This spacious, clean and bright condo is ideal for your family vacation. Great retreat for couples and very family friendly. This 1408 SQ FT condo sleeps 9 comfortably. Two queen beds, twin/full bunk bed and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. (Queen air mattress also available for use). 42' Plasma TV located in Family room with DVD player. Each bedroom has a 32' LED TV with cable. WiFi included.
Cathedral ceiling in living and dining areas provide full sun and access to the front balcony. Fully stocked kitchen, two full baths, central air and ceiling fans throughout. New washer and dryer.

Private parking in garage for one car as well as one car in the driveway. Additional parking on street. Beach accessories available for your use.

Great stay

We loved our stay. Perfect 5 minute walk to the convention center. Clean and better than the photos. Had all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware etc that we needed to prepare meals for all 7 of us. Check in and check out was smooth and seamless. Host was easy to reach and very welcoming.

Family Friendly

This place was perfect for myself, my husband and my 3 year old and 6 year old children. The area was safe and the space was clean. The location was great, the beach and boardwalk was less than a 10 minute walk away. There was also many restaurants within walking distance as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Nationals Dance Competition

The condo was the perfect rental for our family stay in Wildwood. We were attending our daughter's final dance competition. The location was in walking distance to everything. Host was responsive and has a lovely unit as pictured on site.

Convenient and Nice Property

We were originally looking to stay in Stone Harbor area but this property was conveniently located to access Wildwood, And also Stone Harbor and Cape May within a short drive. The property had a lot of amenities that made this convenient to stay with my kids ages 9 and 12. We had a great time! Owners were very nice and easy to work with. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Barefoot Country Music Festival

Family Beach Vacation

We were very comfortable staying at this property with our two kids and one grandparent. I liked that the bedrooms where separated and the living space was very open with kitchen/dining/living room all together. The balcony was a great bonus as well. The garage full of beach gear and bikes was awesome! Great location to dining and beach. Very clear information too on how to get to the beach and other places.

Perfect Condo

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had so far. Everything was super seamless with check in/check out and the condo fit all of our needs. The best part was the short distance to the boardwalk and a nice playground attached to a park. The bikes were super cute and fun to ride! There was even a blender, which was super handy for making beachy drinks.

Horrible !

The property owner wouldn't return our messages, and didn't reach out to us until the day before we arrived. When we arrived the house had a broken screen door. House was decent but once we left more than two weeks later the own accused my family and I of ruining many things in the house and claimed we left the house a wreck which non of which was true. Owner makes several fraudulent claims toward his customers. Will never give him business again

We enjoyed our stay here

Property is in a nice location. Everything you needed was there. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, etc. There were beach chairs there as well as bikes which was great. There was a Keurig there as well as a regular coffee maker. Full-size washer/dryer, pillows and comforters for all the beds. The place is almost a split level which was cool - the living room/kitchen was upstairs, then down 4-5 steps and all the bedroom/bathrooms were there. Joseph was very responsive to all my questions. We used the bodega right around the corner a few times for eggs/bread. We enjoyed our stay!

Bachelorette Party

We wanted to stay in state (we are from toms river area), and my sister actually wanted to do something low key for her bachelorette party - wineries, beach, relaxing. This house was perfect! Great location in walking distance to everything & lots of space and beds to accommodate everyone. We all enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and had a great time overall. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect for two families with kids.

We were very pleased with the property. We hesitated between a couple of properties, but we were glad to have chosen this one. The pictures on the property description don't represent well the premises. It is much nicer than the pictures. It was thorough clean. Living areas are bright and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet is fast. We were two families of 4 kids (4, 4, 7 and 7 y.o.) and we never felt we were stepping on our toes. We enjoyed having a BBQ and a dedicated exterior shower. Beach toys were plenty (shovel, bucket, etc.). There's two beach sunshades, more then enough quality beach chairs (you can carry as backpack) and a beach cart with an integrated drink cooler. Many boogie boards and bicycles. So you don't need to bring your own. This will significantly reduce your luggages. Location was excellent. Two blocks from the boardwalk. Just far enough so that you're not in the middle of action and noise, but close enough that our kids were able to handle day in day out, even after a whole day at the beach. Minor items to be improved: a box cheese grate would have been great. Two more chairs could have easily fitted the dining table. Air conditioning in living area is not cool enough. The property is facing South and it's on the top floor. So heat gain is important. However it was never hot. Just not as cool as in the sleeping rooms. Just have to remember to close the shades during daytime when not at home. Kitchen hood is recirculating. So avoid any smelly cooking. I would come back any time to this property!
