The mansion of 550 m2, constructed in a total area of 1100 m2 and with 20 meters of front the beach, had its project signed for the architect Helio Pelegrino who, using a gamma of ideas inspired by the most modern beach houses, joined sophistication and elegance in all the spaces - this is its registered mark. Situated in front of the edge of the Geribá, the sea is always to the reach of the eyes. Living integrated with TV and antenna SKY with total package, sound, DVD and Internet, room for the maximum of 10 people in 5 suítes, all with conditional air and closets, living, room of supper, washbasin, garden with source, varanda, churrasqueira, area of leisure with support table, cooks and laundry, sauna the vapor and dries and swimming pool with hidromassagem points.
