On The Fripp Side is a spacious, comfortably furnished and fully-equipped beach house situated directly upon the ocean.

This home features a 55-inch LCD television in the great room. LCD televisions in four of the five bedrooms and primary sitting room.

There are two additional oceanfront bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and deck access. Two more bedrooms each accommodate two double/full-size beds each. Each of these sets of first-floor bedrooms shares a full bath. There is also a half bath in the hallway. All first floor baths completely renovated/updated in 2021.

The great room, is spacious enough for two sofas as well as many chairs. This wonderful room with soaring cathedral ceilings is open to both the kitchen and dining area on one side and the enormous screened porch overlooking the deck and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen will delight any cook. The dining table has space for ten + people.
