On the main level you will fall in love with the bear themed living room with cathedral ceilings and stacked stone fireplace. There is a 55" HD television with blu-ray player in the living room. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with a rustic sassafras log table.

This cabin boast a theater room, game room with pool table, air hockey and arcade games and has been recently updated with new furniture.

As you enter the theater room on the lower level you will find a massive 12' theater screen with theatre-style seating for 8 and blu-ray player with surround sound. Bring dvds or sign into your streaming service, theater does not have satellite TV. For the gamers, you also have a Star Wars Racer arcade, Feeding Frenzy arcade and Hummer racing game. When you are ready to recharge, there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level.

The master bedroom offers a king size log bed, 32" TV and blu-ray player. The bathroom has a 2 person jetted tub for a relaxing or romantic evening together.

As you make your way upstairs to the loft you will find a full game room including a pool table, air hockey, PacMan arcade with 48 games (frogger, dig dug, galaga, etc.) and Rush the Rock driving game. When you've had your fill of fun, you also have a futon in the loft along with a bathroom with shower on this level.

As you walk out onto the deck, which you have 3 to choose from, there's no shortage of fresh air courtesy of the Great Smoky Mountains. On the main level deck you also have a large bubbling Jacuzzi hot tub and a log swing for your enjoyment.

My Stay

The only problem I had, was the dirty dishes in the cabinets. They had littery been eaten off and littery put in the cabinets. We pulled it all out and run it threw the dish washer. Not a big deal, but had never seen that before. I tool some pictures. We were also visited by a Pileated Woodpecker that was destroying the eve's of the cabin and the furniture on the porches. The woodpecker was after Carpenter bee's that had bored into the wood of the home and the deck furniture.

Nice cabin in tough location

Both toilets need a good cleaning as they smelled like urine. No cleaning supplies available. Theater room was great for watching movies. Videos games need some TLC as 2 of them crashed constantly. Nice bedrooms and quiet location with tough driveway.

The cabin was everything we needed and more. The hot-tub was great! The arcade games were loud but I guess that's to be expected. The area is beautiful and we had a great stay!

Had very good communication with property management. Quick response. All games worked. Got to see some bears and cubs. Great location. Closest neighbor is good distance away. Hot tub was amazing. Overall had a great time. Very close to pigeon Forge and gatlinburg.

Excellent Cabin Just As Described

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cabin. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 to rest and connect while also being so close to hiking, restaurants and shopping.

Overall we had a great stay, could have been a bit cleaner but I also understand how many people are in and out and how hard it must be to keep everything immaculate. Overall everything worked, there are holes in the pool table pockets but we still enjoyed it as carefully as we could our kids loved all of the games and the theater room! Would absolutely stay here again!

Felt like a monkey in a treehouse! Very cool!

Three story property located on hillside. Super cool place; very clean. The quilts and bear decor are a super nice touch. We saw a half dozen bears! Each floor has a balcony and there are two hot tubs. Couple tips: if the jacuzzi in the bathroom shuts off, there is a GFCI outlet on the wall beside it. Reset that and it’ll come back on. ALL the games work; don’t listen to that other Karen in the nasty review. Just let them boot up and turn them off when finished. The light is out in the hot tub outside, but it is VERY clean in working order. The owners clearly know what they’re doing and I’m almost salty for them this doesn’t have a better rating. We loved it. The projector downstairs cannot be hooked to an Xbox and still have audio without an Optical Digital adapter for the console. Every other TV is ready to hook a game system to. Some even have extra cables for you to do so; very thoughtful. The hot tub outside threw an error code due to water level our first night; my suggestion is for the maintenance staff to put a fill line inside the tub. One guest was in the tub, another got in and immediately FL-1 displayed. This is flow limit stuck open; and cleared itself next morning. Also: I am an electrical contractor by trade and the disconnect for your outdoor hot tub needs to be upgraded. There are open splices easily reachable by little hands, but it cannot be locked. Consider a 60A Square D Type QO 3R disconnect with GFCI breaker. Out of room! A++

We took our 3 boys for a few days and they loved all the games and had a great time. My only complaint is the hot tub needs repaired or replaced, filter cover had broken tape trying to hold it shut, the lights didn't work and some of the jets didn't work.

