'The view' luxury Florence apartment (90 sqm) is situated on the 3th floor (no lift) of an old Florentine building in the historical centre. The Duomo square and the most important museums, galleries are a short walking distance away.

The 20 sqm large terrace offers a spectacular view of the monuments (Duomo, the bell tower of Giotto, Sinagoga).

The terrace furnished with table and chairs for tasting an open air breakfast on a sunny morning. It is a very bright and quiet apartment Near to the apartment there are man typical restaurants, cafes, pizzerie, craft shops, a this area permits to fully enjoy the every day life of the historical centre of florence.

ACCOMMODATION:

It's composed of an entrance, a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. A staircase leads to the open gallery with one single bed and the second bathroom with shower.

(There are a single bed and another bathroom in the loft which is accessible with a ladder).

AMENITIES:

Good location
Great spot. Easy walk to city centre but all amentities nearby. Emmanuele was great meeting us and giving us a rundown on local and other top spots. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment - three flights. Apartment was pleasant and reasonably comfortable. Bring your own pillow though (those provided are either lumpy or hard) Would recommend with advice re above.

10 minute walk to main attractions. Supermarket and chemist 5 minute walk away. Loved spending dinners and breakfasts on the roof top looking straight at the Duomo. Hosts explained Everything in detail and we’re exceptionally helpful. Good timely communication . Only drawback was the noise from the street heard cars and motorbikes all night and garbage collectors in early morning. I had earplugs which was good my husband was woken up several times. So if you’re a light sleeper then would think twice but Bri f so central it’s s hard place to beat. Place was clean .

The apartment is well maintained, clean and in a good location. Although an easy walking distance from most attractions, the area was quiet which was pleasant. Massimo responded quickly to any requests and we felt quite at home. Would recommend the apartment for a great stay in Firenze.

Great location in Florence
This flat is in a perfect location for getting around and exploring Florence on foot. Emmanuel was great with his communications, got back with us quickly with any questions we had. Would stay there again if we get back to Italy.

Cozy Apartment in Firenze
We loved the apartment, has a great view from its terrace. It does not have an elevator, so for people who cannot climb stairs it could be an issue. The host was great and assisted with our luggage.

I WISH I CAN STAY LONGER!
This place is amazing! One can tell the property is loved by the owner and it is the kind of experience we were looking for when we decided to visit Florence. The owner was very communicative and helpful, this place is SO CONVENIENT to everything else, we walked to most of the places we wanted to see. In the neighborhood, many nice little shops are fascinating. The three flights of stairs is a consideration for some but if you don't mind stairs, this is the place!

Great apartment in a lovely location
Our family of five had a great stay here. Everything went well: communication was easy, apartment was clean and warm. The location is great - so easy to access the tourist area - but the neighborhood is also very nice - with great markets, cafes and restaurants just minutes away. I'd stay here again.

Nice stay and very good service but no elevator
The apartment is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Host Emanuel was very nice and helpful and helped us with our bags. But, just be aware that you need to go up two flights of stairs for the apartment. Also there was no soap in the bathrooms, apparently due to some legal reasons and we had to get our own soap. Other than that, our stay was nice. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, but accessible to the popular attractions. The host, Emanuel was very helpful with the maps and directions. We stayed for one night and overall we liked our stay, other than the minor inconveniences mentioned above.

The Best of Florence
This was a fabulous apartment! It is well off the "tourist" beaten path and truly had a local feel. Emanuele was a perfect host! Not only did he accomodate our late arrival due to a transportation strike, he also spent time helping us learn with a map of Florence where to go and what to see while we were there to get a true sense of the city. He even went as far as to tell us what areas of the city we should eat to avoid "Tourist Traps." This information was invaluable to giving us the amazing experience we had. Please stay here! You won't regret it!

Beautiful Views with a great location
We loved the location of this property being close to all the main attractions and enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the Duomo. He also gave us a lot of information about the city when we arrived and took his advice for a large majority of our meals and each one was amazing.

We had a wonderful time staying at your place! The balcony view was stunning, and the location was perfect. The host's recommendations for dining and sightseeing in Florence were spot on. The breathtaking view of Florence from the third floor definitely made the climb worthwhile. Just a small suggestion: the kitchen could use a few more cups and wine glasses.

Fantastic Apartment in Florence
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay. This was our home base as we explored Florence, Pisa, Bologna, and Tuscany. Our family stayed here while in Florence and it was just perfect! Lots of rooms with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was well-stocked. The rooftop patio with views of Duomo was amazing! Amazing Apartment In The Heart Of Florence
We loved our stay in this incredible apartment! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the view from the upper terrace was absolutely incredible. The apartment was so centrally-located, too, no more than a 10-15 minute walk from all of the major attractions in Florence. Ideal Location
One would be hard pressed to find another place to stay as special as this! (Noted is the 4 flights of stairs but are easily managed) Emmanuel’s guidance prior to & upon arrival, was invaluable. His directions for parking, key sites to see, restaurants in the vicinity were spot on. Favourites were the Cibreo Trattoria, L’Ortone and a must… Vivoli for Affogato. The apartment is well equipped & comfortable—especially relaxing on the terrace with the view of the Duomo lit up in the evening. Highly recommended.
