About this property

New 2BR, Trophy Run On Lake Taneycomo, Waterfront, Fishing Ponds

General:
Sit back and relax in your comfortable, luxurious cabin on the banks of Lake Taneycomo. Upscale furnishings, hardwood floors and tile accents grace this Adirondack-style cabin, complete with screened-in back porch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a wonderful view of the Ozark Mountain valley just downstream from Table Rock Dam. Accessible directly from the resort, are over 13 miles of manicured hiking and biking trails along Table Rock Lake as well as Lake Taneycomo.

Location and proximity to Branson attractions:
There are 3 key areas of interest to Branson visitors, but are situated at both ends and the middle of the “Strip”. One is the Branson Landing, then Silver Dollar City, and then all the theatres between the Titanic and the western end of the ‘strip”. These areas are, each, 15 minutes of drive time from the front door. Plus, the traffic is fully avoided since you are driving direct instead of down the strip.

Your cabin is only 2 minutes from the Showboat Branson Belle and Dewey Short Welcome Center offering a breathtaking view over the dam. 5 minutes gets you to Moonshine Beach, a destination in itself. Daily passes are available to this pristinely maintained and equipped white sand swimming area on Table Rock Lake (in season).

Cabin description and property features:
This spacious, 1,400 Square Foot cabin features Two bedrooms, Two baths (walk-in showers) , 2 pillow top kings, plus queen pull out sleeper in living area, privately sleeps a total of 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with all small appliances, in-door ice and water dispenser, stoneware, flatware, crock pot, baking pans, etc. The utility area features a full size washer and dryer.

Each bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the mountain air. Serendipity #18 also features a very large screen porch with plenty of room to prop up your feet, gather the kids (or grandkids) and just listen to the crickets and tree frogs. You have your own propane grill on the exposed deck right outside the screen door for those tasty burgers and dogs.

Much care has been given to the choice of plush towels and fine linens to make your comfort as good as or better than being in your own home.

Hospitality items are provided for your convenience such as coffee, teas, variety of sweeteners, salt/pepper, paper towels, foil, laundry supplies, dish detergent, iron and board, etc.

Enjoy all that the Ozarks has to offer with fishing within a short walk, yet only minutes from theme parks and live shows Branson is famous for. Enjoy basking poolside, gazing upon the Chateau's profile across the valley. Gather your family and friends in this spacious 1400 square foot, Fireside Lodge furnished home.

Resort amenities and activities
Fish for trout directly from Lake Taneycomo or let your kiddo’s fish in the two stocked ponds!

Right up the lane from the cabin is a large swimming pool at Tad Pools Activity Center, featuring what has to be the best view from a swimming pool deck in the State of Missouri! Inside Tad Pools, is a lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV, fitness center, Foosball, pool table, showers and bathrooms, and assorted games. There are no fees or user charges.

There are over 900 feet along the Lake Taneycomo shoreline with a walking path meandering along the shore, up to the lower ridge, then along a beautiful babbling brook. Two waterfalls are in the brook that eventually falls 10 feet into a stocked fishing pond. The brook is lushly landscaped with native reeds and water plants with many grassy areas perfect for a picnic with family or friends.

A spur from Trophy Run will put you onto the Missouri State Park “White River Valley Trail” system, so bring your hiking boots and fanny pack! And don’t forget to bring your mountain bike. Within ½ mile of the Welcome Center, you can schedule kayak float trips or dive trips into the crystal waters of Table Rock.

As mentioned previously, all Trophy Run guests receive a courtesy pass to Moonshine Beach at Table Rock – only minutes away and with all the expected amenities, including a snack bar and changing facility.

There is plenty of space for your family's parking as well as your boat. And speaking of boats, the resort is within 5 minutes of State Park Marina with daily slip rentals and all types of watercraft for rent.

