Beautiful and clean 1-bedroom vacation condo in South Kihei Maui. Kihei Kai Nani complex is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 2. Walk to restaurants, shopping and fun beach activities. Sleeps 2-4; Cal King bed and Queen sofa bed plus 2 comfy recliner chairs. In-suite washer/dryer, digital safe box, air conditioner. Free parking, 50” cable TV and Wi-Fi internet and Tommy Bahama beach chairs with cooler at the back. Free calls to Canada and the US. 24-hour keyless smart lock check-in.

Our deluxe ground floor unit #162 has beautiful garden views and even a glimpse of Haleakala. You will instantly feel at home as you enter the unit.

Hallway: Reception table for your convenience, a glass computer center, in-suite Washer & Dryer; digital safe for your valuables.

Bedroom: California-King bed with memory foam mattress topper, beautiful linens, nightstands with reading lamps, tropical ceiling fan with remote, 32” TV and bamboo dresser, double closets, and tower floor fan.

Bathroom: Renovated tile floors and walk in shower, large vanity with granite counter tops and storage, hair dryers, curling iron, lotions and even a first aid kit. Bath and beach towels are provided.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, counter top appliances, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and even spices for your cooking pleasure.

Living and Dining room: New 50” smart cable TV allows connection to your streaming accounts perfect for a “Netflix and chill” night-in; wireless Bluetooth speaker; Air Conditioner, which although located in the living room, extends cool comfort to the bedroom; 4-seater dining table and 2 recliners to sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine; pull out Queen Sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper. The entertainment unit storage has DVDs, Music CDs, playing cards, dice and board games, binoculars, Road to Hana CDs and guide books of Maui.

Lanai: Tiled lanai, pull-down blinds and storage cabinet with boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats and umbrellas, beach toys for the kids and the young at heart. We also added Tommy Bahama beach chairs with storage and cooler at the back so you can relax all day at the beach in style.

Starter Supplies: Initial supply of tissue paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergent, hand soap and can liners will be provided complimentary for your use upon arrival. Additional amounts are your responsibility. Whalers General Store is conveniently located right next to Kihei Kai Nani complex.

Parking: Free parking in any unmarked spot in the complex with a parking pass.

Great weekend stay
Great location for beach access and lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, etc. Check in was very smooth with very clear instructions. Unit size great for 2 people.

Good choice for your stay
An overall good choice for your family stay! Kids loved being close to the beach then going to the pool. Has all the things you need for your stay, appliances, including beach toys, snorkel, boogie board etc. Air mattress was very comfortable, and bed firm. Reason I gave 4/5: - Air Conditioner is only in the living area so it gets hot in the bedroom. I tried leaving window open but then roosters around property woke me up at 3.30am. I feel listing can be clearer about location of AC. Also, very few listings have AC in every room, so I should have confirmed. - The wifi was terrible. Frequent disconnection, slow speed. I even got errors like "access point full, too many devices" just from 1 phone and 1 tablet. In their house manual they say wifi is provided by the kihei kai nani management and is not their responsibility. I feel they should provide their own wifi.

Wedding in paradise for my dad
My ohana and i came to maui from hawaii island or the Big Island as most people call it for my dads wedding. I lived here on maui for some time as a young child with my dad and miss just being able to just walk and or drive a short distance to the beach. I really liked our condo experience here at kihei kai nani and working with Mr. & Mrs Lau. I would highly recommand this place and unit to others.

Perfect Condo!
Perfect location! It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport and very close to all other tourist attraction places. It's literally next to a shopping center with convenience store, restaurants, etc... --just a few steps away. Beach is right across the street-- just a few steps away, small waves so it is safe to swim, warm water. The condo unit is in the back of the condo complex, so it is very quiet with no traffic noises. The condo unit is very clean, filled with many utensils, pans, pots, rice cooker, coffee maker, a cutting board, knife, many condiments, a clean stove, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, towels, soap, iron board, many blankets, sheet sets, plenty of pillows, very comfortable and big size bed, queen sofa bed, dining table, coffee table, TV, DVD player, cable service, internet, lots of books, fans in living room & bedroom, 2 deck of playing cards, (4 body boards, umbrella, chairs, 2 bamboo beach mats for beach, buckets, shovels for kids to play with beach sands, AC and a ceiling fan is in the living room and can cool the entire unit but we need to turn on the ceiling fan and the standing fan in the bedroom because it has no AC in the bedroom, the best part is the washer and dryer is in the unit and a lot of HE detergent---very convenience. The condo unit gave us a feeling of a home away from home!

