Amazing stay!! 5 stars! 10/10!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic time! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views! The rental itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Moreover, the communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We can't wait to return!

we have stayed at the Villas many times and Maui a lot but this was our first time VRBO and all was good easy to check in all was as expected. the on premise laundry was not working which I wish we had known about as we would have packed differently but found an off site one that was ok. rented a cabana from Chuck at the Beach shack for the week.

We enjoyed the property for the big living space, nice kitchen appliances, boogie board and beach chairs available. The property was close to the beach and not too far from Whalers village or other restaurants. The air conditioning unit was out(not the owners fault). It took 3 days to fix and then made a lot of noise. Fans were provided which helped. The front desk people were helpful, and we made use of the daily coffee service in the lobby.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Maui and loved the Villas! We were disappointed the laundry facility and workout room wasn’t fully functioning but didn’t mind the air conditioning was out. Our property manager was extremely accommodating and very responsive to our questions. We would recommend Maui Kannapoli Villas especially 412 to anyone.

Absolutely amazing perfect Maui stay!

We stayed here with our family, two adults and two teens. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners who made our stay absolutely spectacular! I spent a considerable amount of time searching places to stay on Maui and this spot is absolutely perfect! Maui ka’anapali villas is the perfect combination of a lagoon style, pool, hot tub, and swimmable beachfront with a restaurant and pool bar on site. This unit in particular is I think the best value on the entire island! You’ve got a spectacular view of Molokai from every room, even ocean views, and essentially the entire time you look out your windows, you feel like you’re in paradise! The resort is secluded, quiet, in between all of the big populated beaches, has a beachfront stand for rentals , and on-site restaurant that is amazing which we ate at several times during our stay! Most importantly, the communication with the owners has been outstanding! They have responded every time we had a request and even had fans on blowing with windows open in the room when we arrived. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in and we’ve considered asking what type of mattress they have because we’d like to get one for home! Above all, the owners have thought of everything! They’ve got a blender, pitchers, every kitchen utensil you could imagine to help you save money when you’re in Maui and Dining is so expensive! Essentially, we never want to leave! Stop looking and book here!

Disappointing

Unfortunately, not a great stay. The unit was not clean: fridge was dirty inside and out, construction material was dumped in one of the closets, smudges of dirt and food on the cupboards and stove and the shower was not clean. There was also an electrical short causing the power to be out for over 10 hours in the middle of the night. It was complete darkness, unit did not have a flashlight. I felt completely unsafe and left the next day. Host declined my request for a partial refund of that night.

Condo was fantastic! Very spacious and clean with an amazing view of Molokai. Jennifer was excellent to communicate with, with quick responses every time. Location of this property can't be beat! On the beach along the beach walk. Beautiful golden sand. Snorkeling and a variety of restaurants a short walk down the beach. Grocery store just a 10 minute drive. Resort pool is scenic and large with a great hot tub. Our kids also loved the shuffle board courts right by the pool. Highly recommend!

Very well appointed apartment. Good for two people as there is only one king bed. Lots of hwy noise on the 4th floor but MKV is a terrific low density resort on the less busy stretch of Kaanapali beach. Great visit.

Highly Recommend. Kids say, "Amazing!"

Our family spent a lovely, restorative 5 days at this condo. It was clean, fully stocked, quiet, comfortable, and spacious with lovely, garden-like grounds. Zero complaints! The resort has a charming vintage feel while staying well maintained and up to date in all the right ways. The live music at the cafe created pleasant evening ambiance while our kids enjoyed some pool time. The sandy beach is gorgeous and there is excellent snorkeling just next door to the condos. A leisurely 20 min walk on the beach boardwalk will take you to Whaler's Village. Kind staff. Responsive, flexible hosts. We would come back!

Magnificent!

We had an absolute wonderful time staying in this unit! The floor plan was very roomy, and we were so impressed and grateful for how well it was equipped...the beach chairs were loved and used everyday! There were even small ice chests available to use. We cooked everyday in the unit and found all items/utensils we needed. The bed (mattress) was very comfortable, which made our trip that much more relaxing. We found the owner to be extremely helpful and responsive, and when a question came up, she was messaging and calling right away with information. It was a delight staying in this unit, and we look forward to returning soon! Our thanks to Jennifer for being such a thoughtful host and making us feel so welcome!

Great location

Although this property isn’t exactly beach front and the decor is a little dated, it has a beautiful garden and Mountain View’s with slivers of ocean and has lots of space. It’s also an end unit which we loved. The on-site restaurant Castaways is amazing everything we had was fantastic! The pool is a nice size and the beach was great. Thank you for providing a great place for us to enjoy Maui!

Home away from home

The unit itself: quite spacious and has most of the amenities. It is located on an upper floor, corner unit. There are partial distant views of the ocean. We really enjoyed the fact that the condo is well stocked: beach chairs, cooler, kitchen, etc. My three primary complaints would be 1. The AC, 2. The shower (minor), & 3. The lack of refinement for the price paid. 1. The AC (both units) are just short of being a joke. We had them set at 65 degrees and the condo barely reached a tolerable temperature. The air wasn't remotely close to be 65 degrees. Thankfully there was a small fan I was able to use to make sleeping a bit more tolerable. 2. The bathroom/shower is nice/newer, but the combination of the showerhead and the glass partition allows for water to splatter on the bathroom floor. Soap dish fills with water. 3.The sliding doors didn't operate well. We couldn't access the balcony side. That was a bummer as we love sitting outside. I paid about $650/night when it was all said and done, and that is a lot of money for what we received IMO. If it were less money, it would likely be 5 stars. Higher price commands higher expectations. The resort: Well kept resort &friendly staff. It has a great pool, but the cafe adjacent. The nice beach is a just a short walk away. Nothing ever seemed too busy with people, which we loved. Parking was easy with a short walk. It was awesome that the resort has designated spots for loading/unloading and luggage dollies.

Roomy and Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo felt roomy yet cozy. All essentials were provided. And the beach chairs and cooler saved us from having the extra expense of renting them. I contacted the owner to see if the unit was available for early check in. And the host was very quick to respond. Thank you Jennifer. We hope to stay at your place again soon.

Great place to stay!

This was a great condo! We loved that we could walk to the beach from it and that it had two amazing pools. There was a grocery store just down the road and the kitchen was fully stocked with the equipment we needed to make most of our own meals. This saved us quite a bit. It was also nice that there were things like coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs to use in the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

WONDERFUL STAY AT OUR FAVORITE RESORT

This unit was very comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. The cookware was excellent. There was a very panoramic (partial) ocean view all the way from west and north to Molokai and east to the mountains. We could watch the sunset from the sofa. Jennifer was a wonderful host, and we have already booked to come back.
