Perfect family stay
This is our second visit to this lovely house. It is perfect for our family, we love the area and the facilities of the house. Mr and Mrs Marc are lovely and the booking, and staying in their house is a real pleasure. Hope to be back soon. James, Emma and family

Beautiful location and great facilities
The house is large and suitable for family groups. The addition of the swimming pool was a big hit with my children and grandchildren. Situated in lovely grounds really meant we could enjoy meals outside and relax in the many sun loungers. The closeness to the beach was wonderful, just 5 minutes stroll away. The beach is so unspoilt, with just a few shops and bars, and it was great just to be able to walk home for lunch with no effort. We found it necessary to book for meals out as the few restaurants nearby were so busy, but this was not a problem, and we much preferred the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. We paid for the linen option, and Chantal provided plenty of bedlinen and towels. Chantal and Jacques were very helpful and ensured we had a carefree visit. The various sports and games activities provided proved a big hit with the family, and I think we made use of them all. Thank you Chantal and Jacques, we hope to return to your lovely house in the future.

Séjour à Saint-Nic
Maison familiale très bien équipée avec de multiples activités (livres et magazines, baby foot, billard, badminton, volley ball, table de ping pong, panier de basket...). Piscine chauffée privée très agréable et l'immense plage de Pentrez à proximité. Chantal est extrêmement accueillante et chaleureuse. Petits cadeaux à l'arrivée très appréciés (far, bouteilles d'eau, cidre).

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour chez Chantal .Tres bon accueil . Apprecié le bon far qui nous attendait .Tres surpris par la quantite de vaisselle . Et le nombre de jeux ( billard , baby, ping pong , etc....) sans oublier la piscine interieure évidemment .endroit calme . Mer tres proche mais attention ,c est une baie donc à maree basse il faut marcher beaucoup avant de pouvoir prendre un bain . Nous recommandons

ça aurait pu être mieux
Saint Nic est très bien située à l'entrée de la presqu'île de Crozon mais il faut traverser deux routes pour aller de la villa à la plage, donc impossible de laisser les petits enfants faire les 250 m seuls. La villa elle-même possède de sérieux avantages (piscine, grand jardin), diminués par une literie dure, quelques dysfonctionnements (volets), une seule SdB (+ 1 douche) pour 12 personnes, quelques asticots dans la poubelle à l'arrivée, et l'omniprésence des propriétaires (nombreux SMS, tonte de pelouse...) qui ne nous ont malheureusement pas laissé le temps de tout bien nettoyer et ranger juste avant notre départ - comme nous l'aurions souhaité et l'avons fait pour les 20 locations de gîte & villa que nous avons effectuées auparavant. Cela nous aurait permis de régler les petits problèmes évoqués par le (la) propriétaire, qui a appelé cela "manque de civilité". A noter que nous sommes prêts bien entendu à rembourser la vitre de l'armoire-vaisselier située dans le passage de la salle de séjour, que notre petit-fils (myope) a malencontreusement heurté et brisé en miettes lors d'un rangement de vaisselle. Il n'a eu, fort heureusement, aucune séquelle, mais cela n'a pas paru importer aux yeux du (de la) propriétaire. Voilà pourquoi, même si nous avons passé dans l'ensemble un bon séjour, nous pensons que "cela aurait pu être mieux".

Environnement exceptionnel et maison très fonctionnelle
La maison tout confort (dont piscine chauffée, billard, babyfoot, cabinet de toilettes dans chaque chambre, grand salon/salle à manger / cuisine) est située dans un environnement exceptionnel, à quelques pas de la plage de Pentrez, et quelques km de la Presqu’île de Crozon, de Douarnenez et de Locronan. Nous reviendrons l’été. Merci aussi pour l’accueil chaleureux de Chantal et Jacky.

Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, das Haus ermöglicht viele Aktivitäten, sowohl drinnen, als auch auf dem großen Grundstück. Dadurch kann man auch Regentage gut überbrücken. Außerdem ist der schöne Strand nur 5 Min entfernt.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, waren vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr bemüht um unser Wohl. Zur Begrüßung selbst gemachter Kuchen und Cidre :-) Der Garten bietet viel Platz und für die Kinder jede Menge Angebote (Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker, Fußballtore, Basketballkorb und vieles mehr). Der Innenpool und die Badewanne mit Whirlfunktion haben sich für uns sehr bewährt, da wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter baden konnten. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist hell und großzügig, die Küche schön und funktional ausgestattet. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das zusätzliche 5. Zimmer verfügt über 2 Schlafcouchen. Was uns wichtig war: Das Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte vom breiten Strand und den Klippen entfernt, so dass man jederzeit auch ohne Auto loswandern kann. Einkäufe muss man unterwegs erledigen, da es in dem kleinen Ort keinen Laden gibt (nächster Supermarkt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt). Auch Gastronomie gibt es direkt vor Ort nicht, jedoch eine sehr schöne Creperie im Nachbarort (15 minütiger Spaziergang). An sonnigen Wochenenden und in der Hauptsaison ist am Strand durchaus etwas los, ansonsten sehr ruhig, vieles hat geschlossen. Besonders schön ist die anschließende Halbinsel Crozon mit ihren Klippen und Stränden sowie dem hübschen Örtchen Camaret, das mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Super séjour à Pentrez
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. La maison est grande, propre, tout équipée et extrêmement fonctionnelle. La présence de lavabos dans chaque chambre est également très appréciable. Le jardin est grand, magnifique et très bien entretenue. Les autres équipements comme la piscine couverte, le billard, le baby-foot et autres jeux extérieurs apportent un vrai plus. La maison est située à 2 min à pied de la mer dans un environnement très calme et agréable. L’emplacement est top pour visiter la presqu’île de Crozon et la baie de Douarnenez. De plus, Chantal et Jacques sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue !

