Ipanema beach apartment - best place in Rio

Nice fresh and clean apartment recently totaly
renewed with 3 bedrooms, complete
kitchen, stereo, tv, dvd. It is located in the
famous Ipanema district, very near to
Copacabana and Leblon beaches. The apartment
is 100m far from the Ipanema beach and 200m
from Copacabana beach. It is our second home
and can receive up to 9 people. We have a
complete kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 3
privated wc. Its is located near to complete
commerce, restaurants, theaters and subway
(metro) station. There is a 24km bike way in
front of our building and easy access to lots
of apraisal attractions in Rio by foot or by
several public tranportation .

Great location and space for a family

There was enough space for our multi generational family of 7 who stayed here for 10 days in August. It was great to have washer and dryer available. Subway station and grocery store are within 10 minutes walk, and you can reach the beach in 5. Since we have 3 small children, it was nice to be near a playground (there's a school nearby). The owner was very helpful with storing our luggage after checkout while we explored for a few more hours before heading to the airport. Only thing to note is that someone, somewhere in the building smokes, and the smell would get into the apartment sometimes. The road outside was either empty or bumper to bumper traffic (not sure if that was due to Olympic events in the area) Overall, the building was peaceful, clean, and nicely situated for our needs. Perfect place for our first international family vacation!

Great place to stay

Luis was quick to reply to questions. It’s within 5 minutes from the beach. There’s a grocery with a bakery within a 10 minute walk along with lots of restaurants. We didn't fix any meals while we were there but the kitchen had everything we would have needed if we had. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great and we liked having a bath for each bedroom. The apartment is small, but we knew that going in. It’s Rio and we knew we would spend most of our time sightseeing or at the beach. There was plenty of room to come back after a day out and relax. We had 7 adults. For the one room my wife and I slept on the top bunk and let our single son sleep on the twin below. We would definitely rent the place again.

Tudo o que tinha pra resolver, rapidamente a Lilian (secretaria) resolveu, foi difícil usar chuveiro a gás (só pq não sabia usar mesmo, mas depois pegamos o jeito), de resto tudo certo.

Apartamento muito pequeno

O apartamento é muito pequeno, eles dizem ter um quarto a mais de casal, mas na verdade aquilo nem é um quarto. Além disso, a televisão não pegou nenhum dia. No geral, a localização é muito boa, porém o apartamento é muito pequeno e diferente das fotos.

DECEPÇÃO

escolhi a partir dos comentários. mas foi uma decepção. fomos em 5 amigos, e todos ficaram me olhando já quando entramos. Passaram a data errada para o Sr. Marcos, então ele não estava nos esperando (chegamos a 1h da manhã). O cheiro de mofo, casa fechada, era muito forte. Um dor ar cond estava sem controle, ou seja, não estava funcionando. Porta do banheiro emperrada. Os chuveiros à gás não regulavam de jeito algum. Tenho chuveiro a gás em casa e sei regular. Mas lá não teve jeito mesmo.

Ap Ipanema - melhor localização

Localização perfeita! Perto de tudo! Restaurantes, bancos, farmácia, próximo ao forte de Copacabana. O imóvel limpo e bem estruturado. Meus amigos e eu nos sentimos em casa. Proprietário super atencioso e honesto! Recomendo e quero voltar!

Preço não condiz

Me hospedei durante a semana do carnaval, a localização é de fato excelente e o apartamento bastante condizente com as fotos apresentadas. Porém enfrentamos uma série de problemas, a porta que era de senha parou de fechar e tivemos que comprar outra bateria porque a antiga havia acabado, o interfone não funcionava e ninguém pôde arrumá-lo, não tivemos água quente nenhum dia no apartamento e na lavanderia, atras das máquinas de lavar estava muito sujo! Informamos os problemas ao Luis Gustavo, sua secretária e Marcos, o zelador que estiveram prontos para nos ajudar, porém muitos dos problemas não foram resolvidos. O apartamento é bom, mas acho que o preço não condiz com o que ele oferece.

MELHOR ESTADIA DO RIO DE JANEIRO SEM DÚVIDA

Simplesmente perfeito! Nada a reclamar, somente elogiar. Estão de parabéns o Sr. Luis Gustavo e toda sua equipe que trabalha em prol dos hóspedes. Fui muito bem recepcionado e instruído quando houve dúvidas. O apartamento é de frente ao por do sol mais romântico e bonito do Brasil. Apartamento totalmente show! Seguro, silencioso, asseado e muito prático. Difícil descrever. O certo é que em 2015 retornarei ao fim de outubro novamente.

Cumpre o que promete!

Imóvel perfeito para família grande como a minha, que fomos em 8 pessoas. Todos os cômodos muito bem aproveitados, e o apto muito bem arejado e confortável com os equipamentos principalmente de ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Tudo muito limpo e prático. Ótima localização e estadia! Recomendo!

Super recomendo o aptº! Desde o primeiro contato com o proprietário Luis Gustavo tive todas as informações que precisei e passou toda confiança. O Sr. Marcos que nos recebeu e deu todo o suporte necessário é uma pessoa excelente! A localização é perfeita, um dos lugares mais bonitos do RJ! Tudo no aptº funciona, roupas de cama e banho novinhas! Éramos 8 pessoas, com criança e idoso. O ambiente é totalmente familiar! O único aspecto ruim são as camas suspensas (uma de casal e uma de solteiro), mas isso não foi problema, pra tudo damos uma jeito! Espero voltar mais vezes!!!

Excelente local

O apartamento é excelente, muito bem localizado e super seguro! praticamente de frente para o mar e pertinho de tudo... dá para ir andando aos principais bares de ipanema! o arpoador fica ao lado. O apartamento possui tudo que um hóspede precisa, super confortável! o Marcos sempre atencioso com todo mundo, fomos muito bem recebidos! sempre que possível, pretendo me hospedar lá!

Ótimo apartamento

Excelente apartamento em Ipanema. Melhor localização é impossível. Pertinho de tudo!!! Sr. Luis, o proprietário sempre respondendo emails e tirando as dúvidas. Sr. Marcos, quem nos recebeu, é uma pessoa extremamente simpatica e muito prestativa. Espero nas próximas oportunidades estar neste apartamento novamente. Recomendo!!!

Ótima estadia

Só tenho a agradecer ao proprietário do flat pela atenção e honestidade conosco. O apartamento é muito bem cuidado, confortável e seguro. A localização é excelente (é possível ir andando para os melhores lugares de Ipanema e Copacabana). Com certeza nas minhas próximas viagens ao Rio de Janeiro tentarei me hospedar nele, e já fiz ótimas recomendações aos amigos.
