Our Bonefish Yacht Club townhouse boasts two spacious balconies offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Bonefish Tower. This lovely townhouse is equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation, including a refreshing pool, tennis courts, and scenic vistas.
This three-level home provides covered parking and storage on the first level, the living area and a twin bedroom on the second level, and two master bedrooms on the third level.

The Yacht Club offers exquisite amenities, including a pool heated during the winter and chilled during the summer, a Tiki clubhouse, and a well-lit tennis court. Paved biking and jogging paths are conveniently located just outside the townhouse entrance. Situated only minutes away from Marathon's exceptional restaurants, beaches, and nightlife, and just an hour's drive from the vibrant city of Key West, this exclusive yacht club is the perfect destination to escape from it all.
The vicinity also boasts two public beaches and one state park. Coco Plum is a quick 2-minute drive, Sombrero Beach is 15 minutes away, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in just 7 minutes from the home.
For guests bringing a boat, a boat slip is available for use from May to September for an additional fee of $100 per week, subject to board approval. Please inform us after booking if you plan to bring a boat, and we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete and submit to the dockmaster a month prior to your arrival. Please note that last-minute requests for a boat slip cannot be accommodated, as they require a few weeks for application approval.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
