Truly in the Heart of Seaside with Private Beach, sleeps 4 maximum

Location is Primo!

Our building overlooks the shops in the Ruskin Place district of Seaside, and during the day, you can sit and watch folks walking by, shopping and enjoying Seaside’s unique stores.

When you enter the Picasso Moon, you will find a very industrial style building which was fashioned after the SoHo district in New York City. If you are looking for elegance or a fancy Watercolor style type home, this is not what you will find: instead, you will find a loft style building with an artistic flair concrete walls, concrete floors and a unique style of fun.

We have a large and great rooftop where you can see Seaside from 360 degrees. The Gulf, The park, The houses to the East, and to the West
……….. you can experience sunrise and sunset.
Once you have arrived in Seaside, you truly DO NOT have to get in your car again unless you want to leave our lovely town.....

• walk to breakfast.. #GREAT SOUTHERN CAFE
• walk to the beach, pool, tennis,

1. owner will charge for extra people over the 4 limit
2. If you wish the use of pool and fitness that is an extra $50/day fee for 4 passes.. I only charge if you wish to use..you will need to go online and reserve....
3. Parking... We do not have designated parking, however, you can purchase a parking pass for a ONE TIME fee of $20, which will guarantee you parking...

WE are NOT pet friendly please don't ask, the answer will always be no....there are so many people with allergies that we do not allow those guests to be uncomfortable. Smoking is also NOT allowed, unless you smoke on the roof

Perfect Family Getaway
This place was perfect for a getaway with my husband and our 1 year old son! The location made it easy to walk everywhere, the patio was wonderful for lounging after my baby's early bed time and the layout was great. The apartment is over a busy pedestrian street but you cant hear a peep inside! The second bed room was perfect for my son, dark and quiet. The kitchen had everything we would have needed but cook but since we were a short walk to the market and restaurants we never did! Bert was helpful and communicative our entire stay. High recommend this property!

Fabulous Stay
We loved Picasso Moon. Its location in Seaside was perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and hearing all the sounds. Bert as a fantastic host. We will be back!

Just perfect
This cute place is even better than the pictures. Fun, artsy, urban environment in the heart of lovely Seaside. Loved the bedding, artwork, patio, convenience, etc. Bert was incredibly helpful and communicative. We had no problems with our arrival, settling in, etc. Highly recommend if you like to be in the heart of things. Our young teens loved being able to go grab coffee, food, ice cream and walk to the beach on their own and the location gave us more comfort with their being out and about. Loved the teen curfew in town too!

We had a great stay at the Picasso Moon. The bed swing on the porch was so relaxing and was a great place to hang out. The location was perfect. Just steps to everything Seaside has to offer. We will be back!

Our family has nothing but great memories from our recent stay. The communication with Bert was great, the location was on point where we could leave our car in the same spot for the duration of the trip, and the place was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect location and plenty of space to stretch out and be comfortable! We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the beach breeze or watching a storm roll in. The roof space is also fantastic! The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking needs. There are several board games too! The washer/dryer was used almost daily to get that beach sand out of our clothes. Owner is very accessible and eager to assist if problems arise, though everything was seemless for us. We'll be back, Bert!!

Location was absolutely fabulous. Clean and nice interior. Disappointed that could not put AC below 70 on thermostat and we were hot at night. It did not feel like 70. Ceiling fans supposedly worked by remote but we couldn’t figure out. I would for sure stay again but would take a fan or two. Loved the porch. Easy access to shops and restaurants.

This house is in the very best location. You can walk to everything from there. Parking was a challenge. Other than that, it was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, fun, and convenient!
My daughter and I love to do little vacations in different spots and this year chose Seaside. This location was perfect! She is 12 and was thrilled to have a bunkbed all to herself as well as her own bathroom. The convenience of being right in the middle of Seaside made it easy as we parked and didn't drive for the next two days. The fantastic porch and rooftop areas were added bonuses after long days at the beach! Highly recommend this property!

GREAT LOCATION
The location was amazing. The owner was very informative and helpful and always available to answer any questions. Super trendy and relaxing space. Loved the outdoor area the most!!! Only negative was the washer and dryer. I did not contact the owner because I had saw this in previous reviews and knew there was nothing that could be done during my stay. Washer didn't spin the clothes good so they were drenched when they went in dryer even after an extra spin cycle. Dryer never would get anything dry so we had to come back with a lot of wet clothes. Only recommendation would be a new washer and dryer set.. Otherwise an AMAZING STAY

This property is at the center of Seaside. We were just a few steps from the amazing water and sand, surrounded by activities, shopping, and dining options. Communication with the property owner was seamless. Great overall experience for our family of 5 and would definitely recommend this property!

The location of the place was great. It was fairly clean but I have high expectations (Dust on boat figurine and some art work.) Bed very comfortable. Love the porch and rooftop! . I was bummed there was construction starting every morning at 6 am. Ugh. The other issue is that the thermostat can’t be lowered below 70 which only made iit difficult for us to sleep. During the day it was great. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

The location of this until right off the circle is wonderful. Easy to get to everything without getting back in the car once you arrive. The bunk bedroom is small, but the living area, with covered balcony, gives plenty of space for everyone to hang out. There is no designated parking space, which can be a pain if you need to park when there’s a flood of visitors to seaside taking all unassigned Parking, but we didn’t have an issue. Owner was very easy to deal with and we had a tiny issue with a window that they offered to fix immediately if needed. Have rented this space before and would again!

Great place and have great location with perfect amenities. In the heart of town and right next to town/beach. It worked up perfectly for our family and when it was busy, easy to retreat back to the apartment. That being said, I would say the 2 things a future family need to consider: *My only recommendation is that the dryer was not working well (Probably only clogged vents and needs to be cleaned out of lint) as noted by prior renter. Not a major problem, but even with a small handful of clothes (we made sure no sand) would barely dry after 2 hours, so air dried. *Parking can be a challenge as it’s a lot for the building, but public as well. Wasn’t that big a deal for us as we just ‘parked’ our car, but if you drive to nearby towns and come back around mid-day dinner, just know that you may have to find parking nearby and park your car back later. In spite of these two things, still rated 5 stars. Rooftop has top notch views. Kitchen was perfect for a family and the porch setting overlooking the boulevard was like being in New Orleans (see everybody). Good relaxing spot.

Owning this special place in Seaside makes it possible for us to live our dream and also share this fabulous spot on the Gulf of Mexico with others. WE try to keep the rates reasonable enough to balance between paying for our dream and allowing others to enjoy . Seaside is a special place that once you arrive, you will want to come back time and time again.

What makes this property unique

You walk out the front door to shops and resturants and right now, I am hearing the Chapel chime at noon. You hear the bells and the noises of this fabulous community, almost like you are living and enjoying a small European city by the sea.
