Bien dans l'ensemble
Logement agréable, chambres spacieuses et literie tres confortable. Les propriétaires et la conciergerie sont reactifs et à l'ecoute. A noter que nous avons eu des problèmes d'odeurs dans la salle de bains et la chambre du rez-de-chaussée : la conciergerie est intervenue ce qui a résolu le problème temporairement. Les propriétaires m'ont informé qu'ils allaient intervenir pour corriger cela. A noter également que la mer est bien à 10 minutes à pied mais chemin peu adapté aux personnes agees car tres pentu. Séjour agreable et piece de vie adaptée aux groupes de 14 personnes. Voiture obligatoire.

Maison très sympa. Le plus est la piscine. Par contre sur l'annonce il est noté 3 salles de bain alors qu'en réalité il n'y en a que 2. Ce qui est un peu juste pour 12 adultes. De plus le ménage a été fait succinctement. La région est magnifique.....

Great house near beautiful beach
We had a great time in Sébastian's house, which is spacious and well equipped. The teenagers loved playing volleyball in the garden or swimming in the pool when we weren't at the beach or in the area. It was lovely to sit outside as well as inside to eat, read or play games. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. All in all, a great vacation.

Maison très pratique pour venir en groupe avec tout ce qu’il faut. Proche de la place et de la ville tout en étant suffisamment en dehors pour ne pas être dans la foule :)

Une semaine parfaite!
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette grande et jolie maison. Belle balade à pieds pour aller sur la plage et proche de magnifiques villes de Bretagne... Dinard, Dinan, Saint Malo... Les propriétaires sont très aimables et réactifs. Merci à eux, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

A great place to be!
We visited Brittany with 2 Families including 6 children aged from 5 to 20 and really enjoyed the stay! The house is well furnished and offers a lot of space and the children loved especially the (lockable) pool. The house is located in a lovable area with a great beach nearby (10-15 Minutes by feet) . Véronique and Sébastien welcomed us warmly and were always quick to answer all our questions. We really appreciate to come back!

Amazing location
We had the most wonderful stay at this property. Perfect for a family holiday with small children. The location to the beach was perfect and what a fabulous beach it is. The house is well equipped and Sebastien and Veronique were quick to answer all our questions. Loved it!

Un délice pour les enfants

Fantastic holiday and definitely want to return.
Plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 small children and the open plan downstairs was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids whilst preparing dinner. The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque area and is only 15 mins walk from a fantastic beach. Lots of pretty towns in the area to visit and food great. Would recommend.

Excellent accueil par Catherine. Maison conforme à la description située dans une très belle région. Bon séjour, avec une météo ensoleillée (2ème semaine de mai alors qu'ailleurs pluie partout) Non il ne pleut pas toujours en Bretagne ! Belles balades, piscine appréciée au retour. Dommage que les communications avec les téléphones portables soient "hachées donc inaudibles dans certains cas : nous étions 11 dont 8 adultes (chacun son portable et ..opérateurs différents)

Un séjour parfait dans cette maison idéalement située , parfaite pour une grande tribu et décorée avec goût : tout pour s'y sentir comme dans une maison de famille! l'équipement est parfait de la cuisine aux matelas , et la piscine bien agréable même à Pâques. Une grande maison bien agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison très bien conçue pour les 14 personnes que nous étions. La maison est en tout point conforme aux photos et descriptions de l'annonce. La pièce à vivre et le jardin sont très agréables pour une réunion de famille, la piscine est un plus bien agréable, même si nous avons bénéficié d'un temps extraordinaire. Il y a plein d'endroits magnifiques à découvrir tout autour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Catherine, les propriétaires absents ont été très sympathique et à l'écoute.

maison bien agencée et bien située pour des séjours famille nombreuse
Avec nos enfants et petits enfants, 14 personnes au total y compris un bébé nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables pour les congés de Toussaint, Tout le monde a bien profité de la piscine intérieure et de la superbe plage à proximité. Nous sommes plusieurs à avoir fait du golf sur le parcours tout proche. Le BBQ a bien servi pour des déjeuner sur la terrasse bien exposée de la maison. Tout notre monde est reparti enchanté de ce séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus !!
Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Comfort! Ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung! Der tolle Sandstrand und Geschäfte,Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt .Der Pool hat vor allem auch den Teenager gefallen und sie haben ihn sehr genossen. Wir haben hier eine wunderbar erholsame Woche verbracht ! Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend gewesen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Vielen ,vielen Dank !!

Villa très agréable au top
Villa très agréable tous confort et très propre sans vis a vis avec sa piscine intérieur au top propriétaire charmant il y juste un point qui est dommage je jardin n'était pas entretenu une pelouse est mauvais herbe très autre (ma petite fille de 3 ans na pas pu jouer dans le jardin).
