A traditional 2,200 sq ft Cape Cod style house located on a cul-de-sac sac a short distance from Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Conveniently designed with full amenities including internet, cable TV, enclosed outside shower. This home comfortably accommodates eight people. It has two floors. There are two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a loft/game room overlooking the living room. On the first floor are a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living room with fireplace large Flat screen TV and two queen size bedrooms. It has a one car garage. Included are a washer and dryer in the basement. The setting is rustic with trees and a play area in the rear. In the rear is a large deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. Nearby are a variety of excellent restaurants, ice cream shops, a movie theater, a Flea Market, the National Sea Shore Visitor's Center, and golf courses. It is a short ride to Provincetown, Wellfleet, Orleans and Truro. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Cape Cod with family and friends. Renter must be at least 25 years old. No events or parties allowed.

Quiet Street close to the beaches, the Cape Cod Bike Trail and the National Seashore Visitor's Center. A short drive to Provincetown or Hyannis. Golf courses close by and great restaurants a short distance away.
