In the countryside for rent by owner
Independent house but not far from ours! Private access and a shady parking place are at you disposal. On the terrace you will find a set of garden furniture and a BBQ. You will be able to have your meals there in the strictest privacy...
The house is fully equiped: a lot of guests mentioned it in their comments (see our personal website:http://www. larcherperigord.fr).
The hall opens onto our garden where your children will find games (swings and slide) under ancient trees.

Between Quercy and Périgord, known for their fine food specialities and their exceptional historical heritage, Larcher will be the ideal starting point for many excursions and visits (castles, caves, churches,...)
You will also be able to sail on the Dordogne or the Célé, go for hikes or bicycle rides, play tennis or golf and go horse riding at only a few kilometers from your vacation home
The smimming pool (10m x5m) is to share with us and is covered and secure.

PPOOL 10M X 5M IS COVERED AND SECURE. It is therefore possible to bathe from Easter to Halloween! And even beyond that date if the heart tells you ...

Beautiful Gite

Beautiful gite in a wonderful rural setting. Stunning views from the patio and the swimming pool was lovely. Our hosts were so kind and friendly. The gite was very well equipped and stayed cool downstairs even when it was above 35 degrees!

Perfect Gite in Perfect Location

The property is excellent - very comfortable, modernised but without in any way compromising its character. It is very well equipped - one of the best we have stayed in in 30+ years of this sort of travel. It is perfectly located to reach a great many of the Perigord sites (don't miss the Sarlat Saturday morning market!) and yet remarkably quiet. And our hostess and host, Nicole and Michel, are fabulous. Heartily, heartily recommend!

Like a Dream!

This country home in the rolling hills of rural France is like a dream. It's close enough for easy visits to the medieval towns of Sarlat and Rocamadour, as well as prehistoric caves and cro-magnon museums; but also far enough away from everything that you can enjoy the beauty and simplicity of life in the countryside. Nicole and Michel are wonderful hosts who did everything possible to make our stay most enjoyable!

Lovely Villa for a vacation in Dordogne

A lovely Villa located in the heart of Dordogne valley - 20 min from Sarlat and lots of attractions and sight seeing near bye. The villa is well equiped with modern kitchen, the rooms are big and comfortable. All around there are nice small villages and green fields studded with small forests. 10-15 min drive ffrom the villa you can buy what ever you need in Gourdon or just 5 min from the nearest village for a warm croissant. The owners were warm, friendly and helpfull. I was there with my family and I highly recommend this Villa for a vacation in the area.

A little slice of Heaven

We can not begin to express how wonderful our two weeks stay was at Michel and Nicole’s beautiful property in Saint-Aubib-de-Nabirat. The cottage (gîte) was everything we expected and more. We felt at home the moment we entered the door. We found it an ideal location for making day trips to lovely surrounding towns and historic sites, or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful panoramic views. Michel and Nicole’s welcoming nature and generous spirit made our stay that much more special. Nicole’s expertise in her kitchen was on full display with the delicious appetizers and fine walnut wine we shared over pleasant conversation. As a added treat we had the privilege of meeting their son Rafael who was home for a visit and gracious enough to assist with translation when needed. If your travels brings you to the Southwest of France and the beautiful Dordogne region we wholeheartedly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Michel and Nicole for a most enjoyable stay. Beautiful house with stunning view !

Our family of 5 stayed at Larcher for a week and we can't be happier about our choice. The rental is simply amazing! The house is spacious, and kitchen is large and gas everything you might need. Nice fireplace in the living room. Both the interior and exterior are beautiful. Owner Michel and Nicole are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They live in the house near the rental property but you will have all the privacy needed. Gorgeous private garden and another beautiful common garden with children playground. The house is next to the pool, which is a very nice size and covered. The kids used it every day. My favorite part of the property was the garden- all the trees and flowers. We really didn't want to leave the house to go anywhere ) But the location is perfect as a base while visiting nearby villages, it just takes a short drive. Overall, we had an amazing stay and Nicole and Michel made us feel at home. I would highly recommend their place and we can't wait to go back.

idéal pour un séjour au calme (quel silence !) avec tout le confort nécessaire. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants mais également très discrets. Magnifique location, propre et très bien équipée, dans un endroit au calme, avec une vue imprenable. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. A 12km de Domme (à faire absolument), nous étions proche de tous les sites touristiques. Assurément nous reviendrons !

Heerlijke vakantie bij vriendelijke mensen

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig op het erf van Nicole en Michel. Het huis is exact wat de advertentie en foto's weergeven. Schoon en netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ik heb zelfs taarten gebakken met de appels en vijgen die we van Nicole kregen. We hebben een avond heerlijk bij hen aperitiefjes gedronken en gegeten. Hun zoon was aanwezig om het e.e.,a. te vertalen. Gedurende ons verblijf hebben we ook af en toe met elkaar gesproken, half frans, half engels. Mijn man heeft vooral enorm genoten van de zon en het zwembad en ik vooral van het prachtige uitzicht wat we hadden. We hebben heel veel gezien, van Sarlat tot Rocamadour en niet te vergeten Gourdon en een kanotocht op de Dordogne. Alles op de fiets te bereiken. Wel e-bikes! Een heerlijke vakantie bij vriendelijke mensen.

Ideal en famille

Maison charmante et très bien équipée, au calme et avec une vue magnifique. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour et la richesse de la région nous a permis de faire de nombreuses excursions sans oublier de profiter de la piscine en famille.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Perigord

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, hervorragend ausgestattet, und top gepflegt. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge im Perigord. Sehr nette Eigentümer wohnen im Nachbargebäude auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Sie sind bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar und geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil für einen erholsamen Urlaub, wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
