The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo). This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all of your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. This condo comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella) available seasonally.