A great break for a large family
The property is a large property in a very spacious set of grounds excellent selection of activities on site and great indoor pool for when the weather is not too great. The beach is 5 minutes walk away however restaurant options are limited in the resort and you will need to drive for a decent restaurant and book in advance. If I was being really picky some modernising could be done in the property but the owner's where very good addressing any issues we had and they rectified them very very quickly however communication is via Google translate which can be tricky at times.

Sehr Familienfreundliches großes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Strandnaher Lage
Ein schönes großes Ferienhaus mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche. Für unsere 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen ,4 Teenagern und 2 großen Hunden eine perfekte Unterkunft .Der Indoorpool sowie Kicker, Dart, Billard, Tischtennis,Basketballkorb und großer Garten mit viel Wiese und Platz zum Fußball spielen waren der Renner. So hatten wir viel Spaß in und ums Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand war super, so konnten wir zu jeder Zeit spontan zum Baden,Sonnenuntergang schauen,Joggen und ausgiebigen Strandspaziergängen. Ein schöner großer Sandstrand mit Panorama Ausblick an dem sich auch an guten Badetagen die Menschen verlaufen. Eigentlich darf man mit Hunden nicht an den Strand, aber abends und morgens, wenn noch kein Badebetrieb war, hatten wir keine Probleme am Strand spazieren zu gehen. Auch an nicht so guten Badetagen waren wir mit den Hunden am Rand des Strandes im Wasser, natürlich mit großem Abstand zu anderen Badegästen. Die Halbinsel Crozon ist wunderschön und es gibt viele traumhafte Wanderwege, Strände und kleine Örtchen. Die Begrüßung und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern (Familie MARC) war sehr freundlich, nett und unkompliziert und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten 1 Woche einen perfekten Familienurlaub .

Amazing house. Huge garden, indoor pool, 2 minute walk to the beach... perfect
The Marc family have been wonderful throughout. They really do make renting their wonderful home a really friendly experience. The house was fantastic. We used 4 of the bedrooms and used the 5th as a 2nd lounge. The pool is great our three kids swam many times each day. The garden is another great feature, it wraps around the house and is massive. The Marc family provide swings, table tennis, basketball hoop, football goals, and loads of outdoor and pool toys. Then a table football, dart board and pool table! Our kids loved it. The main living space kitchen dining lounge is all one giant room which opens up onto the garden through two seperate doors, and there are 3 massive windows allowing you to see the pool. So the kids can be anywhere and you can see them. The beach is under 2 minutes away, and huge. Local restaurants are good, we sampled most! Overall the 8 of us really loved this home. I do not have a single negative comment. If you want to Holiday in Northern France this is a great home to use. Thank you Marc family for allowing us to stay!

Magnifique séjour
De loin la meilleure maison de vacances que nous avons eu l'occasion de louer! Le cadre et les équipements de cette maison ont dépassé nos attentes. On s'y sent "comme chez soi" tout a été fait pour. Maison hyper équipée, spacieuse (nous étions 11 de 3 générations) conforme aux photos. A 2 pas de la plage de Pentrez. La piscine intérieure chauffée, les jeux (billard, babyfoot, badminton, etc...) ont fait le bonheur des enfants aussi bien que celui des adultes! Les propriétaires Mr. Et Mme Marc sont très sympathiques, chaleureux, discrets lors du séjour mais restent disponibles. Dommage que le beau temps nous ai fait défaut au début du séjour, mais cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la maison. Les derniers jours furent chauds et ensoleillés ce qui nous a permis cette fois de profiter du grand jardin et de la plage. Seul petit bémol, pas de réseau mobile mais wifi très fonctionnel. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette maison.

Le Chaud et le Froid !
Dans tous les sens du terme !!!! Arrivée 13 h, chauffage en panne, entreprise sur place pour y remédier, ouf, mais pas gagné, re-panne dès leur départ : heureusement qu'un Salarié de cette entreprise a été exemplaire, le chauffage est enfin reparti vers 20h ! Il aura fallu un peu de temps pour réchauffer la maison, dommage ! Sinon, globalement agréable, piscine sympa, à deux pas de la jolie plage de Pentrez. Un point désagréable également, les jeux à disposition peu (ou pas) entretenus voir cassés, des problèmes connus mais non traités, encore dommage à ce niveau de prix.

La joie de vivre
Une semaine en 2015, deux semaines en 2016, c'est toujours un immense plaisir de retrouver la villa de Pentrez. Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux de Mr et Mme Marc, la maison est propre et bien entretenue, les ballades dans la baie de Crozon, le cap de la Chèvre sont inoubliables. Vacances inoubliable en famille
Tout d'abord, il faut souligner la qualité de l'accueil et de la communication en amont de notre venue, jusqu'à une carte reçue ce matin après la fin du séjour. Madame Marc nous a préparé un magnifique far et 2 bouteilles de cidre au frais. Trois générations sous un même toit pour une semaine très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, en particulier pour la cuisine. Les équipements du jardin sont eux aussi parfaits : du barbecue aux chaises longues. La piscine est très bien chauffée et la mer est toute proche.

Que du bonheur
Nous avons passés une semaine de rêve .Tout est imaginé pour être heureux . Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour ,entre la piscine chauffée ,de très bonnes literies,une cuisine équipée vraiment complet, la baignoire balneo,la gentillesse des propriétaires et tout et tout vraiment que du bonheur.
