Aloha! Welcome to Maui Kaanapali Villas where you will find an uncrowded stretch of pristine, golden beach, the warm Pacific Ocean, breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai, lush gardens filled with exotic birds and plants, vivid sunsets, and our comfortable vacation accommodation, MKV unit 414. This is privately-owned condominium “hotel room” with a king size bed and private bathroom. No kitchen or separate living room, but everything else you need for a comfortable stay. If you need more room, ask about our adjoining one bedroom, one bath condo with fully equipped kitchen and living room/dining room (MKV 412).
Maui Kaanapali Villas is a luxurious oceanfront condominium resort located in the world famed Kaanapali Resort area. Enjoy the gorgeous grounds, the newly remodeled swimming pools and the conveniently located Castaway Café restaurant at the edge of the world’s most beautiful beach. Walk the sandy beach to Black Rock or snorkel right by the resort. Beach rentals, including snorkeling sets, cabanas and paddle boards are available from the beach concession stand. Enjoy the walking path along the beach or take the Free Kaanapali Shuttle to nearby shopping and restaurants.
A wonderful activities desk will help you book activities at discount prices. Come prepared to enjoy it all; luaus, whale watching, fishing, swimming, scuba, hiking, sailing, surfing & snorkeling.

Maui Kaanapali Villas(room 414)

Our stay was great. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the sink drain didn’t drain well and seemed clogged and the sliding glass door runners were dirty and was hard to slide open. Also the toilet seat was loose. We were satisfied with the room overall. We had friends at the Westin Kaanapali so it was a short walk to see them. Aloha

Our first trip to Maui

The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Enough room for everything, close to the shops and restaurants of Whaler’s Village. The sunsets were amazing!

As stated, great amenities, great location. Only downfall, refrigerator freezes all your stuff and needs more attention to cleaning. Bathroom sink dirty and still had whisker hairs in it.

MKV IS THE BEST

I have stayed at MKV several times so I was familiar with the property. This Unit is in a great location and was very comfortable and clean. Friendly and fast communication from the property hosts was also a plus! Highly recommend this listing!

Hotel Feel

This was a great place to stay that felt like a hotel room but without the crazy hotel price tag. MKV is within walking distance to many other resorts, beaches, pools, and restaurants that were all fun to explore. The Castaway restaurant at MKV near the pool was our favorite quick stop for a meal. Would recommend staying here!

Childhood Memories & Dreams Come True

I was born and raised on Maui (down the road) and moved to Alaska years ago. This was the first time I visited "as a tourist," and it was everything the kid in me dreamt it would be and more. The hotel is a step into the days when Hawaii was about visiting old friends. I passed by the meeting area for activities and I could hear the returning guests talking about how long they've known the employees. This is far from the manufactured Hawaii they make now days. This is the real Hawaiian vibes. The trolley is also chef's kiss. The room...amazing!!! My husband used a cane and wheelchair, and we had zero problem getting in and out of the elevators, the walkways, and the room. The walk in shower was his favorite!! He was able to get in and enjoy a warm shower with less effort than back home. I loved waking up to the sun and going to bed with the sunset on the other sliding window. Air conditioning was accurate and could get really cold if you wanted. The coolers in the room were perfect for storing ice for our drinks and poke on our drives, and the fridge kept them cold in the room. The room is very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and they were very accommodating. We really appreciate their hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic atmosphere and beach!

It was a wonderful stay! The room is great, king bed good 4th floor. View not fantastic, but who stays in room? Elevator to floor. Fresh beach towels as needed. Mini fridge, microwave. The beach is awesome! Great snorkeling at reef near by and out at Black rock. Pool is really nice, grounds are great

Great stay, again

Second time renting from Jennifer because she is awesome. This is the perfect room if you don’t want to cook and just want a GREAT location. Will be back soon. The only suggestion would be to update bedding and pillows. Mahalo!

Glad we came.

After the heartbreaking fires in West Maui we weren’t sure we should come. We didn’t want to disrespect those who lost everything including their lives. However, after speaking with several people and doing a little more research I was confident that going would be the right thing to do, so we would be able to contribute to the local economy. Having that said, our stay was fantastic. The property was very clean, neat & well kept and the people were even better. The room was just right for the two of us. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever had the chance to enjoy. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed, just read everything so you know what to expect. Communication with our hosts was easy and informative and we’d like to thank them for their hospitality.

Can't beat Kaanapali

Great room at the Maui Kaanapali Villas. At the back corner of the tower but had an ocean view from the patio with a coule chairs and small table out there. Perfect for our bonus 3 night stay on Maui. Location was really nice. Beautifull sunset beach walks right in front of the resort. Able to enjoy beach and short walk to Black Rock for some fabulous snorkeling. The free trolley picks up at from of hotel to get anywhere along Kaanapali.

Kaanapali Beach Condo

Jennifer was excellent to work with and contacted me very quickly when her cleaning crew didn't finish cleaning the condo. Within minutes, a lady arrived and finished the job. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay. We love snorkeling at Kaanapali beach, and this condo was priced right for our needs. The resort is beautiful and has one of the best locations on Maui!

Our parents have always loved Maui since they first visited many years ago. They purchased these units years ago and they have been our family vacation spot for honeymoons, anniversaries, graduations and just plain relaxation!

Why they chose this property

Maui Kaanapali Villas has a unique, relaxing feel and is much less crowded than other hotels and condo developments. It has beautifully manicured grounds, a perfect beach, new pools, a great restaurant and all the amenities you would ever want. It is close to the Whaler's Village and Lahaina, but isolated enough to avoid the crowds.