If you feel safe turning your kids loose in your home neighborhood, then you can feel confident they are just as safe at Trophy Run. They will be in wonder at all the critters and will have a great chance at seeing bald eagles that occasionally fish this area of Lake Taneycomo. This section of Lake Taneycomo is called Trophy Run, for which the resort is named, for its numerous catches of trophy sized rainbow and brown trout.

The resort is perfect for weddings and family reunions with a 2500 square foot clubhouse available on select days. Ask about rates and services available.

•Ceramic Tile
•Custom Adirondack Style Details
•Custom Chandeliers
•Exposed Trusses & Vaulted Ceilings

Girls getaway

We were looking for a quite place to get away and relax and we found it. The location was great, with easy access to go into Branson. The cabin was so nice and a great place to unwind. We loved the king master suites on each side; it worked perfect for our group. The pool was a nice extra feature and the area was scenic. Overall a wonderful trip!

Fly fisherman’s dream

Checking in was fairly easy except the person running the office didn’t know enough information to answer our questions. Come to find out they were not regular staff , just filling in. Our cabin was wonderful! Very clean and furnished with everything you’d need or want. We couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful property. My son’s family, my husband and I were there to fish for trout. We chose this place based on the online listing information. Which was pretty accurate except for the appeal to a fisherman. The water current is too swift to be able to fish from the bank and its a little too treacherous to maneuver down to the water. The stocked ponds for the children were not operable. The creek that runs into them was dry and come to find out the cranes had depleted the fish. Not managements fault but we were anticipating this for our grandson. Disappointed to not get to use these amenities which forced us to leave the property and seek other options for fishing trout on Lake Taneycomo. One positive thing is it is close to the damn where my son loved to go to fly fish with great success! Based on that alone we would definitely stay at this property. We found a great quaint Italian restaurant, Mr Gilberties’ and it’s a quick drive into Hollister where we enjoyed ice cream from School of the Ozarks. Definitely worth checking this place out! Our time was short lived and we’re already planning our next trip to Trophy Run. Ross, our representative was great working with us and accommodating our requests and best interest. Thank you for a memorable trip. Anna

This is s beautiful cabin and pictures are exactly as it appear

It was wonderful to stay here. The only negative was the after hours phone numbers provided to me were not correct. One guy that answered said he had not worked for this property in two years. I had to call as when we arrived we had no hot water but this was the only negative.

Nice cabin tucked away in Branson

The property manager was very helpful and went out of his way to pleasure our family after a small mishap with the cabin. We couldn't have been happier with our cabin. The lake (Taneycomo) is beautiful and there is easy access to the lake to go fishing. The poolhouse area was a nice addition, with a pool table and foosball and a small cardio room. The pool left a little to be desired, but perhaps it is a really active mosquito/fly/bug season. Trophy Run is a very quick, easy drive to the downtown area, Strip or Silver Dollar City. Take advantage of the Lake Marina State Park / Table Rock Lake Park. It's beautiful!

Excellent lake access!

We stayed for only three nights, but it was excellent for anyone wanting to spend time at Table Rock. Plenty of boat parking which was very nice and 5 minutes away from the State Park ramp. Away from Branson traffic, but close enough if you want to run into town for a show or dinner.

Impressed!

Great place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Location was excellent for us as we are all about the lake and less about the Branson shows. We rented a boat slip at state Park marina and parked our boat trailer outside the cabin.