Cabin was filthy

The cabin hadn’t been cleaned in an incredibly long time. The downstairs bedroom had mold….yes. I know what mold is - I’m a property manager on the Gulf Coast - and this was legit fuzzy, growth of black and white mold growing above the bed on the ceiling, and along the interior wall behind the door and all in the bathroom on the bottom floor. The towels reeked of an awful smell, even after washing them five times. The dining room table still had food and water rings on it from the last visitors. The blinds were coated in dust, along with ceiling fans, walls, baseboards. Half of the video games were broken. Two of the theater seats were broken, in addition to the riser stage for the rear seats. There were only four forks, five pieces of glassware, no toaster. Most of the window blinds were broken. The pool table was in such disrepair we didn’t touch it. We didn’t go near the hot tub, because if they can’t clean the tubs, showers, or oven - we didn’t even want to KNOW what was going on in the hot tub. There were bugs everywhere - in addition to garbage all over the grounds around the exterior trash disposal bins. Every single room had half of the light bulbs either missing or burnt out , so seeing at night was a challenge for both couples in any room. Overall, this was a huge disappointment and nowhere near worth what it costs us to stay. We will NEVER rent from this “management” company or owner again. We aren’t even hard to please - just clean it and we could have made due!

Gatlinburg Getaway

We booked this listing for our family with younger children and they had a blast. Only one machine did not work, but the other 4 did. The pool table is on the 3rd floor and the 2nd floor is the living room. This would not be a problem, except for the occasional pool ball that is hit a little too hard and catapults itself over the balcony onto the unsuspecting occupants on the couch beneath. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs!!

Great Cabin!

Such a fun property! Easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do in pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again! The property owners were very sweet and a pleasure to talk to!

Really fun experience

We had a great time. In town for a wedding. I brought my 3 grandchildren, my son and DIL. Plenty of space and so much to keep the kids occupied. It was slightly hard to find, as the cabin did not have an address on it, that we could see. The only reason we knew it was the right place, is because the code worked. That is my only complaint. Great time otherwise!

Family Christmas getaway

The crew maintaining the roads were amazing staying on top of salting and scraping! However, the kitchen was not cleaned before we got there. The breaker box outside was left open in the snow and breakers kept flipping. Directv never worked for our entire trip even after the snow had melted. Beautiful cabin it just needed a walk through between guests.

Owner and rental group was easy to work with. Very quick in responding and getting needs addressed. Cabin was mostly clean. Could have been cleaner. There are absolutely no amenity type items such as hand soap, paper towels, trash bags. Not even a “starter”set. While this may not be a necessity, things like this tend to bring guests back. Towels were very thin. Layout of cabin is not what pictured. Very broken up and not open. Only a bath tub in the middle floor bedroom and no shower. We had issues with all the tvs working. The first night there was no tv until some one came out to fix it. (We were appreciate but they were there for 2 hours fixing). The theater room was a total bust. The steaming devices noted in the listing do not work with the blue ray player . The owner even said during a conversation that no one has ever been able to use streaming devices connected to the screen in the theater room. The main floor has directv so not sure why directv can’t be used for the theater room as well. Two families do not fit in the living area on the middle floor. The theater room was one of the amenities that drew us to this cabin but we never got to use it due to it not connecting/working. We wanted to be able to watch college football games during our stay. We won’t stay here again due to overall cleanliness and the tv issues. But I do want to reiterate that the owner/company (Angie) was super nice and helpful to us.

