Enjoy the sand, sun, and surf from Perdido Sun #300! Florabama just down from he road for Easter services on the beach and entertainment and fun for the gods!
The beach is right out your door and you will enjoy awesome gulf views from every room in this 3rd floor East end unit! This beautifully furnished and upgraded unit features new LR and DR furniture, flooring and linens and has recently been completely painted. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is smoke free. No Pets.

The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has granite counter tops and upgraded appliances, including a Keurig - we provide the blender, you provide the ice! Everything you need for breakfast, lunch, or dinner is available! The unit also includes a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV, and from the large corner windows you have fantastic views of the beach to the south and the west! The private Master bathroom features a luxurious Soaking Tub and a spacious separate shower. The large guest room includes a full size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. A raised air mattress is available for guest use (bring own linens). The beautiful second bath is shared with the guest room and common area and features a tiled walk-in shower. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as spectacular sunsets from the large private balcony. Child booster chair and sand/beach toys and inflatable rings are also available for your use!

Perdido Sun is a fantastic low density complex. The complex has an array of amenities – meeting room that can be reserved for special occasions, exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tub. There is also a picnic area with charcoal grills for your use. WiFi is provided throughout the complex.

We are sure you will enjoy your stay and make some wonderful memories!

Perdido Key was just what we were looking for

Perdido Sun had everything we were looking for. The condo was great. New appliances , beds are comfortable, washer and dryer worked well along with an awesome view are some of the highlights. The beach access is easy . The place is quiet even though the building is receiving new windows and a paint job. We love this place and hope to return next year. 5

So much fun!

We had a great stay! Wonderful view and saw dolphins at 4 different sightings while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pools. It was quiet and spacious inside the condo and had everything you needed. Even carts in the lobby to use to take your luggage up. Elevators were prompt and right by the room. The only small hiccups were that the guest shower drained slowly and we had to wait for them to finish cleaning our room before we could unload.which was only 10-15 minutes. We later realized the host had emailed us earlier saying that the cleaning staff was running behind. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an enjoyable time. Condo was clean everyone was nice. Our only mixup was not being able to find the internet password. After searching for an hour we found it on the ground under the entertainment center.

Spring Break Dream

We loved staying at Perdido Sun for spring break. The beach was not too busy like others during this time of year and we enjoyed the space. Having an enclosed pool was a must for early April. Our boys spent most of their time in that pool or playing in the sand on the beach. Easy access to both was really appreciated, as were the extra beach chairs and sand toys available. The view was incredible and the condo very clean. Renters should be aware that sleeping six is on a comfortable airbed, but the four of us were very happy (the four year old actually loved having the airbed to himself). There were also plenty of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. This was a great family vacation spot and we would love to come back again.

Perdido Sun is the perfect condo for us

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

We came to visit over Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was clean, views were amazing, and we actually could see dolphins swimming from the balcony. It was amazing. The host for this condo is easy to reach and very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again with my family. We loved it! Thank you!

What a location!

This is possibly the best beach location we’ve been too! Not too crowded and very peaceful. This condo has everything one would need for a great vacation! We would definitely consider renting again.

Great Vacation

Everything was great! We had a wonderful experience. The view was fantastic! The only thing was the blinds for the sliding door were broken before we arrived. Besides that, it was a great place!

Overall we loved the condo & enjoyed ourselves. You can tell that the owners take great care of their property. The view & convenience to the beach was awesome! I personally liked the fact that the couches were leather & we were able to wipe them down. Everyone in our family had enough space to be comfortable & enjoyed their time. There were only 2 things that bothered us but we’re not deal breakers. 1-the sliding door is difficult to open & makes the worst sound. 2-there was a washcloth hanging on the shower door when we arrived that had clearly been used. While it’s not a huge deal, it was kind of gross. We would stay in this unit again!

GREAT!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The unit was very clean and organized (even had helpful labels over switches). The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you’d need to prepare meals and snacks. Loved the layout. The second bedroom/bathroom was surprisingly spacious. We loved this unit! Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. We will certainly stay here again if it’s available. Thanks for the perfect place to spend our vacation.

Had a wonderful time

Cute condo, very clean, met our needs nicely. Right on the beach - can't beat that! Had pretty much everything we needed. Our grown kids & their families had 2 other condos in the same building & their condos were very nice, as well. The only thing is the sliding glass door to the patio was very difficult to open, but it really didn't affect anything because there was another door on the side we could use. I'd definitely rent again if we return to Perdido Key. Nicely located near grocery stores & just a short ride to Orange Beach or Pensacola. Right across the street are a couple of restaurants you can walk to as well as an ice cream/coffee shop. They also had Hawaiian shaved ice. Stopped there a time or two! :) We had a great family vacation! Thank you!

Great getaway for a family of 4 + 1

My family of four, kids ages 9 and 15, plus my 15 year old niece all enjoyed our stay in the condo! It was spacious and had easy access to the beach, shopping and the grocery area. This was our first year in Perdido Key and it was a very nice area. Not as busy as Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but a very close drive if you wanted to do those things. Fortunately the weather was amazing all week but I loved having the option of an indoor pool in the event it was rainy or we needed a break from the sun and sand. My only negative feedback is the priority seating the chair rentals have with the condos in that area. If you typically bring a canopy or your own beach chairs, be prepared to sit further back from the water or in a small area with the other groups with families. This is in no way a reflection of the rental, obviously they do not control those decisions but thought it would be a helpful comment for others. Overall, I would stay in this unit and location again!

Perfect place to stay in Perdido Key

The condo was very spacious with beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms windows. Everything was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was safe and parking was easy. The front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant, The Jellyfish, right across the street that has wonderful food. Really great stay experience all around. Hope to be back soon.

Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved this unit. Beautiful views from every room. Great layout. The only issue we had was that we could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work. Followed the directions, but it would not work. Everything else was perfect.

Our family purchased this condo in 2014, after our oldest daughter relocated to Mobile, Alabama. We now enjoy frequent visits with our grandchildren and being "snowbirds", a much needed escape from Nebraska winters!

Why they chose this property

With two young grandchildren, the proximity to the beach and small complex were ideal! As snowbirds, the indoor pool and gym are great amenities.
