Welcome to Villa De Vino - 3 acre sweet vacation home! Nestled into the Hills of Temecula Wine Country this 5 bedroom 3 bath single story home will make you have that peaceful feeling the moment you walk in that will allow vacation mode to set right in!

Villa De Vino offers 4 bedrooms with King Size Beds and 1 bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and Twin Daybed with additional trundle. Walk in through the Double Door Entrance and you are welcomed by the Formal Dining Room and Great Room that over looks the pool and spa area with one queen sofa sleeper. To the side over looking the mountains views is the spacious kitchen with tons of space on the newly installed granite counter tops, breakfast bar and seating area. The Master Suite offers Eastern King Size Bed with Queen Sofa Sleeper pull out couch, TV and private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The Sand's(bedroom #2) Suite has a Cal King Bed, the CA Room(bedroom #3) has a Queen Size Bed, a Twin Day Bed, and Twin Trundle. The Sun Room(bedroom #4 has a Cal King Bed and TV. All three of these rooms share a bathroom. The 5th bedroom is on the opposite side of the home is very private from the rest of the bedrooms. This room also has a CA King Bed, close bathroom and it's own entrance.

The Backyard offers so much for relaxation and enjoyment! The large patio area has both covered and sun areas. There is seating for 12 and BBQ with one tank of propane per stay. Lounge by the pool in one of the chaise lounges while over looking the near by private vineyard. Also wind down your day in our unique hot tub under the patio cover while you gaze at the star filled sky! Villa De Vino is a place to come and enjoy a relaxing peaceful times with friends and family. There is a mud room that you enter from the garage that has desk area. The garage area has pool table for your entertainment along with more games for all to enjoy! Come and stay at Villa De Vino if visiting the Temecula Wine Country, you will be so happy you did!

Great Location, Lived in Feel

The property is in a quiet and peaceful location with absolutely amazing views. The kitchen is full of everything you need. House has plenty of clean towels, paper products, soaps and space to host your family for the week. The welcome book was helpful to navigate our stay. Coffee station was much appreciated. Grounds are clean and usable and home is big enough for the family. Disappointments: 1) The main bathroom for the house was unuasable for showers. Since this bathroom serves three of the five bedrooms, it was pretty big. There is gorilla tape on the shower walls where there are missing tiles. Also the shower/tub faucet handle is not secured. 2) Hot water takes a rediculous amount of time. The amount of water you waste getting hot water for dishes, washing your face/hands or showers negates water conservation efforts. 3) The carpets are pretty dirty/stained up. 4) The dining chairs are not solid to sit in. Beware. 5) Foosball table in the middle of the living room blocks walking to patio. Oddly, there isn't enough space to play foosball. Huge impact magnet for toddler heads and adult hips in this high traffic area. Big nuisance. 6) Appliances are dated and worn but work adequately. With a little tlc, this property would be a 5 star stay. If you are looking for a reasonably priced option and more concerned with space/location and don't mind a moderate - heavy lived in condition, book this home. I am going to miss those views and that amazing kitchen.

The perfect house

My family summed up our visit by calling this "the perfect house." The house is well laid out for families. One of my nephews and his family took the master bedroom, while the other nephew and his family took the other master. There was plenty of room for both pack and plays to be set up for the toddlers. My nephews parents, their grandmother and I each had plenty of room in our bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were meeting spots for everyone and far enough away from the bedrooms that the sleeping toddlers were not disturbed. The breakfast coffee bar was the best I've seen at an VRBO and very appreciated by the adults. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the in-ground pool. We had a few minor issues that didn't diminish our enjoyment of this home. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to my text. We would definately go back to this property,

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property! We did feel the home could have been slightly cleaner. Found lots of crumbs and dirty floors. Other than that, thank you for sharing your home

Temecula wedding week for family

The property served our extended family well. The 5 bedrooms and amenities allowed us to gather for our son's wedding. Location was convenient to many wineries and the wedding event. Very accommodating property with great amenities.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed our stay. The home was in a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view! Home was spacious. Enough rooms and bathrooms fora big group. My family enjoyed the pool, pool table, ping pong table. Close to wineries. Had everything we needed for a family getaway. The only con was that It was warm and stuffy at night, not all rooms had fans. (We stayed in July when it was about 95-100 degrees.) Beds we’re comfy, we had enough towels for shower and pool and kitchen had pretty much everything we needed when we cooked. we would definitely come again!

We had the best time staying at the house. We had a group together for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The house was the perfect setting. It was close to The Wineries and the jacuzzi was nice and hot for after a night out. Would love to stay there again! Thank you!