First of All. Hard to. FIND. didn't see anything identifying Cabin, not very easy to access, check In 4pm, walked into dark, cold. Cabin, upon first walk thru, noticed. Damaged framework around theater seating. Turned on. Projector screen to watch movie, display message across bottom of the screen. Saying replace bulb. Or. Filter (something in reference to projector) half the arcade games didn't work, "no signal" upstairs. Pool table. Was nice. Except. Broken sticks, pockets. Need repaired , ball fall into the floor, air hockey table. Handles felt. Peals off, "Dangerous Rails out on the top Balcony. Loose, wouldn't even. Lean on them. For fear of. Falling, cob webs. In the windows. (Inside) then. I. See rates advertising for this cabin. 40$ cheaper than what I paid per night, Honesty. Over paid. For. 4 nights. And. I would not. Recommend this Cabin, to. Anyone, myself and my 15 yr old son, were exspecting nice getaway. Have some fun in cabin, and. IT. WASNT. MUCH FUN AT ALL.. HATE TO BE NEGATIVE. BUT OVERPAID FOR 4 NIGHTS AND HALF. THE THINGS LISTED DIDNT WORK...

Great location

The property is right off the road, which was not busy except the construction trucks. It’s was close to everything with easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Upon arriving there was a lot of trash scattered all over the property as someone left a bag of trash behind the cabin as well as in the trash cans with no lid and bears had a feast. There were mouse droppings on the fridge and cabinets and there was a dead mouse on a glue trap under the sink (quit using glue traps) but there were droppings the next day as well. Being a cabin in the woods that is sometimes vacant, it’s expected to have wildlife enter. The switch in one of the bedrooms went out causing the breaker to flip anytime you changed it’s position which was bothersome as it took power out of the entire room (also the only bedroom with a closet). I would suggest to repair the video games (although not a biggie for me) and get more pool cues. The property manager was great to work with regarding the switch problem and was very responsive, so the only drawback was just using a flashlight to use the closet. Overall I would rent this cabin again.

Not what I expected

Where to start… we pulled up for our initial arrival to trash bags ripped open and previous guests’ trash covering the driveway. Turns out while there is a bear proof container there was no latch so bears just flipped the lid open. As we were unloading the cars a bear came back for another helping of the trash. Did a quick walk thru upon arrival and you can tell this place does not actually get cleaned. A lot of spider webs inside and out, beer cans on hill beside hot tub, kitchen trash can was GROSS (we actually left it on porch the entire trip as it was caked in dried nastiness). There were clean towels, and linens were washed (although pretty stained). We ran to Publix and got groceries the first evening to last us the whole trip. As soon as I turned the last lights out I could hear something in the walls. We awoke the next morning to rodent feces all over the kitchen counter and much of our unopened snacks on the counters chewed into. I sent photos to the property manager and they eluded to rats being bad this year and that they would send someone out. To be clear, they knew my family and I were going to stay in a rat hole, but offered no heads up on the front end. They did agree to refund $100 of the cleaning fee to cover the compromised groceries, but really not enough. Traps were put out but these rats know the drill and were wise to the taps. We continued to hear them every night of the stay and found more feces on our night stands next to the beds and on the bathroom floors. I had my two kids (3 and 9) with me and to have them stay in a rat hole is UNACCEPTABLE. Also two of the games didn’t worked and were not fixed during our stay. Shower curtains were black with mildew. One pool cue was literally broke in half and glued back together. Half the bulbs in fixtures were out (so very dim lighting everywhere). My guess is since this is a high tourist area repeat customers is not a concern, because no one is coming back to this place with the lack of care. Such a shame.. could be such a cozy place but just not maintained.

Owner is amazing cleaning crew not so much

The communication between the owner is great she is right on it immediately. The cabin can be beautiful if they could get a new cleaning crew. The bears are rummaging through the garbage which is not the owners fault at all!! But the cabin itself needs a DEEP DEEP CLEANING!!!! Unfortunately we found mold in my husbands and I room( the downstairs room) which I am so glad my parents didn't stay down there due to my mom having breathing issues. We were going to do a cleaning but there was no cleaning supplies or garbage bags. The blinds need to be cleaned big time along with the windows. The inside of the windows were covered in spider webs. The bears were super cute. The thing with this cabin is you have to love the woods and realize that wildlife will happen outdoors.