Excellent spot
This condo is well suited for a couple. It's comfortable and has everything you need to settle in quickly. The lanai is particularly lovely as it is spacious, located in a quiet area of complex and has comfy furniture. We enjoyed the wonderful ocean cross breezes and made good use of ceiling fans but didn't even need to turn on the AC once. And , it's also in a convenient spot in South Kihei - near beaches and shops (all walking distance).

Spectacular Maui vacation
Condo exceeded all expectation. Easy walking distance to amazing Maui beaches plus shops and restaurants. Unit was clean on arrival. Kitchen had all the necessities for all our cooking and grilling. Plenty of supplies for the beach. Super comfortable king bed. Owner and property staff very easy to communicate with. Couldn't have asked for better!!! Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Great stay in Maui
This was our second stay in 162. Great communication with the owners. We love that it is towards the back of the condo complex. It's quiet and within walking distance to everything you need.

Near the beach and many restaurants
The condo is located far away from the busy Kihei street, so it’s pretty private and quiet. It is located literally across the street from the beach ( walking distance). There are many gift shops , food trucks, food market places near by . The tv is small but if you’re watching tv in Maui on vacation you’re doing it wrong . There is also a washer and dryer which was very convenient especially if you go to the beach a lot . Everything you would need is in this condo from toilet paper , to laundry detergent , sunblock etc, vacuum cleaner and beach accessories. There’s a swimming pool nearby if you don’t know how to swim. Checking in & out was a breeze / hassle free. There is ac in the living room but not one in the bedroom which was the one con about this condo but overall it was a nice spot for the price.

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, just across the street from Kamaole Beach 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils you might need for cooking. Zheila was quick to respond to our queries. Would recommend staying here.

Making it work
Mike and Z were wonderful to work with. With all that is happening at the time with the Covid-19, they were very accommodating and let us stay in the condo extra hours after check out so we could maintain social distancing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved having beach chairs, boogie board, cooler, all the supplies needed for a day at the beach. The location is fantastic. Yummy restaurants in walking distance and beach access right across the street. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect space
This is a great condo complex, and a great condo. Everything we needed was there. AC was a big bonus as it was pretty warm in Maui during our stay. This is a great location near great beaches. A good jumping off point for exploring Maui. We will be back!

Nice to use the chairs and umbrella. The patio was pleasant. During our stay, the heat wave presented challenges for the air conditioner to keep the bedroom and bathroom cool. Office was helpful, came in and assisted with the TV so the cable would work. Great location.

Great Vacation Rental
My husband and I stayed for 9 days in April. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped and the BBQ was just around the corner. The Lanai was beautiful for morning coffee. Check-in was simple and Mike and Z were great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

I am so thankful for this gem of a spot. Loved the Location, perfect to be center to travel to other places on the Island, quite and clean, Beach super close even got to see a sea turtle our first day and great food and grocery store near. Yes... bed was amazing to sleep in and had everything you can ask for like all Kitchen supplies, towels and for beach too, hair dryer, curling iron, hair straightener, best of all chairs for beach, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards. We celebrate our 1st BIG trip without kids because it was our 25th anniversary and I was nervous to book a place since was our first to do something like this... BUT the Owners were amazing and kept contact along with details of our stay and any questions. We already miss our HOME AWAY HOME. I hope you get to see this beautiful spot. THANKS for your home and cozy place<3

Maui is one of our top vacation destinations. We love the beach and water adventures like snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, paddle boarding, learning how to surf or simply relaxing and sunbathing. We ourselves have been coming to Maui for many years and enjoyed it so much, we bought our own condo in March 2014! Our last trip has been a blast as we watch tons of humpback whales with their calves (during whale season). We can't wait to go back in the islands again!

Location, location, location! We have been to Maui several times and we would always choose Kihei as our 'home base'. We have stayed at other units in Kihei Kai Nani before and and we love how it is steps from Kamaole Beach 2, restaurants, shops and all fun water adventures!

Steps from the beach, yet tranquil and away from foot or vehicle traffic so you can be busy in the day and relax at night. Kihei Kai Nani complex is just across the street from the beach!
