the major sights in Florence. The views from the top balcony were incredible! Also, our host Emanuele was so kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Amazing Apartment In The Heart Of Florence

We loved our stay in this incredible apartment! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the view from the upper terrace was absolutely incredible. The apartment was so centrally-located, too, no more than a 10-15 minute walk from all of the major attractions in Florence. Our host, Emanuele, was very kind and responsive and really made us feel welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

Ideal Location

One would be hard pressed to find another place to stay as special as this! (Noted is the 4 flights of stairs but are easily managed) Emmanuel’s guidance prior to & upon arrival, was invaluable. His directions for parking, key sites to see, restaurants in the vicinity were spot on. Favourites were the Cibreo Trattoria, L’Ortone and a must… Vivoli for Affogato. The apartment is well equipped & comfortable—especially relaxing on the terrace with the view of the Duomo lit up in the evening. Highly recommended.

Great location - rooftop terrace has stunning view of Duomo

Photos are very accurate. We enjoyed staying in city centre. It was a short walk back to the apartment for a midday rest before going out exploring further. Emanuele greeted us at the property and helped to carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs which was appreciated. He showed us around and gave us a map and marked the main sights and offered some restaurant suggestions.

Great location

We enjoyed the property. Need to be able to handle steep steps to the second bathroom and rooftop. We were really happy with the young man who was our contact, not only was he very helpful but he also carried 4 heavy luggage bags up the steps for us.

Very special place. 5 stars.

We loved everything about this apartment. The accommodations made us feel like we were at home and living like a local in Florence. The deck was spectacular and fun for breakfast cappuccinos and romantic wine and cheese sunsets. We loved being so close to Mercato Sant'Ambrogio, Vivoli for affogatos and 10 mins to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and all of the other tourist attractions. The host Emanuele was excellent and easy to communicate with before during and after our stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting Florence!!

Really enjoyed the stay in the flat at Florence. The flat was very nicely cared for and our host, Emanuele met us at the flat when we arrived. He took the time to show us how everything worked and also helped us with great restaurants in the area. Really enjoyed it and would recommend it!

Florence apartment

Terrific location in a great, non-touristy neighborhood that nevertheless was close to some great sights and restaurants. Apartment overall was clean and comfortable, though the heat was intermittent. (We were there in winter.). Beds very comfortable. The manager was helpful and responsive. We would stay again.

We loved our stay. The patio was by far our favorite. Keep in mind lugging luggage up to the top floor is the worst part. We’d definitely stay again.

Great stay, fantastic location, more dated than in the pictures

We had a great stay at the property. The location is fantastic - very close to the Duomo, good restaurants and coffee and the local market. Emanuele was an excellent host and took extra care to give us recommendations where to go. The property itself is more dated than it looks in the pictures - in particular the kitchen is very tight if you plan on cooking. That said, the terrace is lovely and the apartment was bigger overall than I expected.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as described and the host was awesome! There are really good restaurants nearby. Near all the sites. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Highly recommend! Only downside was no elevator/lift but we’ll worth it. Thank you for an awesome experience.

A beautiful apartment, excellent location and amazing owner.

Emanuele was very responsive and extremely kind to help us up the stairs with our heavy oversized suitcases. We were given a map and directions to all the places to see plus the best restaurants. The neighborhood was very family oriented and we felt completely safe walking around at all times of the day and night. The apartment was amazing, the rooms were very large and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and view

Beautiful apt and location for our vacation. Host was helpful and responsive. Lots of steps - as expected but, caution, the main stairwell to apt is very dark at night. The second bathroom is located up very steep stairs and was only useful to the guest staying up there. The view from the rooftop patio is a beautiful place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

Two days in Florence

Excellent location to walk everywhere. Beautiful rooftop patio that is very peaceful and quiet. A bit of an odd layout, but there was plenty of space for a family of 5. The furnishings are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the beds were comfortable. Just FYI - this is in a ZTL so you can’t drive directly to the apartment if you are coming by car. Excellent location. Beautiful views.