Incredible stay

We have traveled to Branson for many years for an annual trout fishing trip, mini-golf and Sight & Sound theater shows. The resort was very easy to find. It is on the main roads, only about 5 minutes west of Table Rock dam. We arrived later in the evening, after hours, and as promised, the welcome packet was available for us and contained everything we needed to access the cabin, WiFi etc. Upon entry into the cabin, we were very impressed with how nice it looked, how homey it felt and the great condition of everything. We got settled in, and retired for the evening. The next morning I got up and went to the lake to check out the conditions for fishing. The lake is with-in easy walking distance from the cabin, down a paved road with a couple of steep hills. The route can be walked back up too without too much effort. If you have a lot of gear, you may want to dive and park at Fish Tales offices at the base of the road and overlooking the lake. The first morning, I met the Owner Ross, and COO Grant Poynor. Both men knew exactly who I was before I introduced myself and made me feel very welcome to the resort. They also gave me some suggestions for local dining and little known establishments. Grant made sure I had his cell phone number in the event that I needed anything at all. Later, we turned in out reservation at the main office with Sara, and had one request for an additional blanket, and we were given the utmost attention. The support staff is very supportive and most of the times out of sight, working behind the scenes. The rec center is inviting, offering free pool, foosball, air hockey and a fitness center that has treadmills, elliptic and a very nice and new bowflex. The weather was pretty rainy when we were there, so we did not make use of the swimming pool. You are very close to the State Marina, The Branson strip, Branson landing etc. There appears to be a lot of pride in the appearance and condition of the resort, striving to make your stay exceptional. Overall, I have really enjoyed our stay here at Trophy Run!

Trophy Run equals awesome

My wife and I and our two sons 21 & 15 really enjoyed staying there at trophy run in the serendipity cabin. It was very relaxing and the cabin was more than awesome. The scenic views and everything was great . I caught a nice four pound rainbow trout there too off of the bank whej the water was calm. The swimming pool was great too and also the gameroom . We loved it and one day will return.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Trophy Run very much. Rental was exceptionally clean and appropriately decorated. The best feature was having private baths connected to each bedroom. My only minor complaint would be that it was a little bit of a drive to main attractions, but if you prefer a peaceful, serene setting this is the place for you! Will be back again!

Awesome location and accommodations!

I agree - Trophy Run is the best kept secret in Branson! Easy accessibility to Branson, to the dam, Table Rock State Park, Lake Taneycomo, while being away from traffic, in a quiet, peaceful location make this a very desirable location. The cabins are beautiful, very well appointed and very functional. Cabins look just like the pictures - no surprises. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. We were two couples so having two master suites in the two bedroom cabin was a very nice feature. My husband is a fisherman so being close to Lake Taneycomo is a definite attraction for us. The amenities, including a pool, indoor activities (for rainy days) and playground equipment also make this a desirable location for bringing our grandchildren. Hiking and biking trails as well as beaches for swimming are in very close proximity. In our opinion, this is the perfect place to enjoy all of Branson!

Best location in Branson!

Trophy Run is the best kept secret in Branson. Traffic is a bear in Branson and Trophy Run gives access to all of Branson and Silver Dollar with minimum traffic delays. It is located just 1/3 mile south of the Branson Belle Showboat. If you are looking for a fractional ownership in lake front property or just want to enjoy the entertainment that Branson offers for a fw nights, check out Trophy Run. Kitchens are equipped with full size state of the art appliances. Wi-fi, flat screen TVs, walk-in closets, multiple decks, fire place, and every item needed to make your stay memorable can be found by exploring the many drawers and cabinets that are in each unit. The wi-fi at the swimming pool and exercise room are additional pluses. All entry is digitally controlled with key pads meaning that you no longer have to worry about a bulky key or magnetic cards to ensure that you can move about freely. If you haven't been to Branson since the storm two yeard ago, you will notice it has grown immensely. Many of the popular intersections will take 20 to 30 minutes to get through depending on the time of day. Trophy Run has great access to the west end, central, and east end of Branson. If you are traveling to points of interest on the east end of Branson, the best way to get there is by taking the road on the south side of the lake that leads directly to the College of the Ozarks or the popular shops at the landing without any traffic delays. All of the staff that we encountered went out of their way to make us feel at home. We booked most of our shows through them at discount pricing and their benefit of knowing the best seats in the house. We saw nine shows in five days, took the train ride from the landing, had Sunday brunch at the College of the Ozarks, took a tour of the Stone Hill winery, and even found time to have a quick luch at Mel's Hard Luck Cafe. This is only our second time in Branson but I guarantee you that it will not be our last and the accomodations at Trophy Run puts them at the top of our list.
