With family or friends, enjoy the 650kms of pistes divided between the neighboring areas (Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chatel and Switzerland).

Access to the slopes and outputs is facilitated by the Nyon cable car right next to the residence. The paths of the Fox and the Hare achieve the city or the tracks in about 20m skis.

Great property, but difficult check in

The property itself was absolutely perfect, clean and great value. The kitchen was well equiped. However, if you are coming here during a longer trip I cannot recommend it, as the key must either be posted to you (which was not possible as I was on the move) or collected from Thonon. A simple key box would solve all these issues.

Nyon bliss

The apartment was perfect. Situated with easy access to the mountains and regular buses into Morzine and onto other ski areas. Communication with M Phillip was excellent.

Great Summer Holiday

Returned from 2 great weeks in Morzine, Location of apartment was great right next to the Nyon lift and 20 mins walk along the river into the centre of town. Apartment was perfect for family of 4 communication excellent, we will certainly return thanks

Praktisches und gut gelegenes Familienappartment

Praktisches und gut ausgestattetes Appartment ca 30 Meter von der Seilbahn und von der Piste entfernt. Gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Gute Matratzen im Doppelbett und im Doppelstockbett (Schlafcouch nicht ausprobiert).

Appartement tranquille et pratique

A l'écart de la ville mais à deux pas du téléphérique de Nyon et de la cascade l'emplacement de l'appartement permet beaucoup de de partir en balade sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in L'Oree des Pistes. The apartment was well appointed with a great kitchen. The view from the balcony was peaceful, and we were able to ski from Nyon and drive to Ardent or Les Prodains to ski at Avoriaz. M. Phillip was very helpful and efficient. We would return in summer or winter.

Super Lage und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Bahn und gratis Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern oder 4 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Sie sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Apartement très bien entretenu, au calme et facile d'accès au téléphérique de Nyon pour skier. La petite cuisine dispose entre autre d'une raclette, d'une friteuse et même d'une crépière avec les ustensiles appropriés pour cuisiner. Par contre, je ne recommanderais pas cet apartement pour six personnes mais pour quatre au maxium. C'est une bonne adresse !

family ski holiday Christmas 2018

apartment was easy to find and access. clean tidy and warm with all equipment you need. Fine for our family of 4 but imagine a bit tight for 6 to stay in. Great location next to Nyon cable car and easy 15 min walk into Morzine by road (safe) or along river. Would happily stay again, thank you Gerard !

Très bien équipé et au calme. Très bien situé pour skier et revenir à l appartement.

Le chemin du renard en bas de l appartement excellent pour des balades, soit pour aller dans le centre ou pour aller vers le lac des mines d or.

Perfect Low Budjet Ski Apartment

Small but perfectly formed- great for a couple or small family who need cheap accommodation. A lovely walk into Morzine by the river, a reliable bus service and a wonderful ski down from Nyon almost to the door! You can easily ski Morzine or Let Gets and come home on the slopes; no queues, lifts or buses! More suitable for people who want to self-cater and not eat out every night. Facilities inside are more than enough, blankets and playing cards included! Will definitely be booking again :)

Séjour très agréable à Morzine

Nous avons passé 8 jours très agréables dans cet appartement bien conçu, joliment décoré et propre. La location se situe en dehors du centre de Morzine, ce qui est parfait pour se reposer et au pied du téléphérique de Nyon. Nous avons eu de très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. A refaire sans hésiter!

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons passé 8 jours très agréables : l'appartement, parfait pour 2 personnes, est bien conçu, propre et bien équipé. La situation est parfaite : ni trop loin ni trop près du centre pour pouvoir vraiment se reposer. De très belles balades à faire alentour. Un très bon contact avec le propriétaire. A refaire sans hésiter...

Perfect location

Morzine est un endroit charmant, tant par son paysages, que par la diversitée des animations. des commerces sont à proximité L'hébergement quant à lui répond parfaitement à sa description, bien entretenu.sa décoration savoyarde lui donne un aspect chaleureux. il est bien situé pour prendre les transports en commun et rejoindre les pistes de ski

Excellent!

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement... c'est dire si nous apprécions cette location: sa situation géographique idéale pour le ski et les balades, les arrêts de navette(qui desservent Morzine) quasiment au pied de l'appartement, la propreté des lieux. Nous recommandons cette location!
