Your 400 square foot suite is separate from the main house and offers you your own private entrance, a private en-suite bathroom w/shower. It includes a basket of complimentary fine toiletries, lush towels and fresh linens. A super comfortable and luxurious King-size bed, a comfy futon/sofa, a table, a coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, (stocked with complimentary bottled water, soda and juice)Toaster, kettle,cups, plates and silverware, a beautiful writing desk, Cable TV, central air, FREE Wi-Fi, and plenty of FREE street parking right by the house, are all included in your room rate!
PLEASE NOTE: NO toddlers (ages 1.5-6 yrs old) are allowed, because the swimming pool is located right outside the suite, no fence!
And while we are unable to accommodate your pets, we do
have a friendly dog at our house you can play with should
you miss your pet back home..

Step outside your suite's sliding doors, and enjoy our serene, lush garden, take a refreshing swim in our pool, or just relax, read, play some cards at one of a number of sitting areas designed to fit your mood, from a peaceful shady spot with a romantic swing for two, to a lovely corner bistro setting. In fact, you may not even want to leave to explore our City...
The futon/sofa is suitable for a third guest if you'll need it.Also we have a Pac N Play for babies.

Our home Office is adjoined to the guest suite, in case you'll need to print out documents, tickets ,Etc.
And while we are unable to accommodate your pets, we do
have a friendly dog at our house you can play with should

Exactly what we needed!
Our time with Ronit, Pini and Ash was beautiful! The conversation was intellectually stimulating, fun and sometimes silly. The primary purpose of our trip was familial in nature, emotionally taxing and difficult. Each time we walked through the gate and into the courtyard, it was as if the ability to breathe deeply and relax was renewed once again. The food was delicious and they met our every need and Ash...oh Ash...He is the most beautiful husky in heart and soul.. His talking made me laugh and he is such a very very good boy! He is ready to play or simply relax at your feet. We expect to return to the area in the next few months and will absolutely return to these amazing people and their beautiful home.

The cottage is as described. We had the choice of breakfast each morning. Everything was delicious. Everything was clean and there were a lot of extras to make you feel at home or if you forgot something. The location is great/safe and there is plenty of street parking. They really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Thank you for a great stay and taking such good care of us! .

Absolute Gem!!
This is the best B&B!! The unit is charming with a lovely pool and garden/patio that is very private. The bed is super comfortable. Ronit, our host, is just so nice. Check in was very easy and it was very easy to communicate with host. The made to order breakfast everyday was wonderful as well as the great conversations. Ash (the Siberian husky) is so fun to play with. The neighborhood was very safe and it’s within 5 minutes of anything you could need. We would recommend this 100%!! Would stay here again! 10/10!!

Lovely suite and hosts
Ronit, Pini and their sweet dog Ash were my hosts for my visit with my goddaughter. I couldn’t have been more comfortable, safe, or cared for (being a senior lady traveling solo). The suite had everything one could need and Ronit reminded me many times to just ask for whatever I needed. The weather was super hot-the a/c worked perfectly and the pool was a great treat. Breakfasts on the patio were something to look forward to -both the food and company Ash, their “talking “ dog is the perfect greeter (and I’m not a “dog person”-but I fell in love !) I Will definitely come back the next time I come to visit. Thanks so much!!

Perfect vacation!
We stayed at the B&B for a week to celebrate our anniversary. Ronit Pini and Ash were incredible hosts!! We loved the delicious breakfast everyday, and loved the gorgeous garden and pool. We had such a great time. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful! They even had flowers waiting for us upon arrival with an anniversary balloon! So sweet and thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

UNBILLIEVABLE STAY! A Premiere Experience!
This is a jewel of a property, exceeded only by the friendliness and attentiveness of my most excellent hosts, Ronit and Pini, and Dog Ash of course. The setting, the service, the breakfasts and the accomodations are all superlative! I travel to Los Angeles often, but I'll say, I'm done looking for any other place to stay if the "Life is Good" B&B is available for my future trips. There are so many excellent reviews of these accomodations, and they are very well deserved. So let me just heap on more praise and say thank you to my wonderful hosts for making a very special trip all the more special and enjoyable.

This is a MUST do again property. 1st, the hosts are awesome!! Ash (beautiful dog) is so sweet.. Ronit's breakfast is The best! The backyard is AWESOME, the flowers, the pool.. the room is cozy, the bed is comfy and the AC kicks.. one of the best properties we've visited and hands down best hosts.

Friendly hosts and great location
We loved staying with Ronit and Pini, who are marvelous hosts and friendly, interesting, loving people. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome in so many ways. In the evening we were given a menu card so that we could customize the next day’s breakfast, which Ronit cooked for us. We were treated to fresh coffee, expresso, tea, orange juice, eggs cooked as you like them, muffins, croissants, scones, real butter and jams, bacon, cheeses, fresh cut fruit and a chopped Mediterranean salad. When you enter the property you walk through a courtyard with flowers and an orange tree before entering your room. Inside the room there were various drinks in the refrigerator, coffee K cups, a coffeemaker, and fast wifi. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a step in the bedroom to be mindful of. A sliding glass door opens to a fenced-in area with a beautiful pool and a large picnic table with an umbrella. The property is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood near the intersection of Highway 405 and 101 in Sherman Oaks. We did not hear street noise. This is a great location where you have quick access to The Getty Center, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Hills, Laurel Canyon, and Universal Studios. There is also a Whole Foods and a Costco nearby. We are so fortunate to get to know Ronit and Pini. They are the best hosts you could have, and we hope to come back and stay with them again!

Tranquility in the middle of the city
Ronit was a wonderful hostess. Her B&B was welcoming, clean, and centrally located to all our LA destinations. Breakfast was delicious (especially the French toast), our teen loved the pool, and Ash was an added bonus. We could not be happier. This B&B definitely lives up to its “Life is Good” name.
