Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals only March- October. One week maximum stay. We do not rent monthly. We take reservations up to 180 days in the future.

PLEASE read before booking: Minimum age 25 for primary guest. This condo will accommodate up to 2 (TWO) adults (MAXIMUM) and 2 children ages 3-12 years. Our condo is not child proofed. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUT AND NO PETS. Celadon is a non smoking community. No events, get togethers or parties. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and forfeit your damage deposit. Celadon Resort has surveillance cameras and our unit has a Ring doorbell camera. No inside cameras. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this.

Please accept our invitation to our 1 bedroom, 2 bath Celadon Beach Resort beachfront condo located on the 8th floor. Newly updated and furnished. The kitchen has granite countertops and shaker white cabinets (installed 2016) and Stainless appliances. Beach service (daily set up of two chairs and an umbrella by the beach attendant) for 2 included in rates (March-October). Beautiful furniture and a comfortable King memory foam mattress. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. Updated master bath with new tub, tile surround and glass doors Jan 2022. Please note that Celadon is a NON-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. The bunks are more narrow than regular twins and are intended for children only. You will love the view from the 8th floor balcony! Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated indoor/outdoor, 2 hot tubs, tennis , exercise room , charcoal grill and covered parking garage.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS: The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted. We do not offer date changes. We STRONGLY suggest travel insurance in case something unexpected happens. Please be sure to read what each policy covers.

Any individual renting or leasing a unit within the condominium must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.

We have outdoor cameras. Guest agrees to pay $50 per hour for late or early check in/out and for extra cleaning if home is left in poor condition.

Excellent experience!

The condo is beautiful! The communication with the owner was great. Three elevators that are super fast. Highly recommend staying here out of the hassle of traffic but still close enough to enjoy all restaurants.

Very please with the cleanliness and updated decor. Tyler and Cody was very helpful daily with the beach chairs that was provided with the rental of this unit. Highly recommend and will be staying again soon

We had a wonderful stay. Just my husband and I. Daily chair service at the beach was great! Ease of navigating the building was a plus. Quick elevators but they went down a couple of times while there. Overall, great place! Will stay again

Spectacular view.

Beautiful condo with a great view. We could see and hear the waves from the balcony. We even saw dolphins every day. The place was clean and well kept. We would stay here again.

Relaxing

This place was very relaxing just what we needed for our vacation. Perfect view of the ocean. Very fast elevators that brings you straight to the beach to walk out on. The place smelled amazing so clean and comfy. Close to many great places to eat and also not a very crowded area of the beach which made it even more relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Great location

The Butlers were wonderful to deal with; friendly and responsive. The unit had a spectacular view of the gulf beach front and loved that we had beach chairs and an umbrella included. We eat in the majority of the time and we had plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The four star for cleanliness was due to some dust/sand underneath the ottoman and baseboards could be wiped off. With that said, I can only imagine how difficult it must be to oversee the cleaning of a unit from afar. We would definitely rent this unit again!

A Great Week at the Beach

We had a great week at PCB in the lovely condo. The location was the best. Well away from all the crowds. The beach was beautiful! The owners were very nice and easy to work with.

We enjoyed our time at Celadon Condo 806 so much! The description was 100% accurate. The balcony overlooking the water, the pools and the beach were perfect and we felt like we had the best of ALL worlds. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway!

Would definitely stay here again!! No problem with the unit at all. Owner is probably the most efficient I have dealt with in regards to ease of rental and information! I always feel safe at the Celadon and this is a perfect little condo to relax and enjoy!!

This is the place to stay for a perfect vacation

This condo was great. It was exactly as it was advertised. It sits on the quiet end of the beach - we went over spring break. It was very family friendly and quiet compared to the condos in the middle of the beach. However it is not isolated either. There is a souvenir shop across the street with an ice cream store. If ice cream isn’t your thing there is a donut store a couple of blocks down that will give you the best sugar rush ! The condo had everything. Plenty of towels, dishes, and even a refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser in the door. We had a very minor issue. We reached out to the owners and had a response within seconds. The issue was quickly resolved. I have rented a condo several times and this has been one of the best experiences by far. We are planning on staying here again.

Highly Recommend!

This condo met or exceeded our expectations. This was our first time renting a condo, and the hosts were very helpful throughout the process. The unit was clean and in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of everything. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The views were amazing, especially at sunset. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect little condo!

We enjoyed a full week at this condo. We found everything perfectly clean. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Both bathrooms were up to date…water pressure and temps were excellent. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon!

Great Condo. Super nice

The condo has been refurbished in the bathrooms since we last stayed here. The upgrades look really great. The condo was clean and sand free when we got there and that is a feat in itself. The overall stay was great only one day of rain so super week. Thanks thanks the Butlers for maintaining a beautiful place. Elevators were being worked on when we arrived but posed no issues. They were working great by mid week.

25th Anniversary vacation

Condo looks just like the pictures. Super clean!!! Family of 4 and the space was very comfortable. Down towards the end of the beach which was perfect for us as we don't like to be in the middle of the strip where it can be loud and busy! Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Owners are very kind and easy to gey a hold of. Next time we visit PCB we will choose this same place. This is out of owners control I know but the only downfall is the elevators. They take forever!

Highly recommend this unit

We have stayed in a lot of condos in Panama City Beach and would absolutely come back to this one! It was extremely clean and well-appointed. They didn't go cheap on the furnishings, cabinetry, hardware, etc. The mattress was comfortable and bedding was amazingly soft. The owners were great to work with. I love the quietness of the west end of the beach as far as traffic on the roads and amount of people on the beach. We also loved the style of chairs they have for the free beach service! And of course the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Even the outdoor furniture is high quality. While the unit itself was smaller than others we've stayed in and we didn't have the best weather, this condo and its amenities made for a very enjoyable trip. Thank you Leitha and Jeff for providing such a wonderful experience.

I have been renting by owner since 2001! We purchased a chalet in Gatlinburg in 1997 and have been listed on VRBO for years (vrbo #8484). My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 44 years. We are blessed with 5 wonderful children,4 precious grandchildren and 4 sweet daughter in laws.

Why they chose this property

We first purchased a property in Gatlinburg,TN in 1997 and have rented it by owner since 2001. We purchased our second property in Panama City Beach in 2009 on the east end at Treasure Island. We decided to buy this one in Celadon Beach because we loved its location on the quieter peaceful end of Panama City Beach only 2 miles from Pier Park.
