Jolie maison dans le quartier de Quentovic

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée au niveau cuisine etc. La maison est "dans son jus", année 70/80 mais propre, un accès direct au jardinet depuis le séjour serait appréciable, si il n'y avait un canapé placé devant la porte fenêtre. Chambre au dessus du garage spacieuse mais nécessiterait une rénovation, traces de moisissure. Il manque juste quelques petites cuillères, c'est un détail mais facile à corriger.

MAISON BIEN PLACEE ET TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une bonne literie. La maison est près de Quentovic ce qui est très agréable. Le seul petit hic c'est la luminosité tant dans la cuisine que dans le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Quintovic, un quartier très sympathique

Belle maison, un peu triste. Quelques petites améliorations pour donner plus de peps : éclairage rdc insuffisant : toilettes, cuisine, séjour. Jardin manque de qques fleurs, déco un peu surannée à revoir, store de la cuisine à changer, etc...Signaler que la maison est bien mitoyenne, avec des voisins. Merci en tout cas.

Motorbike trip

We used at the property as a base, the garage was perfect for locking the 4 motorbikes away at night. The location was great, not too far away from the town. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Très agréable séjour

Propriété convenant parfaitement pour deux couples et deux petits enfants (3ans et un an).Très bien située, à proximité de la plage et de toutes les facilités(boulangerie, supérette restos, plaine de jeux).Le garage et le parking deux voitures dans la propriété sont un réel plus.La maison est très bien équipée mais l éclairage du salon/salle à manger est insuffisant le soir.C est vraiment le seul bémol, qui ne nous empêcherait d ailleurs pas de réserver à nouveau ce bien.

Le Touquet House

Nice place. Well equipped and a short walk to bars and restaurants. Annoyed that we had to supply our own bed linen or rent for the week, that's not fair. Also I had to provide my house insurance documents against any damage caused. Never heard of that before.

Typisch französisches Haus, das in die Jahre gekommen ist, in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattet. In jedem der vier Schlafzimmer gibt es einen TV, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, lediglich könnten die Pfannen erneuert werden. die Beschichtungen sind teilweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, besonders für Menschen mit Hund. Es gibt zwei kleine Wäldchen um die Ecke, die Dünen und der Strand sind in etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch gibt es in dem Viertel einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei sowie eine Apotheke und andere Geschäfte. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und der größte Minuspunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Diese liess doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Fenster und auch Spiegel waren schlecht bis gar nicht sauber, an den Küchenschränken waren überall Fettfinger-Spuren, an der Treppe hingen Spinnenweben, und auch der Rest des Hauses war nicht gerade in dem Zustand, in dem man es sich für den Preis erwünscht hätte. Das ist sehr schade. Das Schloss zur Küche hin von draußen (der Eingangsbereich) ist schwer zu bedienen und klemmt.

Belle touquetoise, propriétaires à l’écoute, propreté à revoir

Belle maison typique du Touquet, manque juste un meilleur suivi au niveau de la société de nettoyage, poil et poussière sous les canapés, housses de lit sales , sol de salle à manger sale, poussière et toile d’aralignée partout dans la maison Literie très confortable et quartier calme à part le démarrage de travaux à 8h du matin dans résidence en construction face à la maison Manque juste 2 bainsde soleil

Très beau secteur touristique

Villa équipée de façon adéquate pour accueillir 6 personnes et très bien située pour visiter ce très beau secteur touristique. Prévoir des pinces à linge pour faire sécher le linge et idéalement 2 vélos pour les balades.

Bon séjour en famille

La maison est assez bien placée. Le grand garage nous a permis de louer des vélos et de les y placer facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent moment malgré le temps pour un 14 juillet.

Pas besoin de plus!! Super sejour dans une charmante maison très pratique et très fonctionnelle

Groupe de 4 amis. Très bon emplacement, à deux pas des commerces, de la plage, quartier hyper tranquille. Si nous devions retourner au Touquet, nous reprendrions très certainement cette maison.
