The Painted Pelican, located in the gated community of Biscayne and formerly known as Happy Hours, is a spacious five-bedroom home that offers a spectacular vacation experience. Upstairs is the fifth bedroom with a king bed and its own bathroom and shower. The upstairs game room is perfect for watching movies, playing games, doing puzzles or relaxing and reading. The third-floor deck gives perfect views of the sunset and bird sanctuary. The view from the game room of the Gulf of Mexico is spectacular. The well-stocked kitchen featuring bar seating for six, is equipped to handle everything from simple snacks to gourmet meals. The main level includes the master bedroom, a kids' bunk room, and two guest rooms. Relax on the expansive covered and upper decks, enjoying the magnificent ocean views and refreshing breeze. An outdoor Tiki Bar under the house provides spot for meals, cocktails, and enjoying the ocean air. The home's location within a family-oriented gated community adds an extra layer of peace of mind.
