Perfect family get-away

The home lays out perfectly for our large family with several different areas to relax and play. From the play sets, to the pickelball court, to the outdoor grill, hot tub, pool, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, living room, den and 6 different bedrooms. Parking was plentiful and all of the greater Palm Desert area, including Joshua Tree, was within easy reach. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property and attentive host

This house is laid out perfectly for multiple groups. We had two families with teenagers and everybody had a great time. The big kitchen is so nice and the common areas are really well set up for groups. Such a beautiful neighborhood and property. The host was responsive whenever we needed to contact him. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation home

Matt was great to communicate with. The home is very spacious and layout was perfect for 10 adults with two young children.The property is huge with pool, hot tub, outdoor seating areas, dining area, firepit with seating and pickleball/basketball court. Lots of parking as well.One issue when we arrived (heat for pool/hot tub), was very quickly resolved by Matt. Only gave cleanliness 4/5 stars as the kitchen could use a little TLC but we managed just fine - and the bonus was the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. The home and property certainly is worth the stay and we definitely would recommend it. Easy to find, lovely quiet neighbourhood, great area for walks, easy check-in and check-out. Thank you Matt for sharing your home with our families.

Great Location, Great home for a group

We had 2 families and some extra teens, and the layout of this home worked perfectly. The kids had bedrooms on one end of the house, and their own lounge area, and the adults slept on the other end of the house. The living space combined with kitchen is great. The many sliding doors make it feel like indoor/outdoor living. Pool area and outdoor space was plentiful.

"It has it all", is right!

This home has a fantastic layout with lots of doors and windows to bring the outdoors in. The kitchen is very large and open to large dining table and family room. The bedrooms and closets are spacious with comfortable beds and 3 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is plenty to do on-site with lots of seating areas outside (to include a gas fire pit). The pool is a good size, there is a hot tub, ping-pong table, cornhole, pickleball, and playset & treehouse for kiddo's. The area is quiet and a fantastic location! We can't wait to come back! Family paradise

We have spent the past 5 weeks at this property and could not have had a more memorable vacation. Our grandchildren ate grapefruit right off the tree here as well as making their own orange juice (kindness of the neighbour). It has been truly wonderful. The location is perfect for people that like to walk, the zoo is close by, shopping, restaurants, it has everything. The home itself is fantastic, beds are super comfortable, wonderful linens, tons of towels, kitchen is well stocked. The owner was very prompt in responding to questions as well. I highly recommend this location for families, something for everyone. Did I mention the pickleball court and kids swing set? Watching the sunset by the outdoor fireplace? Memories that will last us for decades.

Oasis in the Desert

Spacious home with terrific layout, highlighting beautiful pool from all main living areas. Kitchen is easy to cook in with lots of counter space. Overall decor is so fun and fits the mid-century style of house. Pickleball court was an added bonus. Super fun family time was had by all!

Stayed for Coachella and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Host was patient and communicative. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms. Pickleball court was a nice bonus!

Great Potential, Mediocre Results

We had high hopes for this rental given it's location. Unfortunately we ran into tons of issues. First, the property is in serious need of upkeep. Painted concrete floor is in rough shape and various furniture was clearly heavily used. Second, there were no smoke alarms, they had been removed. Third, we went in January and the pool heating never worked for our five day stay. It never got above 62 degrees and made it unusable. We paid for this and never got reimbursed. Last, the water shut off completely to the home. It took a few hours to get a hold of the manager and it was some issue with the "smart home" but that didn't help when we were contemplating getting a hotel. Again, this home could be incredible but it needs a good amount of work to be worth it.

Great stay for Coachella or families

I stayed at the property with my friends for Coachella. Overall, it was a great place. The location is about a 20 minute drive from Indio. There was plenty of space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which were in the bedrooms). There is a large backyard area with a pool, hot tub, and space for bbq and fireplace. There was also a pickle ball court, although there was no equipment provided to pay on it. The house is child friendly with a crib, slide in the backyard, and a treehouse. Check-in process was easy and the host communicated quickly prior to the stay. Plenty of parking on the premises.

Beautiful gem in Palm Desert

This space was absolutely wonderful. It's better than advertised. We stayed with a mixed group of adults and kids and everyone loved the range of activities (pool, hot tub, outdoor eating area, grill, basketball, pickball, playground, treehouse). Matt was responsive throughout. We will definitely stay here again.

It has it all! Come and relax in my home. I built it for my family as a get away from the Seattle rain. :) It has all the amenities of a resort but the privacy of a home. The location couldn't be better. *Ask about the golf cart rental so you can cruise to El Paseo in the warm open air.

The house is built around the pool so as soon as you walk in you feel like you are in another world and are ready to relax. The floor to ceiling windows that surround the pool makes you feel like you are always sitting pool side and enjoying the outdoors.
