Great Home

Had a great time staying at this property. We had 8 guys staying for a golf tournament and everything was great. The owner even had Amazon drop off new pool sticks when I messaged them and told them that there was only 1 working stick. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Spot

Brett was easy to communicate with and had a useful solution for any questions or issues we may have had. The house was nice. Had all the amenities the listing mentioned and was well taken care of. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

Great family vacation

House was amazing and plenty of space for 10 adults to spread out. Great kitchens to cook and bake in. Back patio and pool were great to hang out in, dock was fun to fish and neighbors were polite. Brett and Konnie were great hosts! Thanks!

Beautiful home with everything you need.

The house itself is beautiful, well kept, and contains everything you need for a great trip. Between the screened in pool, multiple living rooms, pool table, and dock, there was no shortage of amenities. The entire first floor could have been an in-law suite of it's own, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The 2nd and 3rd floors had the primary kitchen and bedrooms, all well stocked, cleaned and maintained. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and the neighbors we met were quite nice. Overall a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend here.

2024 stay.

Stay was great but the impending storm caused us to leave 2 days early. Brett was an excellent host. Master bathroom was black and needed a little attention Lots of books, games and puzzles for kiddos. Truly a beautiful home

Perfect 50th birthday

We went for my 50th birthday and this house was everything we needed in a house. Lots of space, clean ,pool was great. Location was perfect. Walmart need by and publix. Flapp jacks restaurant near by was a good palce to get breakfast. Brett our host was great. He answered all my questions and on the last day I asked if we could stay later because we had a late checkout. Brett was quick to respond and say we can stay longer. We were 9 guys and we all felt we picked the right house for us. We rented a pontoon boat near by and enjoyed the lake and a restaurant not far on the lake. Thank you again Brett. I recommended this location to anyone. Enjoy if you do stay. You will he happy.

3 Families!

We stayed for a week at this property with 3 families and kids from 2-6! The layout was perfect for sharing the home and the basement/fun room was great after the kiddos went to sleep! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We will absolutely return.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house was immaculate on check-in. Multilevel house was well stocked for our large group. Good supply of towels in all bedrooms and baths. New dock was recently installed and provided a nice place to relax and wet a line.

Balanced relaxation

This multi-level property allowed my family and my brother's family with adult children and teens to be able to spread out and relax for six days in December of 2023. We were also able to come together for meals, swimming, and board games. This home has a lot to offer for this reason. Yes, there are steps between different bedrooms and the two kitchens, but the different levels allowed some of the family to stay up late and some to go to sleep on different schedules. The home has pots and pans, utensils and microwave/oven/stove/fridges on two different levels. We had to supply our own salt/pepper/cooking oil. The counterspace was great for us to serve buffet style meals for our large group. The pillows, towels and sheets were good quality for the beds provided, the throw blankets were cozy for naps on the couch, and the rooms were clean. The outdoor space and pool table room gave us a fun way to pass the time between the beach trip and other tourist events. We used the grill for burgers, and it worked great! We enjoyed Clearwater Beach and Dunedin restaurants after a quick internet search of local attractions. When hiccups occurred as they do in life, the host was helpful and honest in resolving the problems. The location of this home is on a quiet dead end street with canal access to the lake. For our family, this property provided us a comfortable place to make life long memories. Thanks to the hosts for the service of their property and the effective communication!

Good times

This was a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. Everyone had their own space if needed and there were plenty of gathering places. The pool table and the water pool added lots of fun for everyone. Any questions were answered immediately by the owners. We hope to be here again.

Wonderful intergenerational house... three families

Home was perfect for our families. Pool was great attraction for 6 and 7 year olds. The one thing that would be in your guest's best interest would be given the password for the secure network... both son and daughter had some business communications and appreciated the secure network.

N Canal Street Beyond Unbelievable!!

The House was amazing!! Beyond Expectations. Everything was very clean. Very peaceful neighborhood. We did a lot of walking and jogging. The pool was fantabulous. The house was the perfect place to have pictures taken of my son, his groomsmen and family the day of his wedding. We will have everlasting memories of this home!! Brett was awesome to communicate with when questions did arise!!! Thank you Brett and Konnie!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. The outside seating areas were our absolute favorites. Coffee and tea in the morning watching the birds and wildlife. Afternoons spent relaxing in the heated pool. Spirited games of pool were played to determine who really was the pool shark in the group. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome time and would definitely recommend this property.

Huge home with plenty to do!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. We enjoyed swimming, playing pool, fishing of the dock and cooking in the well-equipped kitchens. Thank you for letting us escape to sunny FL for part of our winter from upstate NY.

60th Birthday celebration!

OMG!! This lakefront property was absolutely stunning. We had a party of 10 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom, and the house was generously spacious to accommodate all. I absolutely loved the location, the house was fully equipped with everything. We sat out on the patio and by the pool each morning while having our coffee while taking in the view of alligators roaming in the canal lol We’re planning our 2nd vacation already! Thank you so very much Brett for the exceptional customer service provided.

2022 Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Palm Harbor. Your home was so wonderful. There was something for everyone, with the pool area, pool table and second family room space in the basement, amazing kitchen area for us to enjoy making meals together, as well as the wonderful screened in deck area right off the dinning room/kitchen area. I spend time in the morning enjoying my morning devotion and tea outside on the deck as the sun came up and you could always find someone out on the deck throughout the day just relaxing in the shade watching for wildlife to go by. The pool area was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of sun for the sun lovers like me and plenty of shade for our fairer family members. We enjoyed early morning swims, evening swims and swimming throughout the day. While the water lovers enjoyed the pool, the guys were inside enjoying using the pool table. Brett was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, not that we had many. Your home was a wonderful place for our family to spend our vacation. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for opening up your home to us.