Beautiful!

The property was just what we needed!!! The pool was wonderful and def worth every penny we spent to heat it. The kitchen is a bit bare bones (we cooked thanksgiving) so just be warned and bring or buy supplies. It could also use a little upgrade in the tv dept and maybe add a roku for commercial free movie watching. All of this is topical and the house is a dream and we would live to come back!

Good location but house needs work

We loved the location of this house... beautiful surroundings close to wine country. The best part of the house is the pool and view. Really great. The house could use some TLC. Missing cabinet doors or ones that don’t open. Ripped pillow cases. Missing parts of a shower. Etc. and it would be wonderful if more than one roll of extra TP was left in each bathroom. 9 adults need more than 3 rolls to get through 3.5 days. It’s too bad we had to go to the store to buy TP and shampoo, conditioner and soap. I have a rental home myself and I provide small toiletries for my guests and I know they really appreciate it. Just a thought to consider. We were very pleased with the manager, Stephanie and her communication. The pool and hot tub weren’t heating up and she sent someone out to fix them within 24 hours.

Definitely so-so

What could be a wonderful property left a lot to be desired. We have stayed in many vacation homes before and maintenance-wise this was the worst. I felt like it’s a get-in, get-out type of property. We go to these properties as a family which also means we spend a lot of time at the property. During this stay I never got to take a shower in the master bedroom shower. Something was always wrong and even on the last evening, again, the water handles were broken. This is normal maintenance that should be regularly looked at, not meant for the guest having to do without waiting for off hours, expensive maintenance. Secondly, as I said we spend a lot of time at the house. In this house you need to seriously rethink the furniture. First of all, it is serious disrepair. Second, I paid for the house but could not sit comfortably in any of the chairs or couches. They are definitely made for the younger crowd.

Beautiful setting, private, views, excellent property layout. Comfortable & Accommodating

We were in Temecula for my sons wedding. The property was very comfortable for our family that flew in from all over the U.S. Loved the pool, spa, outdoor seating area and beautiful views. Great having a gas grill & plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the weather & outdoor entertaining. Beds were comfortable, would add a TV to each bedroom that does not have one. Plenty of towels & pool towels. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more serving dishes. Bring your own spices, tin foil & food storage bags. We had a great time in this property and hope to return someday to enjoy again!

Just what we needed!!

The rental was just what we needed for a family of 8 adults. Nothing better than having coffee in the morning by the pool taking in a beautiful view. The house and linens were clean and there was enough room for all of us. Here are our highlights and lowlights: Highs: - pool and spa were clean. Would recommend heating the pool as the nights are cool. -beds were comfortable and clean! -kitchen well stocked with dishes,pots, etc. -game room was fun -needed supplies provided such as sugar, coffee, filters, paper towels, tea, enough toilet paper, laundry supplies and enough pool towels. - quiet neighborhood. Lows: -WiFi wasn’t always working -even though house is clean it shows that it has been well lived in. -AC set at 74 which was a bit warm. 72 would be better. Facts: -about 1 hr 20mins from San Diego and the same from Disneyland - in the heart of wine country -about 15 minutes from the main strip of shops and restaurants. -about 25 mins from old town Temecula. Recommendations -Susie Q ranch for horseback riding -Temecula Jeep and wine tours -old town Temecula candlelight tours -LaConcia bar and grill -Lukes on Front -of course San Diego and Disneyland. Next time we are in Temecula, we would stay here. Great place!! Thanks!!

A great place for the extended family to gather for our son’s wedding!

A lovely home with plenty of spaces for gathering. A nice pool too. The bed situation was a little misleading (the twin beds in master bedroom were actually only rollaways and couldn’t work for our 90 year old grandmother of the groom ) so we had to do a lot of reshuffling of folks at the last minute) Be sure to bring your own salt and pepper, etc. Only 3 bathrooms.

Beautiful house tucked between vineyards. Very quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were showing at Galway Downs. This house is very close to Galway and so peaceful. Plenty of room for all of us and more. Nice amenities. Property manager communicates timely and provided us with all of the information we needed.

Nice Home in a Beautiful Area

We had a great experience with renting this property for our cycling team training camp. The managers were extremely helpful, and the house was perfect for our group. Not to mention the area is beautiful and the house offers fantastic views. Would recommend!

Why they chose this property

The home just had a nice flowing floor plan and we likes that every room had a view of either mountains, vineyards, and citrus groves. We also loved the big front porch of the home!
