Great views and is on the quiet side of the elevator traffic. Family Fun!!

Awesome property - very family oriented - extremely kid friendly with indoor and outdoor swimming pools -a lazy river with slide - adult pool - numerous hot tubs and saunas.- Large gym and workout area - bar/grill located near pool area - centrally located to excellent restaurants, and numerous places of entertainment.

Gorgeous and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at Orange Beach! The condo is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the balcony and board games when we needed a break from the water. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and so convenient after a day at the beach and pool. Having never stayed in a large condo building like this before, we were unprepared for traffic jams at the elevators during peak times of day. We also learned to give ample time for navigating the parking garage. Overall we absolutely loved our stay, and our hosts were wonderful accommodating our last-minute booking!

Great place to stay!

The condo is decorated nicely, very comfortable and spacious. It accommodated our group of 8 perfectly! Beds are very comfy! We loved the lazy river, pool, and convenient beach access. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We are looking forward to returning in the future!

Nice Family Vacation

Unit was well equipped and maintained. Perfect size for 3 kids, a baby, and 4 adults. Love that each bedroom has its own toilet and shower with an extra in the hallway if someone is sleeping.

Beautiful property, great views, easy beach access

Our family of four stayed at this property for a week and loved everything it had to offer. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and lazy river, and it was so convenient to pop out to the beach whenever we wanted. Great location, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved our stay!

Fabulous Family Condo

Great accommodations for family vacation! Three couples with 2 small children; each family had their own private bedroom & bath. Spacious balcony with table, 4 chairs & 2 aiderondack chaise chairs. Our 2 & 3 yr olds loved the splash pad, lazy river & pool—most was in shade in the evenings. Although condo was packed during this peak summer week, access to pool, lazy river & splash bad was not bad in the evenings. There was sometimes a 10-15 minute wait for elevators during morning checkout & evening check-in times, but that can be expected. Will definitely try to book this place again!

Perfect memories

The best vacation my kids could have asked for. They loved the condo and called it “boujie” many times!!!! Super clean. Everything we needed was right there. We even took a lazy day and just lounged around to enjoy the comfort it provided. We were a family of six and there was room to spare. The lazy river was my favorite. I hope to snatch it again in the future!!!!!

Perfect for the whole family

This 3 bedroom was perfect for our entire family. My husband and I, our two kids (ages 7 & 4), my parents, my brother and nephew (age 10) all had an amazing stay. The condo had plenty of room for all of us and even a cabinet full of board games. The lazy river was probably the biggest hit with the kids and that’s where they wanted to spend most of their time. Super relaxing and fun filled time our entire stay. I highly recommend it.

Perfect Beach Home Away from Home

This property was the perfect Beach home away from home. All of the bedrooms were well appointed, along with the en suite bathrooms. There is even an extra hallway full sized bathroom that occupies the same space as the washer and dryer. The den and sitting areas were perfect especially for some remote working that needed to be accomplished while on vacation. The balcony overlooks the beach and the sounds of the ocean were soothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking including some seasonings. The wet bar with built in ice maker was very convenient. Overall the property was absolutely perfect and centrally located to other Orange Beach activities like Owa. I would highly recommend this property. Unlike other reviews I have read about the building where this properly is located, the wait on the elevators was not excessively long and oftentimes there was less than a minute waiting time. If you are looking for coziness on the beach with all the amenities then this property should be your choice.

We had a great weekend getaway with the family!! We always love staying here with the lazy river and splash pad!! Only downfall is high wait times of the elevators when it’s busy. Sometimes a 25 min wait !! Other than that great time !!

Loved our stay !!!!

This place was perfect all the way around. The beach was clean and the kids had a blast at the pool . I was shocked that people were putting towels out to reserve their spot at 5am by the pool but through the day you would seen chairs go all day reserved but unused. Not sure how the front desk could even fix this but it just seemed odd to me. Over all what an amazing vacation at an amazing condo that had an amazingly helpful owner. I would highly recommend this condo we all had a great time

Comforts of home!

We had a great time! Your condo is very nice and very comfortable. We all commented on the comfortable mattresses, bedding and water pressure. My stepmom was so delighted with your lists and signs and trash cans in the bathroom. She said, “She thinks like me!” 😄 We also loved having the extra ice maker! Will definitely recommend and hope to rent from you again! Thank you!

Beautiful and amazing views

Our family had a great experience! Love the location and all the fun amenities. We enjoyed having the workout facilities right out side our door. Condo was extremely clean and perfect for our family of 7. We would love to come back and stay again. Owner was super helpful and responds to messages promptly.

The condo was awesome!

Only two somewhat negative thoughts...for the per night price charged, the two Parking passes should be included and, even though it said hand dish washing detergent would be there, it wasn’t. Not biggies and definitely wouldn’t keep us from coming back!! Otherwise, we had EVERYTHING we needed!!!
