Rise and Shine, located in Carefree Arizona, right on the top of North Scottsdale, is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a private gated community next to downtown Carefree and Cave Creek. A wonderful feature of this home is that it's steps away from cafes, restaurants and shops. You'll enjoy gorgeous nights with minimal city lights, offering dark sky's that are great for stargazing and wildlife viewing.
Walking into the home you are welcomed into the home with tasteful southwest decor, a cozy but spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a 60-Inch flat screen TV, Apple TV, BluRay Player, and a very comfortable sofa, love seat and club chair. This room has plenty of natural lighting, reading lamps next to the sofa and chair, ceiling fan, and recessed lighting for added warmth and ambience.
The functional kitchen has solid granite counters, breakfast bar with three cushioned bar stools, recessed lighting, gas cook top, built in microwave, stainless steel refrigerator with built in water and ice dispenser. The sturdy dining table is made from a solid wood top with an iron frame. There are six cushioned chairs, and an dimmable light over the table. The dining table has four large windows with blinds and is a nice cozy spot to enjoy fine dining with friends and family.
The spacious master bedroom features a King bed lighted nightstands, a ceiling fan, a cushioned chair with a reading lamp, a dresser with a 40-Inch Flat Screen TV and a Blu Ray player. The master bedroom has French doors leading out to a paved deck with two chaise loungers where you can bask in the sun or start your day with a cup of coffee. The master bathroom has two sinks, a walk in shower, a soaking tub and walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, two bedside tables, ceiling fan with lighting, dresser, and a 32-Inch Flat Screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, two bedside tables, dresser, and a ceiling fan.
The guest bathroom has a walk in tiled shower and stone counter tops.
The backyard and patio are south facing and have a 5 foot wall around the perimeter. Out in the yard on the paver stones is a table with umbrella, 6 chairs, and a gas grill. The covered patio has a bench seat, loveseat and two comfy chairs.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Two garage spaces available. The owners keep a personal vehicle stored in the garage. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
