The king master bedroom suite features a private sitting room for relaxing or reading, master bath with double sinks and dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.

The Bay Forest community is resort living at it's best with beautiful walking/jogging/biking trails through wooded areas with views of the many ponds and fountains. The main clubhouse features multiple pools including a lap pool, lazy river, water slides, pool volleyball and basketball area, and an adults only reading / conversation area where you can sit in a lounge chair in shallow water. Please note this pool is open only on weekends the first 2 weeks of June.

A second recreation complex includes another pool area which features a lap pool, conversation/lounge pool, and a shallow pool area with fountains for the kids to play in or just paddle around and relax. The area around this second pool complex has numerous lounge chairs and umbrellas. Adjacent to this pool is an indoor recreation building with basketball courts for rainy days or when it's just too hot to play outside.

Gather in the evening around the community fire pit located 2 houses away at the end of our street. Walk along the paved pathways to a marina complete with a pier to enjoy crabbing, fishing, or launch your own kayak, canoe, or paddle board and head across Indian River Bay to the ocean. If that's not enough, the beach is about 5 miles away, and don't want to worry about parking, take the free shuttle to and from the beach. It runs every hour from the end of our street on weekends and some weekdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
