Exceptional top-of-the-range apartment

Very luxuous apartment completely renovated in a chalet style. The wood brings warm and privacy, and the interior design is based on the heart. Located in the centre of the ski resort, in front of the skiing children’s school and close to all shops. Quality furniture and floor covering. 3 televisions. Fitted kitchen with multifunction oven. 1 large independent bedroom with double beds with electric slatted bed bases. 1 small children’s bedroom with two bunk beds and decorated with horses. Wonderful and unobstructed view of the mountains and the resort through nine vertical Velux windows. South and west-facing, in an arc of a circle shape. You will find the place clean (cleaning is done each changeover day), and the beds done with the sheets. Only the towels are not provided but you can rent them in the ground floor of the building. A person will welcome you at your arrival. Your stay in this flat will be delightful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille l’appartement très bien confirme a l’annonce. Le seul soucis est que nous avions réservé lors du d’estivale de musique la station très bruyante jusqu’à 3 h du matin et le bar d’à coté très bruyant également

Un peu bruyant bar et boite de nuit jusqu’à 2h et jeunes toutes la nuit
Manque une rallonge électrique, prise bois pas bien fixé sous la table, aspirateur aspire rien malgré un nettoyage à fond, manque un vrai balai, manque un joint sur cocotte minute sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Beautiful Place
Centrally placed with good access to slopes and shopping. Master Bedroom bed fit 190cm (6'3") with no problem. Bunk Beds, are good for children - I would say up to 170cm. 2 Good sofa beds. We stayed 4 persons, and found it to be perfect. Owner was very gracious and accommodated extended stay even though it was not Saturday to Saturday which is the norm. Close to clubs, so if you like to go out on the town - you're in a super place. Magnificent views. Ski locker in basement, elevator to unit. Daniele met us at the apartment and was very sweet to help us with linens and a few towels which was a great help as we flew in from the US. Best vacation ever.

Superbe appartement
Nous sommes revenus avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement cosy et bien entretenu. La personne qui nous accueille avec le champagne est très sympathique et disponible. Chacun y trouve son intimité, parents, ados et les enfants sont très contents de retrouver leur chambre! Cette année, avec grande surprise, du beau parquet a été posé dans la partie jour, très appréciable. L'appartement offre une literie très confortable et un emplacement central idéal, proche des commerces et des animations, Vous sortez ski aux pieds, la piste est à la sortie du local ski et le village des enfants devant la résidence!

ON RECOMMANDE !!!
Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que nous louons cet appartement et nous y revenons tant on s'y sent bien! Véritable "nid douillet" au coeur de la station. Spacieux, confortable et décoré avec goût. 2 familles peuvent s'y sentir à l'aise et avoir leur intimité. Proche des commerces, de l'école de ski et des diverses animations proposées dans la station. Un véritable coup de coeur!

Tres bon sejour
Troisieme essai reussi....avec en prime ,un sol refait a neuf.....et un etat general impeccable ,plus des équipements (machine Nespresso ) toujours au top. Des casiers a ski ,a coté du depart des pistes et le soleil en prime. Des propriétaires chaleureux ,et a l'ecoute.....Nous sommes donc condamnés a y retourner....Tant mieux! Veronique et Jacques

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement très cosy et chaleureux avec une vue panoramique sur toute la station. Appartement très propre avec beaucoup de rangements, les lits sont confortables. Très grand pour une famille de cinq personnes avec plusieurs chambres et lieux de vie pour toute la famille. A deux pas de tous les commerces et restaurants. Départ skis aux pieds. Nous vous le recommandons vivement !

Fantastic Apartment and Location
We stayed at this apartment in January 2015, after checking several others in the area. We were a family of five, with my wife and 3 teenage daughters. The apartment was in excellent condition, with a beautiful and individual traditional design. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage and a close attention to detail. Each afternoon when we returned from skiing, the place was warm, welcoming and very quiet. Being on the top floor of the building offered lovely views of the Avoriaz village and surrounding scenery. We had no problem whatsoever with any noise or music from any bars or other rooms. The location was also fantastic, with true ski-in, ski-out from the ski storage room. We were also close to all the main restaurants and bars which was handy after a few too many vin chauds!! I would not hesitate to go back to this apartment for skiing or in the summer. My only regret was that I could not speak enough French to chat to the owner on arrival and thank him on departure.

Un appartement bien entretenu....et calme.
Cet appartement dans lequel nous revenons pour la deuxieme fois , est tres bien entretenu , outre son grand confort , il est maitenant doté de plaques en mousse qui attenuent considérablement les bruits venants de l'exterieur. L'accueil est toujours de grande qualité , et une personne sur place est disponible en cas de besoin.....Un bel appartement a garder en favori.

Bien mais pas exceptionnel....
Appartement joli et bien équipé, bien situé dans la station que ce soit pour skier ou se rendre au centre. Deux problèmes sont à signaler, le bruit et le couchage. Malgrè l'épaisseur des vitrages tous les bruits extérieurs remontent, boules quies obligatoires. Pour le couchage il manque deux vrais chambres notamment avec 4 grandes personnes comme nous, le salon qui est transformé en couchage n'est pas satisfaisant à ce prix.

Cet appartement spacieux et très clair offre toutes les commodités repartis en 3 espaces distincts.....grande chambre parents , salon spacieux et bien aménagé et grande cuisine-salle a manger. Bel espace et quel charme ********
Très belle semaine. Votre appartement y est pour beaucoup. Quel charme, tout est très cosy, chaleureux et le plus important très très fonctionnel. Une réalisation effectuée avec énormément de goût, c’est un très bel espace. Un point négatif, que nous avons toléré tant le reste était agréable, est le bruit extérieur, la nuit. Superbe...mais très mal situé
Superbe appartement, mais malheureusement tres mal situé, en face d'une discothèque, qui, de par le bruit etrême, vous empêchera de dormir, même avec des boules Quiess ... Inutile d'appeler la police pour tapage nocturne, elle ne réagira pas. A fuir donc en période de vacances, et donc de grande affluence.

C'est la 2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement. L'immeuble est très bien placé sans la station, surtout avec des enfants, l'accès au village des enfants ne peut pas être plus pratique et proche. L'appartement est très chaleureux, très agréable , avec beaucoup de rangement. Nous avons apprécié sa propreté et son agencement. Excellent séjour que nous recommandons avec enthousiasme a tous.

A recommander sans hésitation !!!
C'est la 3ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement et nous ne pouvons que féliciter les propriétaires. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et le comfort est optimal : quatre zones de couchage complètement séparées, deux salles de bain et un point d'eau supplémentaire, deux wc... tout est réuni pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La propreté est irréprochable et l'accueil convival. L'appartement se situe en plein centre de la station, avec vue sur le Village des Enfants, tout est facilement accessible, et au pied des pistes. Allez-y sans hésiter, vous ne serez pas déçus.
