Unkomplizerte, gut gelegene Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist im Haus der Besitzer integriert und hat ein wenig Blick auf das Meer in ca 3km Distanz und eine sehr gepflegte, ansprechende Pool-Area. Die Besitzer sind extrem unkomplizert und sehr diskret, so dass die Nähe überhaupt kein Problem darstellt. Die Wohnung ist sachlich, aber angenehm eingerichtet und man findet alles, was für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung notwendig ist (oder wäre - wer will mit diesen vielen Restaurants in 15' Fahrtdistanz selber kochen...). Der Pool steht zur eigenen Verfügung, ist modern, blitzsauber und in einen schönen Garten eingebettet. Das Haus liegt hoch oben an einem Hügel in einer mit schönen Häusern dicht bebauten und absolut ruhigen Wohnzone (von Zeit zu Zeit hört man nur einen Privatjet des nahen Flughafens Cannes). Zum nächsten Strand sind er per Auto knapp 10', zu einem guten Laden (oder auch Einkaufszentrum) 3' oder gut 10' zu Fuss. Cannes, Nizza, das Massif d'Esterel sind sehr gut erreichbar, die Autobahnabfahrt ist in 5' Distanz, die Strasse aber nicht zu hören. Nicht ein Schnäppchen, aber für einen Sommerurlaub sehr zu empfehlen - Hinweis: Keine Klimaanlage (ein gut funktionierender Ventilator vorhanden).

Schönes und gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Lage!
Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Insbesondere der Garten war sehr schön. Der Pool war tief genug, um darin zu schwimmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Pool, mit riesiger Terrasse und hochwertigen Liegen
Wir können dieses Objekt wärmstens empfehlen. Der Check-In war total unkompliziert. Marcy war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten, ansonsten haben wir sie kaum gesehen und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Die Sitzecke unten am Pool war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch die Liegen mit den Auflagen und den Handtüchern waren TOP. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden (u.a. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine). Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen war es immer angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke Marcy! Noch ein paar kurze Worte zum Ort: Mandelieur-la-Napoule ist sehr schön, mit netten Kneipen und schönen kleinen Stränden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Tout était comme sur l'annonce. La propriétaire est très agréable et accueillante et très discrète pour nous laisser profiter de nos vacances. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la villa est très bien et le jardin avec la piscine très appréciable. Séjour au calme. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Excellente semaine de repos dans cette belle propriété. Accueilli très sympathiquement par les hôtes, nous avons pu profiter d'un confort parfait dans un quartier calme. La location est idéalement équipée, rien ne manque. Le plus étant la piscine évidemment mais aussi la cuisine d'extérieur ainsi que les petits coins aménagés avec soin pour profiter de la fraicheur des apéritifs de fin de journées. Très belle expérience alliant confort et tranquillité. A refaire !

Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Ort, richtig zum entspannen. Alles hat gepasst und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

A lovely relaxing holiday in a great villa.
This is a lovely,comfortable and clean villa.It is well maintained and is very well equipped.The garden is really nice and well kept as is the pool which is marvellous and refreshing on the hot summer days.The outside area and sunbeds are great too,really useful having an outside fridge for beer and wine!!t..It is very close to local shops and supermarket,a 10 minute walk.There is also cafes and a restuarant there,The beaches and more restuarants are a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk.Gilles and Marcy are lovely,they are very kind and helpful and on hand to help or advise but are very discreet and let you relax and enjoy your holiday.I would thoroughly recommend booking this villa. Martin.

Calme et reposant
Endroit parfait pour se reposer et faire toutes sortes d'activités selon l'envie du moment, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage de sable ou des calanques. Le point le plus important: les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, très arrangeant et très très discrets. La piscine est très propre et à la seule disposition des vacanciers comme le jardin qui l'entoure. Les cuisines extérieures et intérieures sont bien agencées avec la possibilité de faire des grillades. Nous y reviendrions avec beaucoup de plaisir. Martine et Philippe

Vacances idylliques
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cette villa durant le mois de juillet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine privée (notre coup de coeur : une piscine uniquement pour nous !) et sa terrasse à l'ombre. La cuisine extérieure est également un gros atout. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme le barbecue à disposition, le terrain de boules, les transats... L'annonce était conforme à la prestation. Une visite guidée nous a été faite à notre arrivée et un document imprimé disponible dans la villa nous indique les éléments essentiels à savoir. Logement bien entretenu et propre, linge fourni Les propriétaires sont charmants, sympathiques et très discrets. Nous avions l'impression d'être chez nous pendant cette semaine. De plus, la villa est bien située, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. A partir de Mandelieu, très facile d'accéder aux lieux touristiques tel que Cannes ou Nice en voiture. Havre de paix entre lavandes et tournesols, appartement lumineux et spacieux, la piscine est vraiment géniale. Terrasse extérieure idéale avec la cuisine d'été. Je pense revenir l'année prochaine !!
