Luxurious Apartment in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, Center of Paris

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historical Saint Germain des prés- The latin quarters of Paris! For all inquiries please contact us at : paris.canettes@gmail.com

Our apartment has just been completely renovated with white walls, 18th century stone walls and 18th century beams in all the rooms.

We are on the 3rd floor with a large elegant stair case. Our apartment building has an elevator from the first floor up as well.

The apartment overlooks a large white courtyard with lots of sun coming in through the apartment all day.

Our windows are double glazed.

The bed is a comfortable Queen size bed. We also provide a fold out couch with a comfortable bed for 2 in the living room area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped.

Rue des Canettes is a historical street known for the its 17th Century buildings and charming restaurants.

We are located near all the lovely farmers markets, Theaters and romantic french cafes, bars and restaurants. We are just down the street from the world famous Cafe De Flore- a favorite of many great writers and artists (Hemingway, F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald, Picasso, Serge Gainsbourg and more...), The Brasserie Lipp, Entrecôte and Les Deux Magots.

Our apartment is within walking distance of all the great historical monuments and museums of Paris.

The closet Metro stops are Saint Germain des Prés, Odéon and Mabillon.

We have all local markets, stores and patisseries near by.

We offer all information regarding tours, sight seeing and events here in Paris.

Lovely flat in great location

Great location with everything you need at your doorstep and walk to all the major sites. Suited our family of four well but would be a bit small for 4 adults. Loved Maison Mulot for our morning croissants and baguette and evening baguette too. Marché St Germain is just around the corner for food shopping along with Monoprix and Marks and Spencer. Cafes and restaurants plentiful too. Warm and comfortable for our winter stay. Very quiet apartment. Laundromat a short walk away.

Wonderful visit!

3 generational girls' trip to Paris! We had a bit of a struggle figuring out how to open the door to the apartment but were able to reach Tiffany by text and she responded promptly. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable and charming and also quiet, especially considering the several restaurants below. We loved the location as we were able to walk just about everywhere we desired. City Pharma (which is amazing) and a beautiful market shop were just around the corner along with many other nice shops. Several guide books were available along with restaurant recommendations. It was everything we’d hoped for! Thank you!

Cozy apartment in St Germaine

We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment. The bed was very comfy with lovely linens and a well stocked kitchen. It's a perfect quiet location in St Germaine with lots of amneties near by. Tiffany and Charles were fantastic and answered emails right away for our questions.

My Month in Paris

I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 30 days. The property is located on a charming street that looks like it belongs in a movie. I was able to walk everywhere and had the convenience of supermarkets, stores and restaurants steps away. The apartment was as depicted on the photos….very nice, with everything I needed. Tiffany was lovely to interact with and promptly answered any questions. She is kind and an absolute delight.

shower is a disaster, floods floor

This is not a two bedroom apartment and don't know how they get away with that claim. Pathetic towels, dishwasher handle broken so unusable. Shower floods with each use and black mold circles it. On entering apartment a stack of unsightly cleaning supplies greet you with smelly mop, vacuum, buckets piled high with no door. Pass on this people

WOW - Perfect in every way

Indeed luxurious and clean. Great location in the San Germain des Pres area. We walked everywhere. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen facilities for those meals at the apt. Contact always reachable if needed. I'd choose it again.

Avevamo bisogno di un appartamento vicino a tutto in modo da poter girare il più possibile a piedi/passeggino. Due adulti e due bimbi (di due e 8 anni) La zona è comodissima a tutto, supermercati e metro a pochi passi. L'appartamento ben curato e con tutto il necessario. Non è grandissimo, ma per noi che lo lasciavamo subito dopo colazione e rientravamo dopo una giornata in giro era perfetto.Tiffany sempre presente per ogni richiesta ed imprevisto.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

We had a wonderful two weeks in Paris in late February/early March. The apartment was exactly as presented in the listing and was perfect for our needs during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed coffee from the Nespresso machine so much that we bought one when we got home. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet even though it is in the middle of the city. It was close to everything with several Metro stations nearby and numerous excellent restaurants within a few blocks. We look forward to coming back on our next trip to Paris. Merci Beaucoup to Charles and Tiffany for such a wonderful place.

Great location

Close to 3 metro stations and easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens! Convenient to multiple cafes,restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very easy to contact for questions.

Very disappointing

First of all this is not a 2 bedroom apartment. It has one small bedroom plus a small living area with a sofa bed. The bedding looked very old and not in good repair The towels initially provided were also old and had stains on some of them. We did complain to owner who did drop off new towels but they looked like they came right out of a shop and not washed. Small things like broken bowls, broken chopping board gave a very unsatisfactory feeling about the place. In addition the curtains over the windows did not cover all the window which meant light getting in. I have been to Paris over 10 times and this is the worst place I have stayed in.

Great little place!

We loved our stay. Perfect location for us as we love this neighborhood in Paris. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see but still felt off the tourist path. Close to plenty of cafes, markets & restaurants. Right near several metro lines and bike stands. It's a cozy & simple pace and we felt right at home.

Great location in lovely neighborhood

Perfect apartment for travelers who want a unique apartment in a lively neighborhood. It was easy to access classic experiences like food, pastries, shopping, museums. Could not imagine a more central location. Apartment was great for our family of 4. We only really spent our morning and evenings in the apartment to unwind, eat, and talk about our day. If you are a family that really likes to lounge and hang out on your vacation, then the apartment may be just a bit small if you have older kids

An Old Guy Gets to Live the Bohemian Lifestyle

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Saint Germain and we hated to leave. We loved the apartment, the neighborhood and our brief emersion into this city. Right outside, the city is abuzz. The Lourve is a short walk away. The restaurants on the block were awesome. The pubs were loaded with Rugby fans in Paris for the World Cup, yet our retreat was homey and peaceful. Tiffany was great and the check-in was flawless. Awesome!

Quaint and central Parisian appartement

We stayed here for 10 days. Two adults, 2 children. We had a hectic tourist agenda. The flat was very central for all our destinations. It was close to public transport or otherwise close to enough to walk. As we were 4 and on a tourist mission, we often used Uber to get around at a descent price. The kitchen was well equiped and we had breakfast at the apartment every morning. The Secco pâtisserie provided fresh croisssants. The Monoprix supermarket nearby provided everything else. The building is surrounded by two dozen restaurants (Mordu, Café de la mairie were favourites) which made eating out or take-out convenient. Nearby Rue de Buci added further options. Despite crowds swarming around the building for dinner and drinks, ie a happening spot, this unit was quiet at night as the rooms and its windows give onto an inside courtyard. Finally, kudos to the hosts. Communications via text messages were answered promptly and all needs met to our satisfaction. No hesitations in recommending this rental for a family of four.

My niece Brooke and I LOVED our stay at this wonderful apartment in the heart of St. Germaine! We were able to walk to so many areas from there and the charm of this neighborhood was such a gift!! The apartment was very comfortable for both of us and just what we wanted to feel like we lived there for a moment in time❤️ Tiffany and Charles were so responsive to any email correspondence and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything that we would need for the week. I would absolutely rebook and I would not hesitate to make this your spot for your next visit to Paris❤️
