Being located within 1 mile of Biltmore Village offers nearby restaurants, breweries and shopping while residing in a quiet, friendly residential area. Newly completed total renovation includes a natural gas-on demand-water heater for endless hot water, a gas stove and cook top for your culinary pleasure, and a gas furnace/AC and remote controlled gas logs in the living room fireplace to keep you comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout help control allergens. Our 3 bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses and all cotton linens. The full bath has a marble walk in shower. All new stainless appliances in our fully equipped kitchen allow you to enjoy bounties from the Farmer's Market or local grocers when not taking advantage of Asheville's renowned restaurants. The front porch crosses the entire house with a view of Mount Pisgah and the large private back deck and fenced yard make you feel like you are in a tree house while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.The covered carport will keep you dry while packing in or out. We have Wifi and a nice area in the living room to use your computer, a flat screen TV and full sized washer and dryer. The house is not suited for work crews.
Asheville is easy to navigate and our proximity to the 240 loop and US 40 make all things Asheville within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy restaurants, art galleries, shopping, music venues, health spas, hiking and biking, fly fishing, UNCA, the botanical gardens and of course the well known Biltmore House and gardens, Grove Park Inn and spa and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Harrah's Casino are about a one hour drive.
