Waterfront - Private Beach / Dock / Anchorage - Fire-Pit - B.B.Q.

This is a private self contained suite in a unique Log Home situated on Okanagan Lake with it's own private beach site and dock for your enjoyment as well as private anchorage for your boat. Use of kayaks, floaty toys and small dingy on site included with rental fee. Access is through the adjacent Killiney Beach Regional Park which has a boat launch. There are numerous hiking, quad and dirt bike trails in the area. Fintry Provincial Park and its hiking trails and breathtaking waterfalls are minutes away. Seadoo & boat rentals are available near by. Little Kingdom local grocery/bakery/hardware/clothing/gas/food truck/cannabis outlet 12 minutes away by car. Vernon to the north and both West Kelowna and Kelowna to the south on Westside Road all within a 30-45 minute drive offer all city amenities as well as Valley Highlights such as many local wineries and world class golf courses.

By Boat: The Outboard Waterfront Pub in Okanagan Landing to the north is a 10-15 minute boat ride away. Dock your boat in the free marina space and enjoy an excellent meal. Gas is available at the marina. Okanagan Beach Club (Lake Okanagan Resort) and marina are 20 minutes to the south and several marinas and waterfront pubs and restaurants are in Kelowna a further 10-15 minutes down the lake.

Silver Star Ski Resort is a 45 minute drive toward Vernon. Crystal Mountain Family Ski Resort is just over an hour drive away through West Kelowna. Big White Ski Resort is 1.5 hour drive through Kelowna.

Beautiful spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite had everything we needed, even a dingy and floaties which we enjoyed every day. We had fun fishing off the dock, and our kids loved the beautiful beach and our very close proximity to it (right out the door) and the warm Okanagan lake water. We look forward to coming back sometime.

Tranquil stay at beautiful property

Michelle and Wayne are wonderful hosts. The property was even more gorgeous than the pictures, and everything was ready and cozy for our arrival. We were able to do so many fun activities around the area and come back to a beautiful private quiet time on the dock or beach. Amazing swimming area and amenities. Highly recommend this stay!

Amazing private beach and suite with wonderful hosts!!!

Beautiful super clean suite with everything you need. The beach as well had all the floaties, chairs, umbrellas, and even kayaks. Lots of shade under the huge willow tree for the kids. Beautiful grass and rock beach as well as dock that we and the kids enjoyed fishing off. We loved this quiet and very private location!!! Michelle and Wayne were so accommodating with helping us book a boat and provide us with information on the area for biking and playgrounds (however we didn’t leave once as there was so much to do right at the rental). They also went way above what we expected as hosts and were there to help whenever we needed. Thanks again! We loved being able to visit this little piece of heaven in the Okanagan.

My husband and step daughter and I had an amazing 5 days at this stellar property with everything you could ask for .., water toys, bbq, firepit, moonlit nights..,, my husband even had a “Hallmark” moment! Michelle and Wayne were generous hosts with wine and beer etc all there and so much more! Already booked for 3 months from now!

Paradise in a Bottle

Well it's been a family tradition to always go to the Okanagan in August to extend summer for us northerners. With that being said, we have stayed at various VRBO in Sicamous, Vernon, Kelowna and Penticton. While each place we stayed at had something unique to offer, this is the place we have been searching for. The area is quiet, the views are spectacular and breathtaking(photos do not capture the beauty of this place and the surroundings). The walk out rental unit in itself is spotless, quiet(excellent separation from the owners), beds are comfortable, kitchen is more than stocked with everything you will need. The only advice I can offer, bring aqua socks/shoes. The beach area is fantastic but there lots of small rocks/pebbles on the shoreline which can be hard on the feet, if you plan on diving off the dock then no worries. Finally the owners, Michelle and Wayne. Unbelievable hosts!!!! They went way above and beyond to make our stay such memorable one. We will most definitely be returning to this "Paradise in a Bottle". Thanks Michelle and Wayne for being extraordinary hosts!!! Kids already miss your place, your dogs and Drake the Duck! LoL

A quick last minute long weekend

We made a last minute reservation for the September long weekend. We love the Okanagan it is always a favourite destination for our family. Michelle and Wayne are terrific hosts. They’re always available to answer questions and make sure everything is going well. The location is out of the way and the boat launch is a little tricky if you aren’t experienced. The accommodations are wonderful and the beach and swimming area are awesome. This is a great location for young families too!!!

Michelle and the property were amazing!

We loved our stay. Michelle and Wayne were there to help us move our bags in as soon as we arrived. They had also put coffee and some drinks in the kitchen for us. The property is right on the lake with a private beach and lot. We couldn’t have loved it more. The kids are already asking to go back.

Private Oasis with Incredible Hospitality

Wayne and Michelle are the ultimate hosts — their property was the perfect location for our 8 day getaway. They’ve truly thought of everything to make for an incredible stay. The outdoor space is unrivalled. With 2 beaches, a sunny dock and a shady lawn space there is never a shortage of things to do. They are also just warm, kind, genuine people and we can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful Waterfront Location!

Michelle and Wayne were excellent hosts. The suite was spotless and the beds were very comfortable, in suite washer and dryer was a nice touch as well as the barbque. The property has both a nice sandy beach, a grassy area as well as a fire pit. The boat launch was a short walk and the boat buoy allowed us to moor our boat directly in front of the property. We will definitely return!

Such lovely people and a wonderful weekend!

Michelle and Wayne made this past August long weekend such an enjoyable experience with their lovely home and property! We lucked out and had beautiful weather which made the entire experience picturesque. I want to thank them for their constant communication and tending to our needs over the weekend! It felt like we were on our own private lake with the beach, fire pit and dock. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax with a cold drink in hand!

An amazing getaway.

My three girls and I had an amazing time. I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The location was remote and tranquil. Michelle and Wayne were amazing hosts. Lovely location

I would like to give this property a 3.5 but that choice wasn’t available. First of all, Michelle is lovely and tries really hard to make the stay great. I think they are just not quite ready for guests. Not two separate bedrooms either which I did not know before I booked. I would say no more than 4 people in the suite and even at that, it is a bit tight.
